I’m so happy to have discovered this boutique in town! The place looks warm and inviting. They have many great outfits and products.I have to say I am most impressed with the excellent customer service I received. The owner and the young girl working there (who was so friendly), were very helpful.Thank you SO MUCH for a great experience. Definitely recommending! 🌟

I hardly write reviews, but I thought my experience was worth sharing. The workers here are so unfriendly. I come in with a mask (the only one in the entire store) and athleisure wear, and everyone was uncomfortably staring. The worker didn’t even bother mustering a “hello” but every customer subsequently received a warm greeting. I was not offered help even after I showed interest in purchasing shorts. Overall, the workers could clearly benefit from implicit bias and diversity training. DO BETTER.Would not come here again or recommend anyone else come here.

Such a disappointment, and poor customer service. I ordered online and have been a frequent customer in the past when i went in store to pick it up my order, the girl at the register was rude, not even a smile, or hi how can i help you. Sad because this is a cute boutique here in town, but i will not be going here or buying anything from them again.

Best online shop

The clothes and boutique was super cute. Loved the decor of the store. But the reason I only gave it two stars is due to the lack of customer service. When I walked in I was not greeted and while walking around (mind you, I made eye contact with the employees multiple times) I was still not greeted. Being someone who works in customer service, I look for good service, and when it is not given Im not about to spend my money, half of the experience is the service.
