AMAZING PLACE!!! TONS OF STUFF!! They have a HUGEEEE selection of items, not only everything looks very well selected and some of the best brands. The place is EXTREMELY well organized and clean. The employees were very friendly, helpful, attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. I had an amazing experience and I had to share it. They truly had everything I was looking for AND more. I went in and was out with all my groceries within minutes, no need for long wait. I definitely recommend it!!

First time shopping here. It was peaceful good variety of fruits and veggies. No tables of rotten produce like some of the stores around. Check out was a breeze the cashier didnt over do it yet I still felt attended to. I will be bacc keep up the good work. We will be seeing each other again soon. Thanks again!

Smart and Final has a great selection and prices for fresh fruit and vegetables. They run a clean store with variety in name brands and there brand, First Choice. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I love this store. They have everything. Produce is beautiful; but a bit on the pricey.Very friendly and helpful employees. They are so good to help you locate something and smile the whole time theyre helping you.I had asked for some help with the frozen U Bake dinner rolls; but needed to use the restroom first. When I came back out the guy was walking down the road looking for me so he could help. Thats true customer service if you ask me.You can buy in bulk or large quantities or just the usual person doing their weekly shopping.Gordon wood

It was my first time there only went for roasted chicken.. They got busy but opened every lane for check out. Asked cashier when will there be more chicken. She knew 5 mins and she let me pay ahead.

Great place to get large items. I got these chips for 12.99. I think its a great buy vs the ones in plastic bags. You get more.for your buck when you pay a few bucks more for quanity and bigger sizes bags. I also bought takies ror 9.99 with 25 small sized bags.

11 people were waiting in line, only 2 check stands open. 1 employee putting fruit away, another putting up wine bottles. There are 5 check stands total. Maybe the other 2 were not trained to operate the cash registers?? Thank goodness no one was buying huge amounts of anything. All of us got through the line in about 20 minutes.

This store has a decent selection of produce. The rotisserie chicken was good. Has good selection of ice cream treats.

Been a while since we shopped Smart & Final and was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience.

Riendly staff, shelves stocked well, fair deals on some meats and chicken...The wait in line to cash out was long and annoying when in a hurry...Overall it was an alright shopping experience...

I love this store it is always clean and the employees are always willing to help me find what I need. Even if the lines are long for checking out the employees work hard to get us in and out as fast as they possibly can. I appreciate every single one of them

Other grocery stores just aren’t like this one. If you like the organic stuff plus fantastic customer service, then you’ve arrived at your desired destination. An employee named Zachary provided us with outstanding customer service and helped inform us about their fresh shipments of organic Yerba mate. Super welcoming. Now I’ll have more than enough energy to finish the lawn. Will recommend again! 5 stars

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. Definitely do not order online. We set an order up which would be delivered by today between 4-5pm. The person that was going to deliver called around 4:30 to say she was running late. Knowing everything going on with this epidemic, we told her it was ok and we were understanding. Its 8 and we call Smart & Final trying to figure out what happened with our order and the guy that answered had no clue what he was talking about. Only thing that he said was to call Instacart and they would take care of it. Been on the phone for nearly 30min and their automated system keeps telling me my call will not be answered for another 59min. Over all worst experience. Thanks for nothing.

Just a beautiful clean store

The cashier was lovely. She chatted with us even threw masks and the whole Covid distancing and isolation at there check out.

I really like this store. Besides being a darn good grocery store, its also a restaurant supply store. This means you can buy things in quantity and you can also buy a lot of stuff that most pure grocery stores dont carry. The prices are good and the have a good selection, as well. A VERY convenient, one stop shopping store!

I dont usually go to this store I usually go to the smaller one on the other side of town. This store is very clean, fully stocked and very friendly staff that asked if we needed any assistance. Great selection of food and drinks and very friendly staff. Saved me a trip to Costco and thats a huge plus, no crowd of people to deal with and/or long lines!

Second time I have left the store without anything. Didnt have a Thanksgiving ham and only a couple of turkeys.

I was in the express lane and the lines were very backed up. It took the other cashiers awhile before they came to help. When they finally did come they did not acknowledge me that I was next in line. Instead they took customers that were at the end of the lines. How rude!!! The two guys that came to help didn’t have name tags on, but they were on check stands 3 & 5. I had to wait a long time since the customers in front of me had a large purchase in the express lane.

Great place to shop. Clerk was new and nervous but did a great job. However, I am a senior citizen, and the shopping cart was overflowing with groceries and four cases of water. I would have appreciated help to my car if it had been offered.

This smart and final visalia store is great always well stocked very friendly and helpful cashiers. Produce is amazing well stocked always.

This store is bigger and has some nice health food options. I took away a star because the check outs are always full. Its like they never have enough staff to run the registers when needed. Their prices are fair.

We go to buy bulk meat that I cut myself. Way more affordable with 5 in the family. But great place to shop all the way around.

Friendly staff and well stocked store. The store layout could use some refinement. Once you get used to the way the store is setup though you can quickly find everything you need. Some items are only sold in larger sizes though.

Really good produce, ok meats and dry goods. Limited beer and wine selection, and no nice cheeses available. Clean and modern store, not the warehouse style you might be expecting.
