Fabulous shoe store. Located in the Richland Mall. Very nice reception from more than just one employee. Only problem was limited in shoe sizes for the most wanted shoes. Prices are higher than expected 😮. If they dont have your size, they will order and shipped to you for free. Hold on your pocket book.

We were there right at closing and the clerk was so super helpful, patient and nice! Definitely recommend it from our experience! Good job!

New employee sold us not only the wrong size shoe but they were damaged and stained, they should have never sold the shoes in the first place. When we went to get them exchanged we were accused of damaging the shoes and were told we could not get an exchange because of the condition they were in. After the store manager had to come and fix the issue (which she did a wonderful job and the issue had nothing to do with her.)I would hate to say I would never come back to this store, but it will definitely take some time before I even think about returning here.

The girl working there was super helpful/friendly. They had different sizes on mens Sperrys which was what I needed.

The young girl was helping two guys they tried on a lot of shoes but bought nothing so I figured she had to restock so I took a seat (being that I’m heavily pregnant) she came back out talked, walked around and started tagging things while I sat there obviously waiting. The other sales girl was great but she was attending another customer so I finally slapped 3 pairs of shoes on the counter asking for a size 9. She brought me a size 9, 9.5 and told me that they had the other but it was under other boxes and would take too long to find. Being that I’m currently having a hard time tying my shoes I bought the slip on vans but I wanted to order them online I was livid!! Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced especially when you usually can’t even walk by the store without being greeted. Ridiculous.

Great store in rich land mall sells shoes and some clothes great store.

I went in to get a quick cheap pair of shoes that were on sale and the sales lady was basically looking over my shoulder the whole time. After I told her what size I needed for the shoes I wanted she brought out three different shoes and didnt bother telling me they were out of stock on the ones I wanted. Then proceeded to tell me one of the pairs she brought out was on sale for $29.99 but when she rung them up they were $59 dollars! She didnt have much to say about it when I asked why they arent on sale now?

Went here to cop a new pair of Timbs. Staff member was helpful and patient as I closed-in on the perfect fit. Very happy with my purchase

The guy with twobottom lip piercing is such an A**hole, he needs to be fired !!!! We walked in and he said are you buying shoes for me or u and I said me, and then put his hand up like he was gonna give me a high five and then moved it really fast and started laughing.... I was uhhh okay, and I told my dad lets go, I am annoyed right. And he awww it was a joke. I will never go back here again if he is working.
