I feel listened to and trust their advice. I won’t take my car anywhere else and when the time comes I will buy my next car from Alex as well.

Ive used Midway for many years and always recommend them. There are some services that they dont do, but are great at recommending where you could go for those. Have always been fair and do good work. Good trustworthy people. Saved me hundreds from dealership recommended replacement that was unnecessary; more than once.

I had a horrible experience here. I called beforehand & informed them I had been to autozone to have the codes read but I needed a full diagnostic work up to fully understand what needed to be done. I thought they understood. Upon dropping off my car the office lady could not be bothered to take my name or number down correctly. After persisting multiple times she got my number right but left my name alone. After 24 hours of having my vehicle they call me to tell me they got the same exact codes I did but he needed to dive in more to find out. When I asked for an estimate he said he couldnt give me that. I have a budget, I cannot afford to pay him to just work willy-nilly on what he sees fit. I told him I needed to process the information & he says thats fine I have some errands to run Ill be back in a half hour. Call your dad & see what he says. Not all of us have the luxury of calling someone they trust to discuss these things. When I informed him of that he just repeated his statement. I am upset at this point. I call my friend to drop me off so I can pick up my car & they charge me $48 for diagnostics. At this point I am livid. I did the exact thing they did for free at auto zone not a week earlier. I tried to reason with them & was met with nothing but rudeness. I agreed to pay & demanded my key. I will never send anyone here, nor will I ever give them another cent of my money. If youre a business who just wants to keep their loyal long standing customers that is fine, but say that you dont openings for new clients. Do not treat me like an imbecile & be rude.

The ladies up front are very rude and have horrible customer service skills. Very unpleasant....waited all day for my car... all they had to do is shoot it with freon which I paid $80 for and I could have done it nllmyself for $40

I went for an estimate for an optional repair. He was honest with me about the cost. I appreciate that. Ill go back when needed.
