The place in short is large run down warehouse stuffed with furniture. But despite shabby appearances and an ironic lack of interior design, the staff is friendly and they seem to have a wide variety of product both in store and online.

Ive always shopped at Furniture Outlet on Franklin even when my mother was alive she shopped here and this is pretty much the only place we always shopped. However I will no longer shop here or refer others to this place of business. Furnished basically my whole new house with them, however my daughters nightstand didnt have the matching handles and after waiting over a month from when they delivered it and still given the wrong handles I asked for refund and the owners were beyond rude to me. When I went in for my refund I explained to the owners husband that I didnt appreciate how his wife conducted business over the phone with me when I expressed my issue about the handles and just wanting to return the nightstand and get my money back for it. So I get there and simply ask for my refund and he asks whats wrong and I explain I spent over $3900 in one month there and I would appreciate better customer service, he goes into a rant about he only made $100 profit as if I asked for something free or as if it was my fault for the handles not matching the dresser. He proceeds to yell and while giving my card to other worker for refund he is yelling at me to listen to him when I only asked for my refund, this guy even followed me out the door screaming at me as I left. I will he reporting them to the BBB!Im so mad I didnt record him!

Furniture Outlet is THE best place around to buy furniture! Amazing selection on the floor but tons more from catalogs. Great quality furniture and service. Setup and delivery within 3 days from the catalog all for $30! Name brand furniture for better prices than anywhere. Large rugs for only $99. Super great people and amazing prices. Check it out!

The staff went above and beyond to help us with getting furniture for our new home. They didnt have the dining room table that we wanted in a box so they wrapped up the display for us and made sure that it would not get damaged on the way home. They have great prices as well. Thank yall!

They have really nice furniture for average prices. They do a little bait and switch with a huge sign claiming great prices but never have it in store. They say they always sell out of the special item.

Definitely the best furniture deals in Waco. They represent all the major brands, so I have no idea why anyone would pay the ridiculous mark ups elsewhere. The owner is completely dedicated to serving the entire community, and being fair to everyone regardless of race, color, or creed.
