They can’t be serious. Why does it take 45 minutes to pick up a package? It literally takes them forever to service 1 customer. Then it’s 1 person at a time with 2 FED EX employees behind the counter. 1 does NOTHING while 1 is helping the 1 customer that is allowed in the store. If you see a line of 6 people or more at least come and acknowledge the customers “I apologize for the wait. We will be with you in one moment” no customer service at all. NONE!

I Don’t appreciate the fed x driver spinning tires and speeding off throwing rocks up this evening as I was getting my child off the bus I didn’t get the truck number bec he spead off soo fast he could have hit us or thrown a rock up this is ridiculous

Holly from the Washington DC FedEx was working the Waldorf counter a couple of Fridays ago. She went out of her way to help us look for a lost package. She went above the expectations we had and was friendly, personable and professional. This experience of having a lost package was very frustrating because every time we called for assistance the representatives from FedEx could speak great English, but they did not actually comprehend it, so we were very frustrated with a lack of good communication, and we drove to the FedEx drop box where the package have been originally placed and waited to speak to the driver, and then we drove on to Maryland where we encountered Holly. Her kindness and assistance was greatly appreciated. And she is the only reason we gave FedEx five stars because that phone customer service center you have is a huge joke! You might as well hire a bunch of 5 year olds to handle your phones.

Ordered a computer that was shipped Express...I pre-signed it electronically ahead of the delivery date, and they had the audacity to come onto my door step and DIDN’T ring my door bell. Left a note telling me to go pick it up. Couldn’t even pick up at the time listed on the app. Worst delivery service I’ve experienced in my life.Why sign ahead of time if you’re just gonna ignore it and leave a note while I’m literally home?

Not sure if it’s this location but I requested a package to be picked up from my home. I stayed home all day and kept an eye out. Maybe around 4:00pm I decided to hop in the shower for 15 mins. I look outside my package is gone. Im not even sure if FedEx was the ones that picked it up. No slip was left and the website has no update on it.

I have had the worst experience with this facility. I order a 58 inch TV, not only did they deliver it to the wrong address but they broke it. The next day the delivered a sofa to the wrong address. I order a piece of jewelry it was NEVER delivered; but according to them it was, LIES. I have several open claims against this facility. They have the most incompetent employees.

Terrible service, we paid for next day delivery with a 12pm guarantee. Our package was never delivered, while talking to customer service on the phone at 6pm I received an email saying the driver just attempted to deliver my package and no one was available to receive it! After telling the customer service rep that I was literally staring at the camera replay and no one had approached the building in over an hour, she then says “I think he got lost, that’s why he couldn’t make the delivery.” Now our company will miss our delivery window with our client in the morning because we cannot pickup our packages until 9am.I will avoid using FedEx at all cost in the future!

Staff was friendly and professional but store area very small (1) customer at a time I guess because of covid-19 I waited outside in the heat for approximately (15-20) minutes very slow or the one customer ahead of me was unorganized.

Good customer service and fast service not like the one is 4720 Eisenhower Ave which has a long waiting time of 40 minutes or more plus limiting one customer at a time and thats not right for a big store like that. Social distancing and wearing a mask is enough and the store is big enough to hold 3 people inside

This company is the worst and their delivery staff is inconsiderate if peoples items. I purchased several glass beverage drink dispensers and they were literally thrown on my porch. They were glass so ofcourse they were shattered. Then I escalated the issue to the FedEx workers at the Ship Center they asked me to submit a ring doorbell video. I literally was off of work and I watched this FedEx worker toss my glass drink dispensers on my porch and immediately within five minutes I was on the phone with a staff member and they refused to even attempt to track down the person investigate the issue. Amazon replaced my order using a different shipper, but I have had multiple issues with FedEx and I feel that this is one of the worst shipping companies ever. The customer service is horrible and trying to get someone on the phone to mediate your complaint is even worse. They make you fill out an online Complaint Form and even that never got resolved.

Package was to deliver 10/24/19 and had to be signed by adult. I sat right inside the room of the door waiting for delivery. At noon received e-mail that driver tried to deliver package but no one was at home. Not true. I was right there. No door bell rung, no knock on door, and I checked my Nest cam and no recording of anyone approaching my door. Called the 800 number, the address listed was correct and they said package would be delivered next day. Thats all the could do. Driver either went to the wrong address or he/she lied about the delivery info. DO NOT USE FED EX

Worst service experience. Horrible customer service. My 12 year old daughter is with me and they refused to allow both of us into the store to drop off school books and then proceeded to tell me that she needed to stand outside by herself. Worst location to do business with. Hello UPS.

I try to avoid dealing with FED-EX at all cost because of how bad their shipping and customer service has ALWAYS been. You constantly have to jump through hoops. In this case, I was sitting at home waiting for my package and simultaneously refreshing the tracking information. Lord and behold, FedEx does it again. They are unable to deliver the package. But the catch 22 is the driver never even showed up. And instead blatantly lied and said my address was incorrect. Really?! So it gets worse when I call customer service because they proceed to try and tell me my address was wrong after reading it to me and verifying the address is in fact correct!!! I call back a second time to talk to someone a little more intelligent and he says they wil resend the driver so now I’m here again wasting my day waiting on a lazy FED-EX driver who never showed up in the first place. This should be interesting.

A package from a Massachusetts was supposed to arrive at my house on 07/05/2019. I called FedEx due to the fact that my package was still not here. I was informed “there is nothing we can do until Monday” so, my package is 3 days late and nothing will come of this delay. FedEx... you have lost my business and I truly hope you do not give out your word just to change it on a whim. When you tell me my package WILL be at my home on 07/05/2019 then it should be at my home on 07/05/2019. Not 07/08/2019. I am disgusted and appalled by the lack of caring for customer satisfaction. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Driver left a delivery notice at the door while my entire family was sitting in the other room watching TV at a low volume. Never heard a knock or doorbell, and we have two dogs that go crazy when the doorbell rings or someone knocks. The flowers I ordered overnight for my wife will be fertilizer by the time Fedex delivers them... They need to learn how to use a doorbell.

Husband expecting a pkg today and asked me to check the door, which I did. I find a door tag on the door; never heard the doorbell so I have no idea when the driver delivered. Door Tag checked someone must be present for delivery. I have been home ALL day! Problem: I tried to schedule a pick-up close to my house - the package requires a signature, so there are only a few locations designated for home delivery where the customer can pick up from.(My comments are not directly targeted at the Waldorf site since I have no idea which facility the driver works out of. This is a systemic problem with all the drivers.)

Just like the other review, I lost count how many times this happened to me and only with with the Express Overnight service. Waited home all day and decided to check the tracking number again. It states that that theres a delivery exception because customers not available (Im right here!). Called the FedEx number, they said that there was a request for the package to be picked up at the facility. This was done WITHOUT my authorization or request. Obviously the guy cannot make the delivery before 3:00 pm so he decided to just scan it as a delivery exception. The FedEx representative wont believe me.

FedEx driver said he/she attempted to deliver package at 4:36. Problem is 1) that I was home power washing the driveway and 2) I had paid extra for delivery between 5-8. I will not work with or use incompetence workers or liars. FedEx cannot guarantee that it will be delivered tonight after the attempted delivery.
