Holts own Blake Wilson got us a great deal on a CAT 289 D3 and a generous trade-in for our trade. CAT has put a lot of thought into their machines and how they work with especially CAT attachments. CAT is the most comfortable equipment I have ever used.I accidentally paid Holt sales tax on an agricultural project, and Blake did all the research, footwork, and stayed with it until I received the refund. All in all a positive experience. I work on heavy equipment sometimes and I had to pick up a grease line for a front end loader from this place. I went to the parts department and went to the wrong area and they kindly referred me over to the right area where Tony helped me. All staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I will be back and recommend this place to my friends that need caterpillar parts and service
