The snow storm made it hard for the store to get the fruit but they were very honest about it and let me know when my arrangement could be delivered and it was delivered on the day promised. I appreciate honesty! I also appreciate good customer service and quality products. I received all of these from this store. Thank you so much!

I needed to cancel my order the day after I made my order due to personal reasons. This was on July 6. I have yet received my refund. I keep getting the run around! Every time I call customer service I’m told something different. It’s now over 2 months and still no refund!

Ordered a fondue set for my mom as she has been going through a rough time. (I live 2 hours away) They “couldn’t get in contact” and told me this an hour before closing. Nothing but excuses!!

Placed an order online for a delivery of a Swizzle Strawberry and banana package for my fiancé. My fiancé sent me a picture of his package and it wasn’t the correct order. I called the Waco store to ask what happened and the girl working asked “so, what do you want me to do about it?” She continued to tell me it’s only a $5 difference and she’s not going to give me anything free. I don’t need/want anything free little girl. I expected some decent customer service.

I liked this place a lot. Selection of some hard to find things I havent seen in a long time. The staff was extremely friendly. The atmosphere was great. Prices a tad on the high side, but not unusual for this type of candy store that carries the harder to find items. Great drink selection also, and the ice cream looked great.

Edible arrangements theyre beautiful theyre put together nice theyre firm for traveling but they are a little pricey but I guess if you want something nice you have to pay for it thats just my philosophy your local guide Fritz case

I am extremely upset, I order an arrangement online to be delivered before 6pm and I called in 2 separate occasions to make sure to make sure it will make it on time. 1 the first person I told the importance to deliver this before 6pm she said they were delivering until 7, I said that was not possible, put me on hold and never get back to me, 2 person I told them that it was important for my daughter to get this before 6pm DID NOT ARRIVED. THE SURPRISE WAS RUINED, ALL BAYLOR PARENTS, DO NOT ORDER HERE.

I ordered a gift basket for my daughter as she was having a rough day. I ordered the basket that morning and it was delivered that same day. Delicious Fruit! Always fresh! Edible is coming out with new ways to eat fruit quiet rapidly now. The Lemon Ice Berry and Birth Cake berries are just pure yumminess! I love the new safari line! The monkeys will be great for a jungle themed birthday party or baby shower! Keep the creativness flowing!

I wouldn’t care if your friends are hanging out with you during work if you weren’t rude. Telling me you don’t carry something that is always there when the other girls are working is bull. Guess I have to call ahead to see who’s working to get decent service.

I was very satisfied with this company! I’m in Leander, Texas and called last minute to Waco for my mom to receive a nice gift on that day! They had an hour and a half to make and deliver! Wow! They did it! I would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks so much!

I called every florist in Waco in order to get my friend some birthday arragements delivered, and no one could deliver, same-day. I stumbled upon edibles website and they were able to deliver the gifts the same day! In fact, they delivered 2 hours later. A+ service! Will continue to use from here on out.

I ordered a regular blooming hearts and received a petite vase with 3 chocolate strawberries and about half the size of what was shown in the picture!! TOTAL ripoff and will not be ordering from here again!!!

I ordered a edible arrangement with a balloon it did not come with balloon and was told it may not make it on time they barley made it to a business were it was suppose to be delivered by 5pm. i would never recommend this place to anyone.

Person working was friendly. No product available except chocolate covered apples n pineapples. Was there at 1030 am. Information I received was not to my liking. Call in 3 to 5 days ahead of time. Prices are CRAZY HIGH

Adriana and Jessica are always super friendly. They always give prompt service and good recommendations. 💖💖💖 They also have pretty nice specials which makes it easy to be here a few times a week.

The young women who fixed my smoothie is rude and seems to always have an attitude. If you dont like your job find some where else to work. The manager is always some sweet I wish I knew when she was working she is the only one I will deal with! #annoyed
