Disappointed…. not only was the worker rushing me to order but got my order wrong. I asked to ADD a little heavy cream and they substituted the milk instead and with my other drink I barely even got a scoop of the berrys in the mango dragon fruit refresher. Will definitely never be back here.

My Frappuccino coffee was really good today, real friendly service, well worth going to this Starbucks!

I normally go through drive through which is speedy and fine, so 5/5 for that. But ordering ahead of time and ordering in person? Completely lagged behind. Ended up waiting more than 10 minutes for a cold brew. Cmon man, its not that hard to pour a pitcher of cold brew into a cup.Drink was good though.

9/10 they make my drink wrong but there is one worker who goes out of her way to fix my drinks and was friendly with me so that is what has me going back. Lately, there isnt anyone inside the store except me and the workers and I have to wait at least a minimum of 10min for my drink, this has happened more than I can count so I decided to do a mobile order and well it was extremely busy, which I can understand (rush hour) I got all my drinks except 1 but they re made it and I was on my way.. my drink was good but not worth the wait or $. Id still go back but not as often as before since, drive thru and familiar people they know, get priority over people ordering in store.

I had placed an order and I was doing school work with my friends. A worker comes up after us being there for about a couple hours and tells us we are being distributive to others by being loud and asked us to leave. We were given no warning at all that we were causing an issue for others. People around us didnt seem to have an issue with us. I dont know if there was another reason to why we got kicked out. I just wish they gave us a warning.

This is a great place to come have a sip of coffee, but I feel the workers are rude.

Fast friendly service. Masks required. But inside, when we asked, if you were vaccinated, they were not required. No take service. Bathrooms open: no soap in the restroom, not a good covid practice!

So, I never write reviews..ever..but, this seriously calls for one. Let me assure you, I’m writing this review after multiple negative experiences. Essentially, I go, and I never know what I’m going to get. Is it going to be open? Is it going to be closed? Will I be able to order ahead? Will there be side door pickup/indoor pickup. I can deal with most of it, but when there’s no order ahead AND I can’t order at the counter, there’s no alternative than to wait in a long line of cars, and I WALK to Starbucks, so what’s the solution? There isn’t one. I feel like there needs to be a more stable and consistent solution to this Starbucks.The people who work there are great and speedy...hence the second star.

First on intercom gentleman sounded like he was having a great day, car in front of me payed and got her drink could see his smile. Once I pulled up was happy to come to Starbucks mainly for the great vibe, and attitude changed.. not sure if because of how I looked greeted him well but vibe was very off... I don’t like to jump to conclusions but felt a bit discriminated, I very well said “Thank you” and first time ever going to a Starbucks and not even getting a “welcome”... kind of puts salt throughout your day. Every friendly and talkative! :)Ordered right when I walked in, no wait, and my order was made very fast. Sadly they are not making Pistachio Frappuccino’s anymore but experience was amazing. Time we ordered was around 530pm

The staff here are awesome, not trying to rush u thru and move on to the next, the female working in the drive thru gave my dog Lincoln his own Starbucks treat, which I think is cool. Was left with a very good experience leaving here.

I always go to the Demaree Starbucks, but I was on Mooney. So, I go thru the drive-thru and order. As you can see I ordered a Grande S’mores Frap with extra whip. I get it and this is what I got. I was too upset to say anything and I felt bad for all the cars behind me. I also got a bacon Gouda sandwich and the egg was cold. I really hate this Starbucks and won’t ever go back. Sorry for the rest of you.

The employees are outstanding here! I believe the two that stand out the most are, Natasha and Bri. They are both super friendly and make your experience at Starbucks more enjoyable. All stores should have employees such as these sweet ladies. This is my go to Starbucks, best in town. I highly recommend

Always satisfying and well over priced, but we still continue to go get our fix. Lol... I recently learned that theres a trenta size for the refresher drinks, my personal favorite is the strawberry Acai you cant beat it. I highly recommend it. Enjoy

Ive been to this restaurant many times and it has been amazing. Lately, not sure if its because they have new staff but they dont call your name when your drink is ready and the drinks arent good.

I can’t help but put out there that anyone having a rough point in their day should swing by this Starbucks location for great service, and hopefully you are served by Mario. It doesn’t matter what my day has been like, and the service and kindness Mario exudes is a refreshing bright point in my day. This Starbucks location stands out at a time when some locations brought up in the media have delivered such poor service. Keep up the great work. I appreciate this location and ALL of the employees I’ve encountered there.

First of all, MARIO! Such a kind heart man, helped me choose a drink, which was totally new to me and it was Amazing! Honestly so kind, gave me some words of wisdom and made my day! May God bless him and thank you Mario! -the pregnant lady! Lol

Great food and drinks. I have never had a burnt sandwich and have never had a wrong drink order. The staff is also very nice. I only say 4 stars because its always noisy inside and bathrooms are always dirty. I have never gone inside and wanted to really stay to relax and I think that is one of the best aspect of Starbucks.

This Starbucks supervisor was amazingly sweet! You can tell she truly cares about her job a d title. I didnt catch her name, but she did have a nose piercing.. her service was truly sweet! This Starbucks is one of the coolest... A diverse age group hang out here as well as COS students, fitness buffs and casual business meetings seem to be the daily. Took this SB a few tries to get my custom Italian Roast pour over done to my discerning taste, but now, they have it down perfectly. Theres a nice patio out front, wrought iron table n chairs with patio umbrellas. Youll enjoy your visit here and if any issue should arise, it will be addressed promptly and efficiently.

Went in for a gift card and after I was rang up, they didnt have any covers for the card. The cashier said they always run out. Doesnt it make sense to order the same amount of covers as gift cards? My daughter didnt want to give a gift card like this to her friend for her birthday. I dont blame her.

This is hands do the best Starbucks in town. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. And Im treated like a friend. They all have remembered my name and Im always greeted when I walk thru the door. And there is never a long wait.

Starbucks is a great place,most of the staff are great. I used to go in every day after work. But one evening after ordering my coffee,and finishing my paper work. I ask for the code for the bathroom. Im not sure if it was I was dirty from work or because I hire homeless. But the person said it was for paying. Customers Only. Now this person sees.me all the time. Im still not sure if its man or girl. But it was very rude after I showed them my coffee, the person lok at me and said yea right. It not what he said but how he said it. Other then that one time.it is a great . I just shower and make sure. I have no reason for that person to be rude me. To the rest of the staff.THANK YOU

I went through the drive thru. She gave me the wrong order. I had to go inside. I still did not get the chocolate chip croissant, just a plain one which was burnt on the bottom and my hot chocolate was not very hot. Will not b going to this one again.

I usually go to the Starbucks by Wincos which I absolutely love. Theyre the fastest and friendliest from my experience. Once in a great while, Ill slip up and come to this one and have to wait forever for a simple latte, and then if I ask for one sugar I get charged an extra 50 cents. Whats the deal!

This one has plenty to eat, awesome drinks. and soma of the friendliest baristas around. they make your drinks the way you want it or they redo it for free. its clean and is very comfortable. There are homeless people around but they are generally harmless.

Sad and slow. I order mine a head on the app skip the line 10 minutes before i get here and its not ready. I stand at the mobile pick up for a few minutes, no help. I go and wait in line 4 people deep finally get to the front to be told that mobile orders are over there I said its not there its been 15 minutes. She says oh they havent even started it. 20-25 mobile order. Wow

Usually, I love this place, but recently, they keep messing up my order, or making my order and putting it at the drive through window where it sits for 4 minutes and melts before I ask and they retrieve it. They do not remake melted frappucinos. I do like their hot tea selection, and thats what I usually get.

I decided to go to Starbucks for the fourth time in my life and received terrible service ! I ordered a sandwich which was a little less than 5 dollars and was charged 4 times the order price! They made a mistake and charged me for somebody else’s order + mine. The worst part was the employees did not notify me that they had made the mistake. So I happen to check my bank statements and was missing 25$ . They refunded my money but won’t be receiving it until 7-10 business days . Terrible service especially on the 1st of the month with bills ! THE FUNNY THING WAS THEY TRIED TO MAKE IT SEEM AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT!! Terreribleeeeeee!!!!!

Came to Starbucks accidentally chose the wrong store was in a hurry came to this Starbucks on Mooney and didnt give me my drinks i had to go to Demaree and noble the were happy to help all i did was called them and with no doubt they did it and i waisted 25 min on Mooney Starbucks trying to convince them to please make me my drinks because i was in a hurry

This place is always clean. One of my favorites Starbucks in the town to meet with my customers. They have a patio with a look to the Mooney boulevard perfect to distract yourself viewing the cars.

Long wait for drive thru. Its faster if u park and walk inside. There is just limited parking because gym members use the majority of Parking space. Overall, you can never go wrong with Starbucks. They always make sure service is trained. Drinks are usually ready in about 2-5 mins.

A hypocrite! Its raising money for homeless, yet they do not let the homeless use the restroom. We were sitting in and a homeless lady walked in and asked an employee if she could use the restroom and they told her they didnt have any restrooms (they do have restrooms, which require a password). Completely lied to her face. What if she needed to clean up her period. Very disappointed in their cause and their business.

Probably the best Starbucks in town. Few people at this location stand out in general. Barista, Jeremy, blows my mind, can’t believe this dude works here. One of the most intelligent Starbucks employees I’ve met. Very knowledgeable individual. Should probably be working somewhere like FBI, or HomelandSecurity considering his intellectual caliber. #BuildTheWall
