The clerks was very helpful. I had kinda a big order. They really took the time to make sure I was happy

I love this place and so does my son. I love especially when its the pay your age. But now its an online drawing. If your name gets picked then youre able to pay your age but if not unfortunately you cant ride next year. And I dont think everybody knows that if youre bear as a hole in it like where they Stitch it up at on the back of the beer you can go back and have it fixed for free. And even possibly stuff a little bit more if you want it a little bit firmer. I dont know maybe its because of the location of Build-A-Bear Workshop but this place is perfect just in a weird location for me because I cant get there almost every month. It is kind of far from me.

Pam was amazing such a friendly spirit and was very sweet to my daughter. Thank you Pam for making my daughter experience one of a kind superb customer service!!

They have a great sale going on and the kids loved it. The lady was amazing with the kids.
