All Auto Mechanic shops were booked for weeks. John said he would look at my car that wasnt starting the next day if I could get a tow. I was waiting for tow truck and decided to try to start car. It started but this time it didnt turn off,.. so I just drove to Elite. John was so gracious and said he would check out the car. Approx 1 hour later he called to say he checked it out... and could not find anything wrong with car. I went to pick up and he did not charge me. I was ready to pay for diagnostic. I can honestly say after moving from the mainland. I have found my new Mechanic... his shop is literally walking distance from our home. God is Good. Mahalo John!!

I was having issues with my car and having to jump it almost everyday. I had just recently replaced the battery at Walmart so I was thinking the car has problems with the alternator or starter (which is what the car inspector suggested to me when I had the car inspected). Before going to John, I went to two different shops for a diagnostic and they didnt know what was causing issues. It took John 30 minutes to diagnose the problem (defective battery), so I went back to Walmart to get the battery replaced (since I was still under warranty). And now I have no issues with my car. Thank you for the quick and honest service, John. Woudn’t go anywhere else for car issues.
