Very friendly place. I bought my wedding dress here, love it. My mom bought her dress here over 38 years ago my older sister also bought her dress here so I kept the tradition going by buying mine here other than that I did love my dress got married in 2007. They were very attentive with me in whatever I wanted so I recommend this place.

If i could give this shop a 0 i would. Zero customer service, wasn’t even asked to try the dress on. Old creepy men in the back of the shop chatting the whole time. I was told to order a 5x but the dress i had to order only comes in a size up to 3x. (I’m a street size 12 so this was strange to me that a shop wouldn’t carry normal sizing) So i order the 3x and get it and it’s SO BIG and needs like $150+ in alterations. The staff needs major training on how to size properly. How is a major shop on Main Street in Visalia not even close to size inclusive or accurate in their sizing.

I went in to Brides n Maidens in search of a prom dress. I was immediately welcomed when I walked through the door and asked what they could help me with. They showed me the section of prom dresses and I chose a couple to try on. The lady who helped me was extremely nice and very honest about how each dress looked on me. They had a wide variety of length color and design. They told me that they make sure not to sell more than a couple of the same dress in order to keep each dress unique. They also do any needed alterations for a small fee. In the end I walked out of the store with my prom dress. I definitely recommend this store to others in search of a prom dress and have a good idea of what they are looking for.

I absolutely LOVE this place! We have been going here for years. My mother bought her wedding dress here about 30 years ago and I went in this past weekend to find my dress. Their staff brought me multiple dresses and were very attentive to my needs, as well as my entourage (my mother, grandmother, maid of honor, and bridesmaids). I highly recommend going to this place for any of your dress needs!

I had an appointment and they were busy helping the girl before me thirty minutes into my appointment then my whole appointment no one was helping us and instead they helped the girl who walked in after me without an appointment. I was very sad because they did not even try to help me with a single dress. I was there with my family who helped me pick out and put them on by ourselves. They had pretty dresses and good prices but don’t expect to actually be helped even if you have an appointment. They said a girl called in sick but I still had an appointment and they should have told the walk in to come back with an appointment.

A group of friends and I walked in, uneasy because of an experience at a store very close to this one, had made us feel uncomfortable about our sizes. But as we walked in we were greeted and intantly helped. Very nice service and people. My friend bought her dress, they were fast with alterations and price wasnt out of the ordinary. Great store though.

I went in just looking a dresses and they were so burdened to help me because my date was so far out. So I went across the street to Annabelles bridal boutique and ended up buy a dress...so I guess I have them to thank for sending me away to a better store

4 out of the 7 dresses I have bout for school dance have been from here. I love knowing I can find a dress here. But I wouldnt say there customer service is a 10/10.

I had called the store to check out a dress for prom. i went monday threw thursday and they were never open. thats when i had called and they answerd. told me make a an appointment. so i did. i went and no one was there or my appointment, and on the phone the lady was very short and mean sounding just for me asking what time would be best for my appointment. i had called again and same lady answerd and she said we dont make appointments! i was like really? there dresses looked kinda dusty from the window veiw and like they didnt even want to sell anything. i have no idea how they make anymoney never being open and being rude. i suggest clodias closet or anibels bridal. they are very nice and helpfull and very pretty dresses. had a last min run for a dress and they got me a dress re did size and all in one hour before prom :D

Its had nice customer service, and although I did not buy my dress from there I would recommend to my friends. 😊😊
