Third time in 6 weeks this has happened to me or my wife. It’s always the same answer; an emergency pulled away our pharmacist and we cannot issue prescriptions. How does this help your customers? This is not a one time thing, it keeps happening…Walgreens, what is your solution? Remember, this is not a regular store, this is people’s medications!
Make it make sense: why do they not price match with their own website, especially when you can get the items with same-day, in-store pick-up! So, I can pay online and get the discounted price, drive to the store same-day and pick it up, but I cant walk in, show you the Walgreens.com price and get the same discount?!? Same store, same inventory, same day! Hopefully this cashier was grossly misinformed, because I dont understand. Make it make sense to me!
I came for the pharmacy. Pretty great staff, consulting, and turnaround time. Next time Ill grab some over-the-counter Pepcid AC to stop my heart from burning for more great service.Walgreens could control those prices though...then again, I guess thats what made the Wal-so-green...🥁 [ba dum tiss] 😅😥
The pharmacist and assistant are unprofessional. Repeated holds. The calls drop off. Highly recommend a different pharmacy if you’re able to.
If I could possibly give them a rating less than 1 Star I absolutely would! They pharmacy lacks accountability for their mistakes, they lack the ability to expediently take corrective action once their mistake is brought to their attention. They lack the managerial expertise to properly handle and escalate issues within their pharmacy. Management is ineffective if not nonexistent. I will absolutely pull off my store and pharmacy business from not only this location but Walgreens in its entirety.
Pharmacy staff is wonderful. The pharmacist Jeff has gone above and beyond my expectations and deserves acknowledgement!! A big thank you goes to him🙂🙂🙂
THEY HAVE A FRIENDLY & AWESOME STAFF. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY.
I really like the sales people. I do not use the pharmacy because of 1 rude pharmacist and when I call in my prescriptions they are not ready at promised time. And I fill minimum of 12 prescrptions a month. That is a lot of money Walgreens has lost.
Staff is ALWAYS nice and friendly good sales if you pay attention.

Went in today to drop off prescription at 10 amStopped back at pharmacy at 2:15pm Guess what prescription still not ready . Thats over 3 hours to fill one prescription. this place is the worse Ill never go back do yourself a favor dont fill your prescription there
Pharmacy staff rude, not a good place to fill your scripts. Automatic service will call you daily when you go to pick up medication not ready.
There pharmacy staff is incompetent, and the pharmacy manager is rude and very unprofessional. I would not use this location if you need a prescription filled. I think i got the same cashier as Karene, because that skinny idiot tried to give me false information, and when I got the manager involved she lied right to her face. The manager began to roll her eyes at me and treat me like I was the one at fault.
