I would have given this store five stars or four stars in the past. That for the last four or five months, theyve been out of almost everything I had ordered for curbside service and even in store. They quit selling a lot of the stuff that I buy. And not having an express lane by the pharmacy anymore, is extremely irritating. But the employees are still nice as ever.

Renovations happening now so in and out are awkward. Great staff! And company is a super responsible community member!

I would give 5 stars if you had a set time for us “oldsters” to shop and get a chance at the stocked shelves. A 1:30 pickup does not get us a chance for toilet paper or flour. Yes. I’d be happy for a four pack TP!

I absolutely hate grocery shopping so this is truly the best best thing for me. Foods are always fresh and not bad at all. Its really like shopping for the best foods without actually going out to do just that. You will probably pay about $10 extra for the service, but thats great for those who cant exactly get out for a variety of reasons. The driver can also bring your groceries to your door. Ive been very fortunate enough to have several drivers place the groceries on my counter in the kitchen. Not sure if they are supposed to go that far but I always tip extra just for that service. We have also used this service for several elderly relatives so they dont risk falling down or getting in a wreck on the road. Peace of mind for sure!

Ive chosen HEB over Walmart for years and continue to do so. Ive not had a time where Ive left without something I came for, never left upset over an interaction with employees. HEB is much classier than any Walmart Ive been to. The coupons are great and the points card! Free cash to spend at HEB just for shopping there. Curbside is always fast, what a convenience when I dont want to haul kids in or be in the crowd. Way to go HEB.

Produce is disgusting lots of mold nothing thrown out. Produce manager should be ashamed. Makes me wonder about the meat dept now. Scary

Always get great service and the people are helpful. HEB brands are sometimes better than name brands and have good reasonable prices.

It was great. They got my order right l. The brought itbout quickly. I spent less that week because I didnt buy anything on impulse.

HEB produce and meat products have declined greatly in the past few months. The curbside providers are friendly, but the items chosen for you are not the same quality that i would choose myself.. all in all, the service is just adequate, not good.
