Great store to pick up party and wedding supplies. Their prices are good and they are very helpful.

Placed a last minute delivery order for 45 balloons and have to admit, the courtesy and professionalism from our shipt delivery personnel was awesome. Did not hesitate when I had to give an address update for balloon drop off and the communication was awesome. Did have to end up coming into the store upon arriving into town as I had forgotten a few items, it was a good experience.

I called in the morning to place a delivery order, but I wasn’t sure on what I wanted and only had a couple ideas. The lady who helped me went above and beyond to make my thoughts come to life, and made a perfect balloon bouquet! Their customer service went above and beyond, and I highly appreciate it!

Neat place and very clean. This store has pretty much anything you need for any type of party. I cant believe I never stopped by here sooner.

Yet again another year get told one price for our side balloon the. Bring them in and get told a total different price!! I came and purchased all decorations a month ago showed them what balloons I was ordering and was told 1.29-1.99 per balloon, to bring them in and get told one that was a little bigger then the other was going to be 7.99!!! I can understand an extra $1 but $6 extra!! Last year we where told there wouldn’t be a charge for me to bring them in because I had also bought some balloons from them as well and get told there was a price once I brought them. I never had a problem Wallys balloon factory was here!! Always has everything we needed and nothing changed when we came back.

Big selection of everything here. Just be sure to read the fine print on sale signs around the store... minimum purchase required to get 4/$1.

Very disappointed with party city I went one day after work to pickup balloons for a coworkers birthday the next day. Instead I was told they could deliver them free of charge, so I opted to have them delivered between 10 and 11. The next days comes and its 10:48 and no balloons yet, so I call and was told no one had picked them up yet! The rep on the phone explained if no one cons within 5 they will call an Uber to come bring them. Not trusting anything they say no I ended up going to pickup the balloons. When I got there I was given 30% off which was nothing they could have kept that. It would have been nice to get a courtesy call that my balloon order might be late so I could make proper plans then!

Shopping for my boyfriends 40th birthday was made so easy. Stacie, the store manager, helped me find all that I needed and more. The decorations were a hit for the party!

I wanted to buy Micky Mouse party decor for my sons birthday. I was happy with what I wanted to purchase and came to the check out. I was only ALLOWED to buy two of my items from the store. They told me they could not sale me the rest of my purchase because it didn’t come up when they scanned the item. I told them the items prices from the signs on the displays from the shelf they were stocked in. They had tons of it on the shelf. I was totally put off and confused why they couldn’t sale me product from there store that was on there shelf’s for purchase with price tags on them? But since they couldn’t scan they would not let me buy. That’s crazy to me a business does not want me to purchase products from there store. I had about 5 items they could not sale me, I was only allowed to purchase 2..... I left very confused and will not be back.

Halloween is near...get spooky stuff here!

Had an ok selection for costumes for Halloween. Friendly girl helped us get our youngests costume.

SO excited that we have a Party City in Waco! The new store is huge and has a ton of cool stuff. The employees are cheerful and willing to give tips on where to find certain themed items (like pumpkins for my Halloween party).

Need more people checking out customers. When I walked in there were several employees up front helping..went to check out there was only 1 person. Person in front of me was getting balloons. I waited 10 min and put my stuff back and left.

The best balloons ever.

On my way home from out-of-town, I took a detour to stop at the Party City in Waco to buy more of an item I need for a reception. This location had some of what I needed. However, the customer service was lacking today in both friendliness and helpfulness.

They keep running out of helium. Was told they could not blow up balloons and couldnt guarantee they could blow them up on the day I need them. Missing Wallys right about now.

As far as selection great wide variety of colors . Everything from tablecloths Cloths, cupcake holders, balloons. Customer service and speed an absolutely horrible. Two cashiers the third young lady doing balloons.stood in line for over a half hour with only eight people in front of me. And then one of the two cashiers started trying to blow up balloons as well on the same one machine. Way way way understaffed

The manager that was working there tonight was a female and she was awesome. Unfortunately I cant remember her name but she allowed us to bring in a costume without a receipt and exchange it for other items that my daughter wanted for her Halloween costume.

Nice and clean and big! Love it a lot better than old store

All the employees are on completely different pages when it comes to how to do things. Just opened or not everyone should know the correct policies of the store so that you don’t get 18 different answers from people. I got balloons filled there for my daughters 2nd birthday and not even 24 hours later they’re completely deflated and sunk to the ground. It’s such a waste to go there.

Go to wallys world in Temple the service is worth the trip!Horrible & bad.They dont keep extra helium, if i were the owner i would pay out of pocket to make sure I have extra helium because I would hate to lose customers just because of lack if helium.Bad. Horrible.
