Went to order parts and was told they have them here next day by 9:00 am. Very friendly and knowledgeable associates.

Said they had a part in the he store and show up to find out there store didnt have it...

They always get what you need and if they dont have it on store they you can always order and they would have it ready for you the next day

We bought a part and it was cheaper than anywhere else, including online.

This store is always clean and very well lit. The staff knows their stock and can talk about the tools or repairs as if they had done it themselves. Material is easy to find, and the stock is available. I have been surprised more than once when they have a part I need, for an older import, in Walla Walla! Plenty of variety, available help, clean store and a large open parking lot. Great auto(zone) parts store.

Great service and great polite employees and the prices are just right the building is clean inside and outside and there is a trash can outside by the front door just as you walk inside. Friendly people.

Stopped in here on on a whim looking for a small Nut and Bolt for my sons Radio Flyer it had broke on us while we were walking from the park. One of the employees went out of his way to look for something that would work for me. He even put it on securely and did not charge me for the small nut and bolt. Be customer service is absolutely awesome I have bought car parts with no issues.

The staff were very helpful, despite the fact that they were trying to perform closing duties. They put everything on hold to answer our questions. They were very gracious when we decided to wait on our purchase until we got another paycheck.

I went to AutoZone to buy a bolt and was to I had to order it. They took all my information and told me it would be in at 4:30PM the next day. I called on the next day and was told that I had not ordered it. I went to OReillys and they had it in stock. I could not post this without giving them 1 star. To be honest I would not give them any stars.

With my new to me vehicle, i have just started to get it ready for summer meaning i needed a cover for my steering wheel with how hot it is to hold after getting off work. Today, i went to find this and was approached shortly after spoting Seahawks ones. I 2as pointed to the isle where the rest are store. While waiting to check out the one i selected i told the cashier that i hope it fits.He offered to place it on and we learned that it did not. I then selected a larger size and again he placed it on and thus time it fit. This is superior customer service!

I am a DIY back yard mechanic and Autozone is the nearest parts supplier to me.I work on all of my own cars, motorcycles, lawn mowers, and other equipment. Autozone is OK, the knowledge of the staff is much to be desired. If they cannot find it on the computer, they do not have it. I buy the generic stuff here (Fuel line, clamps, fittings, and parts for the demo derby car) For the bigger stuff (Belts, hoses, filters, spark plugs, etc...) I go down the street to Car Quest or across town Napa (Napa is the BEST in my opinion)
