Love the selection on shoes for my son except they only carry certain sizes..

Poor management and return policy. Bought a pair of shoes where they gave me the wrong color, tried to go back to exchange but they did not have the right color in my size. Did not receive a receipt in my email like I was told I would after giving my information, so they would not allow for a return to get money back instead.

Bad customer service rep and the music they were playing was inappropriate I spent over $400 and when I went back to exchange something for a different size the associate had an attitude and told me I could go to the Arlington mall and find the size I needed
