Staff is great! the new showroom looks wonderful and the beds are out of this world!

The representative was very knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to allows us to explain the products and allow us to test them prior to purchase.

I am using my sons account but my husband and I went into sleep number in Waldorf on Sunday and met with Kimberly love. She was super nice, warm and friendly, she helped us out in a big way and we had our daughter with us and she made sure she was entertained with coloring box’s. The store was clean and sterilized and we loved that the gate was pulled down and once we entered the store and we were the only people in there. We purchased the new ILE flex split king with the flex 3 frame.

They assisted me with everything. Answered all my questions. Was very helpful.

Jeff was very helpful in choosing our new bed. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite in answering all of our questions and we were impressed there was absolutely no pressure in making us buy things we didn’t want to. We had a wonderful experience and cannot wait to get our new bed delivered!!

It was a very different experience, a good one. We have been sleeping on a waterbed since 1994, so I talked my wife into trying a new bed. The demonstration, done by Kimberly Love was excellent. We tried the different mattresses, and even though we couldnt afford the bed we wanted, we still purchased another Sleep Number bed. Currently, we are waiting for its delivery.

Mattress not all comfortable/Going to return it,they will only take back the mattress.Stuck with a 2k flex top.Never would I recommend buying a product from this place,I have got better sleep on a pull out couch.100 NIGHT SLEEP TRIAL IS A BUNCH OF BULL.

I was very impressed with young lady working in the Sleep Number in St.Charles Town Ctr(Waldorf,MD). She answered all my questions.Gave suggestions when asked and explained everything to the fullest understanding!!! I greatly appreciated her time and expertise.

The pillow is very plush and comfy. Fits well when sleeping on your side and back. Have been sleeping solidly through the night and waking up fully rested and refreshed. Highly suggest getting the pillow over the no name brands.

My first visit to the Sleep Number Store (Waldorf, MD) was awesome! Deon, the salesman made time to explain the different level of mattresses. I tried (laid) on 3 mattresses to get the feel for it and Deon took extra time change the settings, etc.Trust and believe, Deon will be the salesman when hubby and I purchase our Sleep Number bed.T BYERS
