This business has great customer service. I stopped by right before closing time to inquire about a bed liner and locking cover. They ordered what I wanted and it was installed 2 days later. They picked up my truck early in the morning and delivered it shortly after lunch. I would definitely do business with Line-X of Waco again and will refer them to all of my friends who are in the market for truck accessories.

Ordered running board’s Wednesday with a verbally quoted price of $330 and a $100 dollar installation fee scheduled for installation the next day on Thursday. The boards were supposed to have colored lights. The boards didn’t come in till Monday which was fine as they communicated this delay and waived the installation fee, but the running boards went up to $350, there were taxes which were expected, but then an additional 3.9% fee for using my debit card which I wasn’t told about beforehand until it was time to pay. Reading other reviews after-the-fact states it’s posted, but I neither saw or looked for signs on pricing and this wasn’t discussed when prices were verbally quoted. Maybe this could have all been remedied with a printed quote that included product details and final pricing? The boards had NO lights which was a total bummer and there were some confused looks and responses when I asked Michael how to use them, then the owner stated “there are no lights”. No big deal, I got a good price, but then when I get home I notice I didn’t get my factory installed rock running boards back, and my Jeep came back with some extra scratches along the newly installed running board area that I hadn’t seen before (these may been there before as I off-road and may have just overlooked them before, not entirely sure).They also told me they would find some bumper options and email them to me which I never received. Overall, customer service and pricing was fairly good, but I wouldn’t return my business and wouldn’t recommend this place to friends or family. I think there are too many communication issues that could have been easily avoided or remedied with better attention to detail (like the lights) or with a quote that showed the product details and final price with or without the 3.9% fee. I wouldn’t recommend this place, there are too many options out there!

Used these guys again to put a cover on my truck. Service was once again excellent and they got me in in a timely manner. These guys arent the cheapest in town but you definitely get what you pay for.These guys are top notch. They installed a new bedliner for me as well as tint my windows at a very affordable price. I had a ride to pick me up but they did offer me a shuttle to take me wherever I needed to go. I would recommend these guys for all of your truck accessories.

Line X provided excellent customer service. There liner looks fabulous. There facilities need attention though. Waiting room was cluttered and needed vacuuming, outlet covers dangling on cord for television, and seats are worn. Fix the little cosmetic issues and next time its 5 stars.

I had a pretty average interaction with the workers when setting up the appointment. The bed looked amazing. Then I met the employee with the dog ( didnt catch his name). He actually made me feel good and well taken care of! Will be going there again, but to reiterate, only due to last interaction.

Just a fair warning, they dont tell you theres a 3.9% charge if you pay with credit card and not cash. So if you dont pay attention to your receipt they basically rob you. They dont even mention it when youre paying and, theres no sign. I wonder how many people have been robbed because of this? They did not mention to me when I made appt or when I paid. They offered to refund if I went and got cash and came back which is another 30 minutes or better of wasted time. So there is the whole story.

They just lined the floor of my 2017 Jeep Wrangler and did an AMAZING job!!! Loved everything about the experience--the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and delivered exactly what they promised. I love the new floor lining. It looks great and adds value to my vehicle! I highly recommend them!UPDATE!!! I just took my Jeep back to have a new hard top put on. Again, Line X did not disappoint! The top came in earlier than expected and they called me to have it installed the same day. Top fits like a glove and best of all, no more leaks!!

I bought a Jump Start kit at a reasonable price at Line X of Waco at their recommendation. It has proved to be a life-saver as I have had issues with my vehicle battery running completely down. I have avoided having to use tow trucks as I have been able to jump start my vehicle from a totally dead battery. So dead I couldn’t even use the push-button key to open the door. I had to use the mechanical key!! Using the boost jump start on the jump-starter I was able to get the vehicle to the dealer!! Every driver should own one of these. They are easy to use and safe. Great service and wonderful customer experience

It was a great experience to go in and meet the employees at Line X of Waco. I went in to get a trailer hitch for my truck. Thought I was going to have to take it home and figure out how to change it myself. No one of the guys went out and actually put it on for me which was great. There’s so many neat things that you can use to dress up your truck there. I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome Service!

Solid product that has held up for 5 months now. I would definitely recommend Line-X of Waco.The service planning was a bit rocky, miscommunications over the phone about service dates and slightly bristly attitudes about it when confronted. But, they made it right and fulfilled our agreement on the day that was originally agreed over the phone even though it put them in a scheduling bind. I was concerned that my job was rushed but so far so good!Tip: if they try to schedule over you, dont take it personally theyre just trying to make their business work. But a case of beer helps smooth over any sour feelings.

Line-X provided excellent quality service. They fitted my truck with a tri-fold bed cover. The people were great and they took the time to find the best option for me at a very affordable price. I will definitely be using Line-X for all my future truck accessory needs.

I purchased a New 2019 Ram Laramie 4x4 and needed a few things. I had Line-X install my Bed Liner and I also had them install a new Retractable Bed Cover. I had an assigned appointment and the company did everything they said, in the time frame they said. It has been about 7 months since this installation and I have had ZERO Issues regarding anything negative about the work or the product they did. Had my entire Jeep done inside and out and I must say it is absolutely amazing! Ive already taken it out on a few trails and have had tree branches brush the sides and top I was worried that some of the material may have been damaged but it has held up great not one scratch on it! Its also easy to clean as pretty much nothing sticks to it. Highly recommend going to Line-X as they are very nice and family oriented they made me feel as if I was apart of their family and not just another customer!
