This place & the employees knowledge on all their products amazed me! Ben was beyond helpful in picking out the perfect vaporizer! He gave me the low-down on the top 5 and explained it all to me! To top it off, he even set up my vaporizer so I was vaping as soon as I left! GREAT customer service, extremely knowledgeable & took the time to really help me out!

Went to the vape shop down the road, and was horribly disappointed with the selection and customer service. I manage a vape shop in Pittsburgh, so that kind of stuff means the world to me, especially when i travel to unfamiliar shops. When my friend and i popped in the Pitbull Tobacco shop, i was overcome with relief when we were treated more like guests than *customers*. The two employees (1 female, 1 male) were absolutely fantastic with greeting us, making us feel welcome, making sure my product worked before we left the store, and informing me about my products lifetime manufacturers warranty! Hopefully those two specific employees see this, somehow, because their friendliness & guidance was beyond appreciated! :)

Spoke with an employee today who said he doesn’t get paid enough to clean up graffiti outside the store. Um, neighbors have cleaned graffiti and trash outside your other store for free..A better response would have been, “Thanks, we really appreciate you doing that.”

Terrible customer service. Skipped me in line to help several other people, then thought my ID was fake. They said it was policy, even thought they have never done that before. And the woman who told me it was policy never checked my ID before that. Very rude & disrespectful. Save yourself a trip & hit up ANY other location in Hampton roads.

We go to the store,OPEN sign is on door, store hours say they open at 10:00 the time is 9:58. We walk in and are told they’re not open. So guess what? We leave and will not give this local business our business.Seriously 2 minutes and the girl is behind the counter. The way I see it is there’s no reason not to go ahead and let us purchase other than the person working doesn’t want to be bothered and it’s not their business so who cares?

Pitbull is 100% one of the best smoke/vape shops in the area. I’ve been a long time customer, dating back to before this location was open and the closest one to me was the rosemont shop. Regardless of which location you go to, I have found that they have the best selection of products as well as the most helpful, down to earth employees you will ever encounter. The staff will seriously go above and beyond to make sure their customer needs are met. One example would be when I was in the store looking to purchase a new vape - the sales associate helping me took the time to explain the products they had, the pros and cons of each, answered my questions beyond satisfactory and even took the extra step to set the entire device up for me. In addition to this employee helping me, I witnessed another employee speak to a customer on the phone in the most polite manner and literally take their order and bring it out to them for curbside pickup. It’s not just the amazing selection that Pitbull has that keeps me coming back, its the customer service that will forever make me a life time customer. Thanks for all the help, can’t wait to stop in again!

Multiple times I’ve experienced terrible costumer service at two separate locations. If you don’t walk in matching their aura of superiority, they act like you’re a criminal for looking at the merchandise. They turned me away (after they closed early) very rudely. I recommend against this shop; they don’t seem to respect their costumers or their jobs.

Great shop, Great service and overall a good experience. I got helped by Ben And he was patient with me and suggested exactly what I wanted just by what I was trying to describe to him. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase that I made from this store and the prices were also very reasonable.

Even your response is the worst service. You assumed what the issue was. I wont recommend to anyone, if anything I will tell them to avoid this specific shop.Absolutely the worst service. Rude employees, zero common sense. Specifically the strawbridge location. Luckily three other vape shops within a mile to choose from. Customer service is not a value at this shop.

This is a great place for a variety of smoking, vaping and CBD needs. Staff are very helpful Ive been going to the General booth location for about a year nowThey have a new guy who makes the place no so enjoyable as it use to be, if he could crack a smile Id probably fall over. Other than the grumpy guy its a cool place

The staff is always very helpful and I love that they have cbd products close to home. I love the gummy bears, they help me sleep at night as I suffer from insomnia. You definitely want to give them a try.

Me & my friends went there to grab a couple stuff for our hookahs the workers asked for our ID’s we presented the ID’s to them. My friend is a scarfie as soon as they seen the ID they said to get out and they could not sell to us. They are racist. Horrible service never going there again.

They have everything I need but their staff may be a little too stoned sometimes. Ive regularly had them almost sell me the wrong thing because they werent paying attention.

I usually love the people that work there, especially because I come in way too much. Im not sure if he was new but one person I havent met yet was kinda rude and kept breathing down our necks. I always buy something and always have my id ready before they even ask so Im not sure why he thought I couldve been a suspicious person. Precautionary is smart in this type of business but sometimes it feels very unwelcoming.

Im so glad pitbull took over the old place that used to be there, theyre so much better at helping customers, they actually have a good selection of product, and they follow through with their promises for special orders. I needed a new tank and Im very picky, but they helped me find a very comparable tank that I really enjoy. They even ordered new glass for my old tank that broke thats three years old. I think everyones happy they moved in.

The staff there are always nice even there having a bad day.

Great selection and top notch customer service! Went in there for the first time tonight and the guy was super patient, answered all of my questions and gave me his opinion on various products. Ended up signing up for the reward program because I know I’ll be back.

Victoria is extremely polite, super knowledgeable, and genuinely tries to make the customer happy not empty their wallet. She is one of the main reasons I shop at this location. Definitely worth a visit.

The staff at this store is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been having withdrawals and anxiety attacks due to a wait on my medical prescription and was looking to CBD alternatives to help me manage my pain. The young lady there walked us through the products and really pointed us in the right direction with information such as dose amounts, how to use it, and helped me pick a flavor. I’ll be a customer for life!

They will sell you a broken product that doesn’t work and refuse to take it back within one minute of the sale. Stole $16 from me. Refused to take back a broken product they sold. Absolutely horrible and illegal. Do not shop here.

Bought a 50 dollar torch that didnt work. 2 minutes after purchase i call and n they wont exchange for one that works. Test all lighters, torches, and electronics before you leave. Thats for damn sure. Coulda got the same torch online, probably woulda worked, and for 27 dollars less.
