Henry was great and patient while we looked and ended up buying way more than my husband was happy with. We got a good joke from it: “Arguing with your wife is like trying to read the “Terms of Use” on the internet. Eventually you just give up and say, “I agree.”

Honestly I wasnt really sure about home zone until earlier this week when I bought a couch from them. The couch is good quality and was reasonably priced. Dustin was the sales associate that helped me. He didnt hover, but yet he was very attentive. He was also very patience which is greatly appreciated especially considering I asked about 100 questions. Overall I had an awesome experience here and will definitely be back in the future.

Yall when I tell you this furniture store gives you more bang for your buck, you can take the savings to the bank. I have made several purchases from HOME ZONE and am pleased with the quality of each piece. The customer service is above and beyond and the floor supervisor Ruth McMillan is amazing.She and staff seem to go above and beyond to make shopping for furniture fun. NO stalking involved, just a warm greeting, advised about sales, and pointed in the right direction.I would suggest that newlyweds, college student with their first apartment or extreme bargain shoppers look in their clearance room. Full of last call and gently damaged items to start you off...better than Ikea.... (junk)But I digress ....On my most recent trip I went in pursuit of an ottoman that matched my football watching chair. I could have completed the purchase in 15 minutes and made it home for kickoff. But, I was 30 minutes late because thats the time it took me to scan the beautiful home accessories available throughout the store. Needless to say, I got a few of those too.I might mention the ottoman I purchased is identical to one at another furniture store in town, but HALF the price. The same was true when I shopped for the chair.Well worth a look and well worth an A+ review.

Yesterday, I stopped by the Home Zone store in Waco, TX, to look at sectionals. I had a nice experience while working with Breii. She was knowledgeable about the questions I asked. To my surprise, I chose a sectional that was IN STOCK and had a matching chair! Breii explained everything I should expect upon delivery of my furniture so there shouldn’t be any surprises!

We worked with Torie and she was super friendly and down to earth. She was very honest and helpful with our choices and confirmed we were making the right choice for us. He made it very easy and we were very comfortable working with her.

I had several experiences in the Waco Home Zone over the last few weeks while I was picking out furniture for my living room. For the most part my experiences were fabulous. I dealt with Torie the most. She was so patient and helpful while I made sure of what I wanted and took measurements to make sure it would fit. There were a couple of times that I came in to double check measurements or show another piece of furniture I had changed my mind to and it was Torie’s day off. I dealt with every salesperson there over the three weeks it took me to settle on what I finally bought. (I’m kinda picky about furniture) The only salesperson that frustrated me, and actually made me leave the store out of frustration, was Douglas. He chose to try to take care of me and another customer even though there was another salesperson available. He told me three times that he “would be right back” and didn’t return. The first two times I found him after 15 minutes. The third time I just left the store.So overall the store was great, everything was clean, the furniture is great quality, and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Torie was especially great, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and did everything she said she would.

When we went to Home Zone in Waco, The employees were very friendly and not at all pushy. We explained what we were looking for and the employee took us and showed us what they had. We bought a living room set. The price was very good. The furniture will be delivered next week and we can’t wait to see it in our living room. Next time I want furniture I will check with Home Zone first.

We recently had a wonderful experience at Home Zone in Waco. We were greeted immediately by Douglas. He was extremely friendly and professional. He explained that they did not work off of commission and that anyone in the store could help us anytime - they were not shopper stalkers. Douglas showed us several items and answered all of our questions. My husband was ready to make the purchase that night, I encouraged him to wait a few days and that we should look at least at one other furniture store. After going to another store we knew the Erin sofa, recliner and loveseat were exactly what we wanted. Douglas explained up front that the set was on back order and he explained the process and gave us the worst case scenario (1month). We greatly appreciated his honestly and proactively looking into the availability of our set even before we were ready to purchase. We returned to the store about a week later and again we were greeted immediately and we told the gentleman we had been working with Douglas. He said he would let Douglas know we were here. After he finished with another customer he came to find us and took amazing care of us. He was extremely personal and made great conversation. We share several things in common, both having fruit trees and our love of the outdoors and birds. Douglas made the purchase process extremely fast and explained everything about the product, delivery and optional warranty. We could not pass up the warranty. We are so excited about our new furniture set and consider Douglas a new friend. We will definitely come back and purchase more.

After a long day of furniture hunting, the folks at Home Zone, especially Douglas and Kyle, were a breath of fresh air, and exceptionally helpful! Their customer service was top notch! And we were so happy to have our furniture available for delivery so quickly! Many other big furniture stores were quoting us 8-12 weeks for delivery, but that wasn’t the case at Home Zone. I was very pleased by this Home Zone! I came out very happy with my purchases and the help I received. My parents and I were helped by this amazing young lady (Ruth McMillian) she was very informative, well-spoken and showed interest in helping us. Sergio was amazing, the place is nicely furnished, but it’s 2021.This location should have the ability to finish paying off an item online or over the phone instead of forcing people to drive to their location, especially in not so good weather.It just seems a bit archaic to me going in to pay for something anymore instead of being sent a secure link or paying over the phone after verifying my identity. Ive told Justine and Dispatch that chaise has to be on the left hand side. Cant even enjoy the sectional partner and I bought over 3 weeks ago because they cant understand right vs left, and I have photo and video evidence of this all specifically requesting the Left hand chaise. Just awful delivery service. The first attempt was 2/23/21, chaise was on the right. Same for second attempt on 2/27/21, chaise is on the right, and same for today, 3/3/21, chaise is still on the right when you are facing it. It has to be on the left.
