Alfred is very knowledgeable and experienced in his craft. We visited several other stores and certainly didn’t receive the same valuable information. We visited The Big Screen Store strictly to make comparisons. However, we came out having purchased an eighty five inch TV and Fireplace. We are more than pleased with our purchase, customer service and experience.Highly recommended!!

Steve was FABULOUS!!!!! And, against his advice I choose to have my installation done by another company because I subscribe to their services. Lets just say, this other was company was ANYTHING but Best. I called Steve back, told him my plight, and literally, as I type this, my tvs are being installed. I would recommend these folks highly and customer service is their hallmark.

Kevin is very personable and very helpful. He took the time to show me the various televisions in my price range and offered comparisons of the various televsions in the sizes that I was interested in purchasing. The two televisions I wanted were not available at the time for purchase but he kept in contact with me to let me know the status of the televisions. Delivery and setup was quick and easy.

He informed me that he got a call from I believe the Corporate Office accusing him of writing his own review. I was in the store on August 12 and Tom assisted me. He was extremely pleasant, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. I was interested in looking at the mattresses and he told me all about the features, and he brought over a pillow to try out as well and told me all about the different levels of pillows. I bought one of the Serta cool pillows and absolutely love it. I had questions about a couple of the chairs in the store and tried some out, he knew all about them and why and how they were designed, NASA rings a bell. I am thinking of coming back and purchasing one of the Norwegian Stressless chairs. Kudos to him, I give him 5 Stars!!!

He was kind, helpful, and knowledable. All of our needs were met in 20 minutes. We had a TV purchased and wall mounting scheduled. Within days the TV was delivered and mounted. We had another TV in the house mounted as well, and we could not be happier.

In 2010, my husband and I came in looking for furniture for our entertainment room. We fell in love with flex steel, but it was out of our price range. We looked around at other stores, but we always came back to the flex steel. We even went into other Big Screen stores, but just couldn’t get any “good” customer service. As a last gasp, we went into the Big Screen Store in Waldorf and we were greeted by Steve. He sat down with us and we worked out a affordable price in order to purchase the set that we desired. Here it is 2017, and we still love our flex steel, and it’s in fantastic condition. So when our couches wore out in our family room, back we came. Yes, prior to, we looked at other furniture stores, but we thought, “let’s just check the Big Screen store in Waldorf”. Guess who met us at the door? Yep, Steve! And he remembered us. We were sold! You just can’t get better customer service than that! Steve has always treated us like family and puts in the extra effort to make our purchases seamless and affordable. I bought a Sony TV from this Big Screen Store in 2010. Alfred was my sales person and when I went back to the store last week to look at purchasing a new TV, I was surprised to see that Alfred was still there. I did a little research before I went into the store and Alfred provided me with excellent information that I was able to verify on the internet while I was in the store. Long story short, I bought a Samsung 70 TV for a great price. Alfred really knows his stuff and he provides the customer with all the information so they can make an informed decision. I would highly advise anyone who is looking for a new Samsung TV to go into the Waldorf Big Screen TV store and ask for Alfred. You wont be disappointed.

My first experience with this store was painless and peaceful. I should let you know I hate shopping and dealing with pushy salesman or saleswoman. Michael Wall introduced himself asked me what I wanted gave me my options and we were done. The whole experience was great down to the delivery. Since then I went back a second time, Michael wasnt in the store at this time, figured it would still be a good experience. Well MMMM..... I told the salesman what I purchased before and was trying to stay in the same price range, he looked me up in the system then he started showing me a television (1 TV) out of my range and the last time I got 2 T.V.s for the price of this one. So I reeled him and purchased two T.V.s and scheduled the delivery for Saturday morning due to my work schedule and not to mentioned my Sunday football/ Bar-b-Q... I got a call from the driver at 7:44am informing me that they will be at my house between 5pm & 8pm, I told him that this was unacceptable no one will be here to accept the delivery that is why I asked for the morning. He said thats fine he will write me down for denying delivery. I said what? How am I denying the delivery? I ended up calling the store, Michael picked up the phone. I expressed my disappointment and wanted to cancel my order, Michael convinced me to give him a chance to make it right. Long story short Michael met the delivery truck in his personal vehicle (which I thought he would be using a company vehicle) and delivered my T.V.s. Im glad Michael convinced me to give him a chance cause everything else down to the bar-b-Q was successful. I suggest to anyone visiting this store and thinking about purchasing a T.V., ask for Michael Wall. If he isnt there find out his schedule and come back when he is on site.
