Organized chaos. Lots of cars in and out. They helped me with getting my truck off my hands for a fair price. Their HQ even worked with me as I was awaiting the arrival of my replacement title. Many thanks for that. Only downside was they picked my vehicle up a day early as scheduled so I had to go to their location to drop the key, but I understand mistakes happen.

The online form helped explain and simplify selling the car. The process from filling out form to follow up by phone to connecting with towing company was just a 3 day, efficient process. My brother waited to see how it worked out and tried it but unfortunately his model was too old, but they were willing to take it as a donation with gift cards and other things as a thank you. He opted for a different seller but appreciated the clarity and offer from Cash For Cars.

After another company reduced its offer price for my car (after evaluating it in person), I was worried that the same thing would happen here. Instead, the driver gave me exactly what was promised. The whole process was quick and easy. The truck driver who picked up my car arrived and left quickly and did not take up much of my time. I received good service, was given a good price considering the condition my motorcycle was in, and am over all happy with the service. The only issue I had was communication between CFC and the company that picked up the bike. CFC claimed to have scheduled a pick up but I had to call myself to do it which delayed the process by 3 days.

They call it cash for cars but they dont give you cash for cars. They give you a check drawn on Bank of America and tell you you can cash it at any Bank of America. Well you can cash it if you have $8 or an account with Bank of America so then really giving you even the amount that they said theyd give you. Theyre giving you $8 less and when I complained they offered to send me a check for $8 well they sent a check to my address but my name was not on the check. Someone elses name was on it and I need $8 to cash that one too. Not acceptable. Also, when they tell you to sign the title and print your name and not fill out anything else on it like the odometer reading, one has to question if theyre doing business legally. Are they going to sell my car to someone else as if it has less than a quarter of a million miles on it by turning the odometer back? And who would know? Who would be able to track that because there a national business. If I could have given them a zero-star rating, I would have.

I had a 13 year old Mustang with roughly 300,000 miles that the dealer really didnt want me to trade in for my new one so I went with this company. About 5 minutes online, a quick phone call then it only took about 5 minutes to get my check when I dropped it off. Got paid about dead center between Edmunds low and high value for it which was reasonable. Nice experience.

They were very professional and courteous when they contacted me on the phone. I was given a quote (I thought was reasonable) then they scheduled a timely pickup time of the vehicle (at no cost to me). When they showed up to pick up the vehicle I handed them the keys and title they handed me the check and that was it!! In this day and age of scammers youre always leery that these people were above board and honest!!

I was highly skeptical of the concept but had a barely running 2008 Tundra that I wanted to get picked up, probably for scraps. When I called a woman with a thick New York accent answered (I live in Texas) and was as casual and joyful as can be. It was 5 minutes before they closed and it seemed everyone in their office had clocked out and was having a good time. She told me we’d have to hurry to get my estimate in before they closed and had me take a few quick pics of the truck and grabbed some essential info. I was expecting to hear an offer of around $500 but she said $3000. I figured this was just to get me in and then they’d knock it down. That wasn’t the case. The next day I drove a short distance to a copart location (free pickup was offered but would take a day or two) walked in the office and was presented a check for $3000. They’re legit!

Everything went fine until they picked up the car, didnt take the tag off and mail it to me along with the check, so I had to drive to MIdway to pick up the tag and the check. Other than that, excellent service and a good price.

Quick and convenient, if you want to get rid of a car and you have the title and keys but does not run and do not want to deal with the hassle of private buyers. I think? it is the same company as Copart, that is who wrote the check out.

Honestly Ive never dealt with this company. Did not even know they were near me. I had a vehicle I didn’t want to deal with. Was tired of dealing with ppl on Craigslist. They even gave me the option to either deliver it or they would come get it. For less payout of course if they picked it up, to cover the cost of the tow truck. Which is understandable. When I got there the service was very prompt and to the point, and very professional. I wasn’t in the building for more then 15 min. Title work was done and a check in my hand. No bs. No hassle. Scammers, I called them to quote a car I was trying to sell and the guy transferred me to some other company (which was probably someone he knew). The lady who picked up the phone said they would pick up the car along with the title and I would be paid later when they bring the car back to inspect how much I would get. That doesn’t even make any sense. They are stealing people’s cars

They picked up my car very late. I had them mail the check. It has not arrived!! They picked up the car on Thursday and it is now Wednesday NO CHECK!!!!!! Reached out and they were supposed to get back with me and have not done that yet TWO DAYS later!!
