I paid for an envelope to be delivered to Philadelphia on 7/2 to arrive on 7/3.Today is 7/19/2021 and it STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I EVEN ASK FOR THE USP ADDRESS WHERE IT IS IN PHILADELPHIA SO IT CAN BE PICKED UP.WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT MAIL.NOW THE WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AT all. π1 STAR IS TOO GOOD FOR THIS LOCATION.IN NEED MY Package 1π‘
I went to get a document notarized. It was so easy to get it done. I never knew that they do this service. The price is the best. Everyone is so nice. I will definitely come back again. Thanks for the service.

I had a package sent internationally. Along the way ran into a few mishaps were charges were placed and had my family overseas upset because it wasnt a charge they expected to pay. Chris was very helpful and attentive in assisting me as I was frustrated and needed a resolution. He wwas able to solve my issue and not have my family pay fees that was presented. The customer service he provided was phenomenal and I would visit the Waldorf store again because of my experience with him.
Employees need to keep masks on and actually work. Went in and one was just standing around while there was a line out the door.

Employees are great and treats everyone well. They worked with me regarding my, consistently, late payment :) Ive seen them be very patient and accommodating with a very sweet elderly lady. I also witnessed them maintain, as much as possible, their professionalism when called a derogatory word. Great staff.
Must of went in on a delivery moment because boxes were all over the place. However, the staff is courteous, helpful and efficient on what I was trying to take care of.
Went to drop off a few packages today and the gentleman at the counter was highly agitated. He lacked patience and provided a poor amount of customer service. Also, the store was beyond junky! No organization, which makes me concerned. I hope that my items make it to their destination without getting lost in the mess.This was my first time coming to this UPS location and it will be my last.
Wish I had asked for the young mans name. He appeared to be working alone, with a very long line.. and he handled customers with so much patience and as quickly as possible. Even when the customer was rude. Great customer service!

Brought a prepackaged return envelope here today only to be told sorry we no longer accept postal service packages. They still have Post office boxes in their store and they will still deliver postal mail but they wont accept mailings. Kind of defeats the point of place...
Been using this location for awhile now and the staff is friendly and actually cares about whatever you send. There are closer UPS and FedEX stores near me, but I choose to drive further to come here. I know nothing will get broken, I know they will handle everything respectfully, and I know I will get great customer service.They are also military friendly which is a huge plus! Its not a huge discount, but its the fact that they care enough to even do it. To all my fellow vetrens, they will take care of you!
I went to the store to return items I bought from Amazon, an employee (I dont know the name, unfortunately) took my package, scanned the bar-code and quickly processed it. I even brought a roll of tape just in case but he said tape is free .He was very quick in his action and professionally handled my package. I was out of the store in a few seconds. You dont see excellent customer service nowadays. Ill call out if I see one, and this store fits the bill. Very professional and quick dealing. Highly recommend.

Really great service! Up front and clear information, quick but wonderfully efficient packaging. Never had any problems with them and I use them somewhat regularly. Trust them miles and miles above our local USPS, who frequently damage/fold/flatten my packages, both giving and receiving.

Went to the ups site to ask for a box and they convinced me that letting them pack it will be so much better and less expensive than packing it myself and that since they packed it they week insure it. Of course when I brought back the printer they claim packing is 32 because of the box and that I have to pay 2 extra dollars for the insurance on the printer and in total to ship to new york cost me 72 dollars. NEVER use this ups center ever apparently they lie and its a boys club do they all have each others back. I will, never ship ups ever again and will never use this center

Horrible. I called to get some information on tracking of a package and an employee Chris directed me to a phone number 1800-pics-ups and as i dialed the number it was a sex hotline! Completely disturbed i asked chris if a manager was available. He told me no the manager was not there. Seconds later he changed his answer and put me on a long hold. Once speaking to a manager and expressing the situation the manager seemed as though he didnt care and tried to justify chris by saying he said 1800 picups. Not picsups. Worst exsperiance ever!!!
