Excellent service. Initially started out thinking I needed a new screen on my iPhone. The technician explained thoroughly what he would do and the time needed. As I left the store he quickly came outside to let me know that after he removed the protective screen he did not think I needed a new phone screen, just the protective one. I was thrilled and it saved me a ton of money. Thanks so much!

Well stocked showroom, knowledgeable friendly staff. All sorts of batteries and bulbs. They have stuff to repair key fobs and can replace the batteries in the key fob as well. I take all of our dead or dieing small batteries to be recycled and drop them off, which keeps them out of the landfill. If youre looking for that hard to find bulb check them out.

Not very often do you find good business practice like Batteries Plus provided me today. Went in to ask about a key fob I got cut and programmed, to see if there was a different style since there was a small gap where the fob pressed together. It turned out to be the style of the fob and was all they carried. It was no big deal to me, it wasnt far from the stock key. But without me asking or prompting a fix from them, the manager proceeded to refund me my programming fee just to help me find a solution. All on his own. Never had to ask or expected anything. Very happy with their business. Would definitely recommend.

Took my iPad Air 2 into get a new battery. They were pleasant and friendly. However in the process the screen was broken. They replaced it no charge. That was good, they also gave me a discount on the battery for waiting about 2 weeks plus and many calls to them but they failed to call me back several times.Wont give me any thing for keeping the cheaper screen. IIf I broke my screen that would be different. I offered to pay full price on the battery. I got a $50 discount plus I would pay $50 more to help replace the screen. To a better screen not apple screen.That was a no.(The policy is to only replace the screen with the parts they sell, even if THEY BRAKE IT.)So I offered to buy some batteries for my equipment if they give me a discount to help replace the screen to apple quality, Nothing yet been a bought 2 weeks. These equipment batteries are not cheap. 2-400$ rangeNow I have a lesser quality screen and they dont care to call back with a way to help.Even with me offering to pay part of it.How many people would offer to pay part of it?Dont get me wrong, the screen works ok the light sensor not as so good either. The replacement screen takes me back to the colors and clarity of the iPad2.The staff was still easy to talk to.3-9-2021 Got a reply to call Mike the store manger. Why? I am waiting for Mike or someone to call me with a solution. But I am not holding my breath.

New battery for my old Iphone 6s. Cant say just yet if its as good as new but time will tell. I do know I saved at least a grande. Great customer service, very knowledgable and efficient. And now a week later - YES, it is, my phone holds a charge and is like new. Thanks again.

Their internet down. Credit card machine inoperable. The cash I had on hand left me a dollar short on 32.00 batteries. $3 of it was a fee for installing the batteries in my key fob. So they spend the time to take the batteries back out. Wow! I told them to keep the change!

The staff were very friendly and efficient. They verified my description of the problem and decided replacing the battery was the way to go. It only took about 45 minutes to replace the battery and bring it to about 85% charge when I picked it up. Very good service.

The two gentlemen that helped me were super fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They had exactly what I needed and brought it to me immediately. I also had them install a new screen protector on my phone, and they are the first people who have been able to install this for me perfectly centered, and with zero bubbles or imperfections. HIGHLY recommend this business!

Stopped by to check on a key fob for my vehicle and interacted with the knowledgable and friendly store owner/manager. Discovered that this place replaces cell phone screen protectors and they quickly and expertly replaced my cracked screen protector with a new one for about 1/4 or what Ive paid for this service elsewhere in the past. Large selection of batteries and light bulbs, including some cool LED bulbs with an old school incandescent Edisonian look. Had never seen these in other stores. I will shop here again.

They have the type of batteries that I need and I dont usually need the common flashlight type batteries. Very rarely they have to order the batteries that I need unless they are out of stock which is rare.

Four times I have been in here trying to buy a light bulb. First time, I got the bulb home and the filament was broken. Manager said, we have one coming in Wednesday. I went in Wednesday and inventory hadnt been done. Went in Thursday, inventory hadnt been done. I left my phone number to call when it had been done. I received a call that the bulb was waiting for me. Went to pick it up today and the employee said, as soon as my coworker called you the other day, it broke because we dropped it. Four trips...probably 20 dollars in gas, still no bulb.
