We were served in the Printing department by Isaiah - who was extremely competent, polite and friendly. Our time sensitive job required some minor adjustments, which he managed to achieve quickly. I dont put out a lot of reviews, but I am doing this one because I was so impressed with the attitude and ability of this young man. An asset to any organization. Thank you for your help this evening.

Went to get my phone fixed that was cracked fixed. They ended up breaking my home button and didn’t tell me. When I returned it and they said they would fixed it, they kept it during my whole birthday and refused to give it back. They lied about where the location of the phone was and I eventually found out they were trying to sell it to make money without my convent. They were always rude on the phone and not helpful or clear. A lot of the employees had no idea what was going on or didn’t care. Terrible store. Terrible employees. They also said they stole my phone case, but this was a lie and not true, when I confronted them about it.

The staff, including the supervisor appeared lazy. I called ahead of time to ask I they had a specific printer and was immediately told no although their website listed the printer as being in stock. Upon request, the young man went to their storage to discover that the printer was available. My wife and I arrived and asked for the printer and was immediately told that it wasnt in stock. When I asked him to give check, he goes and returns with the printer. Then, I asked about their price matching and was told that they did not do price matching. I told them that on their website, it specifically says that they would gladly match prices and listed Amazon.com. The supervisor insisted as I urged her to check her own website and she refused saying that they used to but no longer. We left the printer and departed. Theyve lost our business forever because we drove an hour for this printer that was badly needed for work. I will be contacting their regional manager.

I just left this store in total shock. The person who taking my order stop taking my order and went to take another customer order. When I was checking out she asked me for my phone number I gave her my number she replied that it was not enough numbers so I thought because I was wearing a mask maybe I was speaking to low so I spoke up louder so she would hear me. The next thing I know she is stretching her eyes at me so I get annoyed and tell her to just forget the number this is when tells another customer service to take my order. asked the person who was now taking my order was there a manager on duty this is when she said she was the manager. I own several stores in the area and if one of my customer service team members treated a customer as poorly as I was treated it is grounds for termination. This young lady need a training class on customer service.

Ordered business cards. Had a great two day interaction with Kristina. Very pleasant and went the extra mile to assist me both days.

The new general manager is fake and rude all at the same time. I went there to get my computer fix and they had a large sign display no service on board The former Tech used to work there was great! She was very knowledgeable and had good customer service. Now, this new GM is stupid and not knowledgeable on the store at all! Bring back the young tech and get ripped of GM!

I had a short turnaround for my daughters birthday, but Isiah in the print shop helped me tremendously! He was very patient and professional everyday I came. I will definitely be coming back for my print needs in the future!

Selection is decent, placement is something to be desired. The customer service is seriously lacking. When you cant find something you spend half the time looking for an associate and the other half is them trying to find it while being rude

Terrible customer service!!!! Ordered prints, waited 2 hours to call and check on them. I was told 20min. Gave them a little more time.... still hadn’t received a call or email. Got there an hour later and prints weren’t done. I was told “I couldn’t get it to work.” Unacceptable.

Excellent customer service. I stopped in because I was in need of a new printer. The salesperson was very knowledgeable regarding printers and allowed me to take my time deciding what printer I wanted.

I go here every week to get programs printed for my church. This evening I get there and both self-service printers are down. And to top it all off, their copiers in the Copy Center are not printing double sided. They are often so ill-equipped and lacking.

Very satisfying. Clean... and the sales person was extremely helpful. They got my money, and I have no regrets or remorse. Copped me a computer desk... Now Im waiting on those lovely computer chairs to go on sale.

Stopped in to have additional copies of a funeral program printed. Davon was very accommodating, while multitasking and keeping a very positive disposition. Job was done accurately, boxed nicely and delivered at the time that was quoted!

The manager lady is very rude she uses kindness sarcasm rudeness.I call for 2 items one item was on the web siteAs in stock and she said they had,The other didnt have.I get there the one that was in stock wasnt or she refused to check but the one the wasnt was on the shelf .She blames corp.The item I bought is defective tried to return she basically smoke and chuckled so nope wont take as I turned and walked out she yelled loud have a nice day so all could hear knowing I was mad because nowhere does it say no return on a recite or at the register just one table where I was not.!!!!I called corp. On hold for ever kinda helpedI WILL NEVER !! SHOP AT OFFICE DEPO EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!Editthere are some employees who are were very helpful the employee with blond hair rolled her eyes at the mang. Said dont know what her problem is.A guy named Paul was very helpful beyond knew a lot about computers when looking for a ssd hard drive .I remember his name cause he spoke very clear and was cheerful .

I purchased a floor model computer desk from this store, and an employee went out of his way to help take apart the desk and load it into the car. Very patient and helpful, 5 star service!

Wish I didn’t have to give one star...managers are rude and unprofessional. Calling customer service is no better and gets no results. This place is a waste of time. Onya, a manager, was more than happy to tell me that staples is across the street and fedex is around the corner...so please take her advice and go to another store. You’ll be glad u did.

I do not like home depot, I prefer Lowes service is better in all ways

They had what I was looking for at a good price.

We ordered furniture online and learned one item was on back order. When we learned the Waldorf store had that item in stock, we were able to quickly cancel the online back order, pick up the in stock item and take advantage of all original deal amenities that were in place at the time of the original order (free installation). All store personnel were very courteous, excellent customer service! Thanks to managers Patricia and Svelto for making a very pleasant and easy experience.

This store is out of date, the service is slow and poor. The associates barely speak loud enough for customers to understand them. The work from the print shop is sloppy and unprofessional. So disappointing.
