They fixed my car up so well youd never know it was damaged. A dear took out the majority of the drivers side of my car (entire mirror, front and passenger doors dented to hell, back panel by the gas tank dented and to top it all off busted the tail light) and I was devastated as I had literally just paid it off and had never even scratched it before, not to mention Christmas was like a week away when it happened. When they gave it back to me I cried because it went from perfect to trashed back to perfect and I owe it all to them. Body work/paint takes time and with the holidays coming I can understand why it took 2 and a half weeks (about 14 business days from when I brought it in) to get it back but it was well worth the wait

This company was not friendly. They damaged my vehicle and tried to deny that they didnt cause the damages. My husband and I literally argued with them about the damages. It wasnt until my insurance adjuster and I provided proof that my car wasnt brought in with the damages is when they finally agreed to repair my car.I was so thankful to God that I overlooked my car before driving it off of their premises, because it definitely would have been my word against theirs.

Been around for a long time for a reason. Excellent service and unnoticeable paint and body repairs. Highly recommend checking this place out for your collision repair needs.

Straight highway robbers...took my car to them and they on pupose put a metal piece inside car part to make it non-working and then charged $400 for that new car part that was available online for $30.Everyone please Stayyyy awayyy from them and save your money...take your car to somone else but not to them you will regret.

Having my car repairs done at Crow and Roberts was a great, stress-free experience for me. Bill Sparks was the person I dealt with the whole time and he was very professional and so helpful. I never once had to deal with the insurance company or have to make sure things were getting done. He took care of everything. My car looked amazing after the repairs were done! I would certainly recommend them and will never use anyone else, although I hope I never need this again!!

My brand new F-150 Lariot was in a collision on I-35. I took it to Crow and Roberts on a Tuesday and picked it up today (4 days later). I could not be more pleased! There is no sign of any damage, it looks just like it did when I drove it off of the show room floor. I had worries, I had concerns about my truck. It had less than 5000 miles on it, but these guys treated it like their own, and I know they gave it the same kind of care that they wouldve given their own vehicle. I hope I never have to use their service again, but if I get into another wreck, this is where I will go. I will be a very vocal advocate of theirs from this point on. Thank you Crow and Roberts!

About as food an experience as you can have getting a vehicle repaired. Insurance company was a little light on their estimate and Jimmy handled with them and took care of everything. I re omens them!

Took my car in for an estimate for some hail damage because this is apparently the only place State Farm allows for estimates in Waco. The guy was rude and refused to write an estimate for all of the damage caused. Took it to State Farm for evaluation and they totaled and said they had no idea what Crow and Roberts was talking about in the evaluation.
