Sent a hydraulic hose with a bad fitting to be cut off and another applied, Alpha Tech we can not replace a fitting on a hose due to insurance reasons... Are you kidding me, these guys would rather let a business walk out the door than replace a hose end.. This company is a joke! Good thing is, there a small fish in a big tank.
