Ive shopped here a few times and each time the employees are very helpful and polite. My last visit I needed to exchange a pair of shoes for a bigger size. I had thrown away the box and tag, but still had my receipt. They ended up not having the shoe in a bigger size, but allowed me to exchange the shoe for something else of the same price. Everyone was very helpful and it was probably one of the most hassle-free exchanges Ive ever had to do.

Worst customer service ever! That being said the manager Jeremiah P with his 7ft bouncer standing at the door that put hands on i will be calling corporate!!!! Both these guys have 0 people skills! And for the doorman to put hands on me....? Yea this store will never see another dollar from me! And to think my girl bought a $115 pair of shoes wanting to go back before this scene she will not be back either! Sad cuz we buy shoes all the time! Doesnt give option for 0 stars! They deserve a negative not even a star.

I appreciate that they usually have a few pairs of shoes that are anywhere from $20-30 for times when money is tight. and the ads they send out are always helpful. This has happened to me twice and its a shame. I would place my order, gives me a confirmation, then as I wait to receive my last email telling me its ready for pick up. As I walk into the store because on the website it states that the item I purchased is in stock. The clerk tells me the shoes is either not there or the glitch in the computer system where they do not see my order even after showing them my notification of Order is ready for pick up. Do not be surprised if this happens to anyone else.

My daughter was looking for soccer shoes and we found some here. We were happy that they had them here after going to three different places. And they had them on sale also 👍.

When I go in they make me feel like they think im going to shoplift even though in walking with nicer shoes than they sell in there.

Once awhile there always discounts or nice deals, they have most favorite local brand there. Also clearance are on the back, so dont be expecting quality. Always take care of the shoe. Employees are great. No waiting in the line.

She checked her phone scanner machine and they had the shoe in stock not sure if she was just lazy looking or what, but had to get a diff shoe model 😑

The service people inside of the shoe store was very very helpful my wife has a brace on one foot and she needed a pair of non-slip work shoes with a wide width and the lady looked at her foot and went right over and got a shoe without even measuring and gave it to me and it was a perfect fit and the perfect shoe and then there was a gentleman that helped my wife pick out a pair of Nikes and they were very helpful very good at their job very patient and very polite I would recommend this store to anybody especially if you need cleats or sports shoes for your children or yourself

If I could give this a zero I would (for online use). I placed an order on 08.17.17 and recived a confirmation email right away... Problem is it is now 08.22.17 and have not received ANY shipping/tracking number! I have no idea what is going on with my order, customer service has no idea either.. Yet there was NO DAMN problem deducting the money from my account.VERY UNHAPPY WITH WSS!!
