Good deal on mattress, second time I have bought a mattress here. The same lady helped me both times. She has always been very helpful.

The sales environment here is so much nicer than all the other Mattress stores we went to. We were shown multiple options, not just one or 2 like other stores. We were able to take our time and chat about the different beds. Delivery was super easy and the gentleman that dropped it off and set it up was just as professional and nice as anyone in the store. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress.

Thank you Jody & Ken. We started the day out visiting a couple of the other local mattress store. Oh what a waste of time and mistake. After the disappointment of the others Jody restored our faith in customer service. We walked in and she was totally friendly not the whole stuffy sale pitch thing. Two other couples came in later and she calmly and professionally helped all of us until Ken arrived to help. We were trying to decide between split king and regular king and she answered all of our questions maybe two or three times but each time with a smile. She explained the comfort plan, covered all the options and compared each. When made our choice and when we got to the pricing it was straight forward. I even miscounted and gave them to much money which they caught when counting and gave back to me. They were very honest and informative which earned our money and business not just this time but in the future. We are so appreciative and looking forward to better nights of sleep.

Purchased a mattress from them in 2017 and was upsold on a high end “waterproof mattress protector” for almost $80 extra for my 3 year old’s first bed. Called immediately after delivery as driver smoked heavily in the delivery truck and mattress stunk. Was told they would “warn” the driver. Less then 3 weeks later, my daughter lightly wet the bed and it went through and stained the mattress. I called the store immediately and was passed around several times for call back but received nothing. Now three years later this mattress is stained and sagging, cannot sustain the weight of an adult AT ALL. I try and support local business but this one was a huge disappointment.

Excellent customer service! Owner Jody went out of her way to help my daughter find a bed in her price range. We had just arrived in town after driving 3 days - so she volunteered her husband to deliver the bed to her that same day😂.

We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Mattress Capital! We came in to buy 2 full mattresses for our kids and ended up coming back a few days later to purchase one for ourselves! I was helped by Matt and Ken and both demonstrated great costumer service. Matt really educated our family on mattresses vs selling them. We felt very comfortable checking out the different mattresses without the pressure of making a sale. I love the no haggle prices since most mattress stores mark up their products and pretend to give you a great deal. We explained that we were on a budget and I felt we were given the best advice for getting the best product for our money. Something that would last without breaking the bank. Their prices are very fair and we were very happy with the amount we paid. I love the fact that I am buying from an honest, local, small business instead of some large chain store where employees come and go. They stand by their products and want you to leave completely satisfied. We would definitely do business with them again in the future!

Wonderful experience! Ken is not only a great salesman but a wonderful manager as well. Hes the type of manager that works with you, is very accommodating, easy to work with and truly cares about his customers. The delivery men were great, they set everything up quickly and perfectly. We have dealt with Mattress Capital in Wake Forest three times now. The first time we purchased bed we loved it and it came with a warranty. We had to use the warranty twice the second time we decided to go with a different bed all together. Ken was the one who helped us and he was great, his concern was not about just making money he wanted to put us in a higher quality bed that we would not have problems with. He understood us moving, and we ended up purchasing a bed for our guest bedroom this day as well. They have always been very understanding, and do whatever they can to get us the best bed possible. We love the mattress we have now, and our guest bedroom look great with the new bed in it. Ken is excellent with customer service,and I recommend anybody looking for a new mattress to go here.

No pressure sales here! I visited here 4 or 5 times before purchasing a new mattress, and was always met with professionalism and patience every time, even when I had rowdy kids with me. The friendly staff here (Ken is who I worked with) are obviously focused on long term customers and building sales through word of mouth advertising.

The selection of mattresses and customer service at Mattress Capital are way beyond what I expected. Because I had just ordered a new bedroom set including a larger bed, I was hesitant about buying the mattress set until delivery of my new furniture. Ken provided excellent customer service and helped me select the right mattress at the right price. He then exceeded my expectations by offering to let me borrow a metal frame so that I could start sleeping on my new mattress set right away. Though the furniture order took two months longer than I anticipated, I was able to immediately start sleeping on my new and very comfortable mattress. After 18 months of trying different mattresses from larger mattress chain stores, it was a relief to be at Mattress Capital. Ken was great. He listened to our needs, gave us the space to look around and try out various brands, did not hover, had a good knowledge and understanding of the mattresses and gave us some great advice. We also sincerely appreciated the one time 90 day exchange/return policy which we used. We now have a mattress we are both very happy with.

Best place to buy your mattress!!! We had a factory defective mattress, so my husband and I addressed the problem to Ken. We recently bought a mattress from this local business and were delighted to see all the major brands in stock. The customer service was excellent every time we dropped by or called with questions. This was our first stop and our last. We just purchased our first Tempurpedic mattress here. We really didnt understand what we were walking in to or the difference between each bed. We bought a mattress at Capital Mattress last year and this year went back for another. Both experiences were wonderful. Ken was incredibly helpful, but not pushy or overbearing. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable. I had shopped around at a few other local stores attempting to narrow it down to a few choices before my husband and I made a final decision. This was by far the best experience and the least pressure.

I have now purchased 3 mattresses over the past 2 years from Mattress Capital.The store on Capital Boulevard is medium-large in size and has a good selection of mattresses in varying price points that will fit any budget. They are also family owned and operated.The sales staff (every time has been the owner) is very knowledgeable, no-pressure and honest. He can tell you who made the mattress as well as the how and why of its quality and price in comparison to other mattresses. One of the things I like most is he carries mattresses made by Kings Down, located in Mebane, NC. I like supporting local businesses when I can and he makes this an option if you do too. I have found him to be the same way every time and on the second mattress we purchased he lowered the price a little so it was comparable to the first mattress we bought.I will return when its time for my next mattress purchase. A shopping visit to Mattress Capital will be worth your time.

So this is my very first review. I really felt like I had to post one because my experience and satisfaction at Mattress Capital (Wake Forest) was so great! I was assisted by Ken.. (I see everyone else remembered him and gave him good reviews on here too :) He is just a really helpful, honest guy who will take the time to find you just what you want and give you the best deal. I got the bed, (Back performance Queen gel memory foam) mattress cover, 2 pillows, frame and delivery for $1400. 100% worth it, it is the best bed Ive had yet, takes all the pressure off everywhere and has helped me with tossing and turning/overall discomfort. Besides the amazing products you get here, the customer service is very good! Ken was awesome and the delivery guys are great too- fast, friendly, professional. My mom and I went back and she got a Tempurpedic that was only $1000 and is of coarse super comfortable! Highly recommend getting your bed from here!

Recently I purchased an iComfort mattress from Mattress Capital and couldn’t be more pleased. They were very friendly and helpful without a high pressure sales mentality.I had been sleeping on a very inexpensive mattress for about 8 years during a period of frequent moves. Now that I have settled down I felt it was time to get a better mattress. I chose the iComfort which is a moderately priced mattress. From day one my sleep improved so much that it is hard to quantify. I really did not know what a good nights sleep was until I purchased this mattress. My biggest disappointment was that I did not purchase a mattress of this type earlier.

We absolutely LOVE our new bed! We went in on a Sunday an hour before they closed with intentions of looking only. Our current mattress was only 3 years old and we hate hate hated it so much and had not slept good in months. We had spent (to us) a small fortune on the mattress we had purchased at sleepys and they should have replaced it for free because it sank 3 in 3 years but because of a small stain refused I get it on why they refused but we had a mattress pad on it they sold us that apparently didnt do its job ugh anyway, the gentleman that helped us was wonderful. Even went in the back to pull out a king size extra firm mattress that wasnt on the floor brought it out and switched it with one on the floor so we could test it!! Who does that 10 mins till closing? They do! Needless to say we left with the mattress, I know mattress firm bought out sleepys but at the end of the day this place is small business and locally owned and we should have just came here to start with, lesson learned! Our son will be due for a new bed soon, and we will be doing business here from now on! THANK YOU for the wonderful wonderful customer service, laughs while we talked and did business, and most of all we are sleeping great this last week!! This is the second time I have purchased a bed from Mattress Capital of Wake Forest. The first time was approximately 7 years ago, my husband and I were buying our first NEW bed! At our first visit to the store, we walked in and was greeted with a friendly staff member or two. Told the person what we were looking for, without being salesperson like they showed us a handful of options, different price points and such. We chose the best set for our needs. We had it delivered to our house and it came pretty quick if I remember right, at the most the next day or two. I do know the delivery guys at that time, were courteous and quick, set up new bed, hauled old away, best experience ever between sales, delivery and quality of bed itself. It is time we bought our daughters bunk beds, ordered the actual bed from another site, but knew the experience would be optimal if we went back to Mattress Capital of WF. So we did, I called them, told them we needed 2 twin mattresses, really wanted something economical but supportive as well. My husband went to the store to look at the choices and ordered the mattresses right for our needs. We were told they would be in the store on Friday (was ordered a few days earlier) at a certain time, and right they were! Now im sitting here waiting for them to deliver the mattresses so I can suprise my girls with their new bed (comforters and such) The staff, they are SO friendly, almost like you know them on a personal level. They NEVER try to sell or upsell you something you just dont want, they respect your interest. I will definitely recommend to ALL my friends and family in the RDU area to drive the short drive to mattress capital of WF to have the best experience possible when buying a bed, something that if your laying that kind of money down, you want excellent service and quality.
