I didnt really go to the AutoZone I went to the water station in front of the AutoZone. However, I have been to this AutoZone in the past year and I needed a right blinker bulb, and the employee even came out and put it in my car!

I went to get a licence plate bulb for my 06 Toyota Avalon and all of the employees for very helpful. I have to acknowledge Danielle( I am not sure if this is how she spells her name) she helped me change the bulbs and it didnt take long even though she was changing the bulbs in my car and another person at the same time. Thanks for your help!!

The gentleman who helped me got the job done quickly, efficiently, and at an affordable price. He was so kind and willing to help me out. He even drove out from the shop to meet me where I was stranded to help me replace my battery. Everything was done in less than an hour, and he also helped me save some money. Overall great service and premium customer support. I would highly, highly recommend these qualified individuals.

Due to Covid, you must use their OBD2 scanner in order to check your check engine light. Quick and easy!

Great place. Clean machines, friendly employees and convenient location. Car wash is right there..so if youve got extra energy..you can wash and vacuum your car while your clothes are getting clean..but its a real hustle! Whew..but you can do it (if I can..lol )!!

Not the best place to go anymore. While the employees there are eager to help, some are not knowledgeable which will leave you frustrated and wanting to just give up on fixing your own car. Until they make a positive change, I would recomend going someplace else.

I had a two minute problem and money to spend, but wasn’t even greeted. Someone came in after me, didn’t stand in line but demanded help and I wasn’t helped at all. The store was a mess and so apparently is their service. I won’t waste my time there again!

Its a pretty good location. most of the people know their products and services and try to help you. I came in once to replace a gascap and got advice that saved me $30. I just dont like the smell of the place. I know its car parts but the smell gave me a headache. The tool loaner program is good to but this location is lacking in the socket wrench dept. overall a good location.

Despite offering free battery testing and other services they wouldnt check our battery even though there was only one other person in the store.

I came in yesterday (5/13) around 6 PM. I had my car jumpstarted after work and went in to see if they could test my car battery. I drive a 2008 Prius and the man who “helped” came out and tested one thing in the front of my car (not my 12 volt battery) and then came back with a list of recommended service and asked what it looked like that list meant about my battery being bad. I’m not a car expert and didn’t know. He then proceeded to tell me it mentioned nothing about my 12 volt battery being bad which meant my hybrid battery was bad, and said that my car would completely break down soon and only drive 10mph. Again, he had not actually tested my 12 volt battery. So I asked again to confirm he could not help and he said no he couldn’t. Overall he was very dismissive and not helpful, and if this were a medical thing would be guiltily of malpractice for diagnosing a much more expensive problem than it was. I ended up going to another AutoZone and a service member checked and replaced my 12 volt battery, which was the issue.

When you tell him youre doing a tune-up on a Dodge Hemi motor and you need spark plugs and they only give you 8 when it calls for 16 spark plugs and you live 40 miles away and it was the first time you did a tune-up on a Hemi motor wheres the problem
