Everything was half off in the store so came and bought oil and a bunch of other things I needed. Cant beat half off cuz theyre moving.

Exactly what I needed as far as parts. Ended up buying a can of canuba wax for my car very reasonable less than $8. Staff was friendly, courteous and notice them offering to help people take parts to their car. Will come back again...

Driving cross country, needed a part. They were the only shop in town that had it in stock, but no one is in the store. Lights off, no one there, all locked up. The sign and the website said they were open. Delayed my trip by an hour to go there and they arent even open. If you arent staffed enough to open on time, at least have the decency to update your hours.

Pako greeted me and made everyone around him at ease and comfortable. Very personable and knowledgeable staff. What stood out was Pako’s willingness to test out the faulty alternator I pulled out of my car. By insisting on testing it before selling me a new one showed me his priorities were on the customers budget and customer experience. Good shop, great people.

One of the rudest services I have ever encountered. I would have given 0 star if I cud. I placed an online order through advanced auto parts and went to this location to pick up my order but the reception lady said she had no orders and started yelling at me when i asked her to check the order number I had in email. she was in no mood to help.She was just repeating in high voice that she didnt have an order and she doesnt want check the ordernumber I had. If she didnt want to help, its fine but the least she could have done is it to be polite! I did not go there for some charity, I have paid for my battery and wanted to enquire what happened to my order! Auto parts should train their receptionist to know how to talk to a customer!

I had an Autocraft Platinum battery on warranty which lost 90% of its capacity, yet was still delivering acceptable Cold Cranking Amps (when fully charged). The store has refused to replace the battery based on their test which checks CCA only.Most of the batteries lose capacity long before loosing CCA. So, in two years you can end up with defective battery which cannot be exchanged by warranty. Not that I ever believed their 3-year warranty claims, but this was still unfortunate.

Ive never had a problem at any Carquest store, plus they have some items that the other chains dont.

Store sign and website say they open at 8am on Sundays. Its 8:15 and the store is still closed and no personnel are inside. Extremely Unprofessional.

Was looking for an alternator for my pickup truck, when asking for a better price, was directed to place the order online for a 25% discount (the current special).Everything worked smoothly, placed the order online at a great price, picked up the Alternator at the store within the hour.I installed the new (refurbished) alternator in about 30 minutes and the pickup truck is working great again. Super friendly customer service....

I ordered online here and the part was ready to be picked up within a half of an hour. The mechanic who worked there was very friendly and had no problem answering all of my questions. The return policy is no returns but he was very nice telling me he would allow a return if it happened to be the wrong part even if it was opened and a little dirty from attempted installation. The part was the right one but it was still very nice of him to offer!

Today at this location my partner and I came in to purchase hub caps for his 2017 Honda, and your parts representative, name Deb, was rude in attending us. When we asked for the item, all she did is pointed out where it was, I was very surprised of the lack of customer servies from her, We are customers and beleive service is very important. I was surprised of her attitude, and she send us to PepBoys.And though you had the hub caps that we were looking for, and because I said wow, after I looked at the price, She referred to Pep Boys.She didnt even try to save the sale.
