I came to this store needing a dress in a business weeks time, they were super friendly and willing to get me a dress with the specifications I wanted (long sleeves, wide enough skirt to play an instrument in), they also custom tailored it to fit my shoulders and upper body in two days and it turned out absolutely beautifully. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere in the store was great, and they got it done fast during one week in time for a saturday photoshoot. It is everything I wanted! This will be my harp performance dress from now on!

I arrived here to help my best friend look for a dress, and stumbled upon a dress I absolutely fell in love with. When trying on this dress, the girls there were so nice to me, and they showered me with nothing but positive compliments.They are very honest, & I feel like this is what makes them stand out from the rest, because they not only are nice, but they are TRULY trying to help you with what’s best suited for you, color, style, and even comfort.AND, if you’re not comfortable in something, they offer other options to help you find something you like and are satisfied with. (Even if you don’t find something you like, they remain patient, and sweet.)Also, when it comes to prices they have really good price range for their items.

This shop was a lifesaver!!! My daughter needed to find a dress for the next day and they were so helpful and knowledgeable! They were willing to do alterations and have it ready the next day. Thankfully we found the perfect dress! They even stayed open later for us. I would HIGHLY recommend them! 😊

The ladies in Pink E s were very friendly, positive and relaxed. They work hard to make everyone happy. Young ladies need a positive environment when trying to feel beautiful for a special occasion. We were very pleased with our dress and the tailoring. I would absolutely recommend their store to friends.

I had a really good experience at pink e boutique. Back in 2017 I was in search of my quince dress and Lucy helped me find it for me and my sister I highly recommend also for prom I purchased my dress and when I tell you I strutted at prom I really did

Very HORRIBLE PLACE... don’t recommend.. They did “alternations” to make the back bigger.. it was never done.. I was tired of trying to talk them respectful.. I’m so upset.. I payed extra $25 FOR NOTHING.. so be careful when you sign because they’ll tell you it a receipt when it’s really you signing a contract.. I’m really upset... the moment you get there you feel pressured.. I thought the girl had a bad attitude because ANOTHER customer was screaming at them.. (which I should’ve seen as a red flag) but in reality her attitude over all is bad.. just don’t go there unless you wanna get a headache..

I love the service I bough my newborn and my daughter a dress and decided to get mine there to got all 3 dresses in one day they variety of dresses I love the store and they are very helpful

I walked into Pink-E with a specific dress style in mind and they got it done fast!! Definitely on the pricey side for what I bought, but like I said the ladies understood what I wanted and helped me get in and out with a dress I love!

And no, my situation was not out of ordinary if there are several other reviews similar to mine in the same time frame. Will never go back now, especially since you clearly try to belittle people.The prettiest dresses were in the window display. I was greeted nicely but then offered no help after I had been browsing. The selection was fairly minimal for what I would expect of a formal dress shop.

Lucy custom made my wedding dress earlier this year and tailored a handmade ball gown at the very last minute before a ball I went to last month. Total strangers went out of their way to compliment my dress, and my wedding dress was exactly what I had asked for - plus Lucy is always very honest with people about how to make something flattering or comfortable. She also puts pockets in her dresses, which is always a win, haha. I’ve always had great experiences here and wish I had more occasions to dress up for every time I go to her shop :)

My sister and myself have had the privilege of purchasing dresses from this fabulous boutique, not once but several times. My youngest sister is preparing to have her sweet sixteen and we will also be purchasing the dresses from Pink-E boutique. The manager Lucy went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. Lucy made me feel beautiful and went the extra mile to make the dress fit me to my shape structure. I highly recommend pink-E Boutique for every teenager out there. She was so kind that she knew I was very busy with sports that she came to my practice to get my measurements because she knew my mom was sick and unable to take me. Oh. My. God! These dresses are beyond beautiful! Great customer service, the staff are extremely helpful and patient while you find your perfect dress. Will not try to sell you on the most expensive one, they encourage you to buy what’s best for you. I bought my prom dress here and I am ecstatic. Amazing overall. Will be coming here again for any formal attire.

Bad experience ever!!! Worst customer service, very expensive, the owner Lucy do not know how to be a business person, she doesnt know how to treat a customer, she has no idea what business mean to a customer. Lucy and her Mom are very argumentative with customers and they dont know how to handle a client the right way. The think that they are always right at any bad situation. We will never want to go back there again! We had an issue with my nieces gown and they werent willing to solve it, all they wanted was more money but thats not the worst, the worst thing is the way they treat customers. I think I did a good choice to come to Pink E boutique for my weeding dress I went all over and couldn’t find the perfect dress for my wedding. Me and my wife came to get our wedding dresses and the colors we got were not the ones we ordered and they barely noticed it 5 days before our wedding and the owner of the store is so rude and unprofessional we had to get all the girls dresses and have them get new dresses and the colors of the decorations were not going to match the new dresses we had to scramble around and try to find a way to make everything match with the new dresses also we had to get all the guys tux different colors when it wasnt our fault they tried saying that those are the colors we ordered when they arent and we had to change literally every single color of our wedding decoration to match. NEVER will i came back here or recommend anyone to come here. The managers name is Lucy and she never apologized to us about this whole mess also she never took the blame she actually said it was our fault basically

On 12/20/19 I was walking past  Pink-e Lucys Gown Designs, I saw the gown hanging on a mannequin in the display window.   I went in to ask about the dress as I was looking for a mother of the bride dress.  Lucy immidiately advised me that she was the owner of the shop and the designer of the dress. I tried the dress on, I loved it but it was a little too big. Lucy told me that she was having a trunk sale of her designs, she said that the original price of the dress was $389 but on that day only, the dress would cost me $194.50 and she would alter it at a discounted price of $135.  I tried on the dress and I loved it, she refused to allow me to take a picture because in her words it was a one of a kind dress and thats how designs are stolen.   Her statement did not make a lot of sense but I bought the dress.In early Feb.2020 we were at a dress makers in Porterville, my sister was looking in the current issue of the May Queens catalog and there was my one of a kind dress in four differant colors with a retail price of $190.On Feb. 2, 2020, I and some of the other bridal party went to the LA garment district. We visited a bridal shop, as soon as I walked in there was a rack full of my dress in differant colors for under $190. The dresses had the designer tags on the inside of the dress, please note that the tag has been cut out of my dress.On Feb 25, 2020, I went back to Lucys shop, I reminded her that I was the lady that had bought her design and showed her my receipt reminding her that she had agreed to alter my dress for the amount on the receipt.  She said that of course she remembered her design. I shared the above stated info with her and advised her that the dress was not her design and not one of a kind. She proceeded to tell me that she had sold the design and thats why others were now selling the dress.  I responded that clearly this was not her design and for her to just admit  that she had lied.  She became very flustered and responded that if it were her design she would have written that info on the receipt. She would not admit that it was not her design but kept repeating that if were it would have been stated on the receipt.End of story, the dress maker in porterville is altering my dress for under $50.  He found that the dress I bought had one sleeve shorter then the other and there had been an additional piece sewn at the bottom of the dress, because of the type of material of the dress this could not be seen until he started working on it.  When I confronted Lucy about this she showed me another dress just like my one of a kind dress with imperfections on it to show that it was not she who had altered it. Well what this now tells me is that Lucy is buying seconds/irregulars, inflating the prices then putting them on a half price sale for the actual retail price of a well made dress.   Good luck to anyone who continues  to do business with this lady after reading this as she is a liar and a scammer.

Gown is fabulous! I pulled up couple of designs thru the internet and matched things together, we all hoped for the best for the outcome to look glam and dramatic.And yes Lucy and her helpers did a job well done. Most of the guests did say that the gown was very beautiful and it did matched my personality. Thank you so much for my dream gown😘

Went to buy a prom dress for my daughter and had an amazing experience customer service was on point they were very kind and friendly there was a little issue with my daughters dress where it was ordered through catalog it did have a stain it was from the manufacture they took care of it very professionally they gave me a discount and they did offer me some other options but We took the discount we very happy with the alterations that were done to my her dress and she is going to the prom and very happy with her dress I highly recommend people to come and shop at pink E boutique Especially because if there is anything wrong with the dress or there’s any problems they resolve it in a timely manner and in a professional way

Very unprofessional business. My niece bought her dress here and it has been a nightmare. My niece works hard for her money while attending high school and saved her money to buy her prom dress. When she ordered her dress from the boutique she thought she had found her dream dress for her senior year prom. When she called to check to see if her dress came in she was put on hold for 45 minutes all while hearing the associates in the background giggling and talking. She then hung up and called back and when she asked for her dress they told her they had no dress or order under her name which obviously was a lie because she has her receipt. After waiting a little longer on the phone they all of a sudden found her dress. She went in today to try it on because she was altering it and the dress wasn’t altered to her size and the dress had iron burn marks on it. My niece declined the dress and said she wanted her money back. The owner was rude and said she isn’t going to refund the money. My niece ended up taking the dress home today and when she got it home it wasn’t even the dress she ordered or tried on. This place is a joke and the owner and employees are so unprofessional. Save your time and the headache and your money!!! This place is not worth anyone’s business.

Pretty awful customer service. I was looking through dresses while texting on my phone, one of the employees rudely said we don’t allow pictures in here. I showed her my phone and I clearly wasn’t taking pictures. She gave me a rude snobby look and said okay. won’t be returning here in the future.

I was not impressed with the sales person that was helping us. She had my sons girlfriend almost in tears. Very argumentative. Not open to hear what the person wearing the dress was trying to get across and what they were wanting. Very bad experience for someone that is not used to going out and shopping and pampering herself.
