Super friendly people and a lot of merchandise to choose from!

I ordered a license plate frame for a secret Santa present and was in a time crunch for when I needed it. Unfortunately, there was not an option to upgrade to expedited shipping at checkout, so I emailed to inquire about it. I got a very timely response, within 20 minutes, and they were able to resolve the situation for me with the option to pay for UPS 2-Day Air. I feel they even went above and beyond to make sure the package was at the UPS store that same day, and as I’m in a different time zone (CA), by the time the emails were sent and I paid the invoice, it was already close to the time the UPS store was closing, so their extra effort was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! Unfortunately, UPS did not deliver on time, which is completely on them and not on 757 at all. However, the only reason I did not give 5 stars was because it took almost a month and 6 emails, with me losing my patience in the last one, to resolve the issue and get a refund for the upgraded shipping. I also did not appreciate the tone of the email responses I did finally get, but I will not go into that, as once I did get a response I was refunded within 30 minutes for the extra upgraded shipping I paid for. Overall, I am satisfied with this company, would order from them again in the future, and would recommend them to someone else.

This was the first time I did business with 757 Sports Collectibles because I’ve been trying to support local businesses whenever possible instead of ordering most things online as I, and most people, have been doing lately due to the pandemic.Fortunately, I am VERY glad I did, because Anthony did an excellent job today assisting me and making my buying experience go extremely smooth. I was looking for some Chris Sale autograph memorabilia (preferably a baseball) for my brother for his birthday. Since I don’t watch baseball, I didn’t know he initially played for the White Sox when was first drafted. I thought he’s always played for his current team (and my brother’s favorite), the Red Sox. Well, due to Anthony’s enormous knowledge regarding sports, he asked me a few specific questions, some of which prevented me from potentially making a semi expensive mistake. One of those questions he asked was which team did I want Chris Sale to play/have played on when he autographed the ball. I didn’t think to look this up before making the purchase and not only did it prevent a semi expensive mistake as I said before, but this also ensured I got the right one from the correct team that I know for certain my brother would have wanted. This was definitely a great outcome and buying experience. My only criticism, no, actually, I’d rather call it a suggestion, would be to check and return requests and questions left through voicemail and email in a more timely manner. Not knowing they were closed, I called on Sunday this past weekend to ask about Chris Sale memorabilia and I left a message followed by an email, but didn’t receive a response from either. However, no harm done at all, I still was able to buy my brothers gift and I had a great experience doing business with them.All in all, I give 757 Sports Collectibles 5 stars and I will gladly be doing business with them in the future!

I just placed my order last night, 1Jan 21. I ordered an Ohio State She Shed sign for my Apt Door. There were several companies who offered the sign, but in long run, this was best price. Im praying shipping doesnt take forever. I have suffered horror stories with those experiences. I recieved my conformation email directly after ordering, so far my experience will rate 5 stars, but I will be back to post an update upon delivery....stay tuned yall.

Ordered a Howard University snap on August 9, 2020. Got confirmation email on that day. Sent an email on Sept 1st to ask where my package was. No response.Called today. Sept. 11th. Got some guy on the phone who told me he had looked this up earlier and I guess they were out of stock. So ill cancel the order for you. Really? So you would have just kept my money if I hadnt called?Never ordering from them again.

I had several 8 x 10 autographed photos framed and they look amazing. Anthony was very friendly and helpful and the prices were good. I will for sure be back for my next memorabilia purchase or framing needs.

As a long time customer the owner is very knowledgeable of all his products and personable . He has a wide variety of items for all teams. I have essentially bought all my panthers items for my man cave from his store. I think the coolest thing is he’ll bring local sports figures in for signings. He even sends items into the regional signing shows!! I really hate I had to move away but Since I’ve moved I still place orders all the way out to California because most stores only cater to one team and charge entirely too much for orders, and don’t make me like a valued customer.

I had a great experience with 757 Sports Collectibles. I’m not much of a sports person, but they made it super easy. They helped me find and purchase a limited edition, signed helmet for a Christmas gift. They were personable, knowledgeable, and friendly!

I bought an autographed Jack Nicklaus picture from his final Masters tournament win. Really nice, but it said 16 major wins not 18 major wins. I looked back at the original add and it had the correct 18 majors on it. Whats up with that. Now I have to pay to get it fixed.

Ordered a jersey through their website, seemed like a good deal. A few days later I got an email saying they get them through a large distributor and they weren’t in stock. Very disappointing. They did communicate quickly and were apologetic so I’ll cut them some slack, though no compensation (coupon, etc.) was offered.Update: Despite what they say in the response below (which they will likely delete when they see this) I was at no time provided with a coupon code, only a request to change my rating from 1, which I did. Now that they are making up things about a coupon code 7 months later I’m changing it back to a 1.

BEWARE: Do NOT buy from this seller. I purchased an OYO figure from them and it came missing parts. I contacted them multiple times asking for the missing parts. I gave them well over a month to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, they never did. I will NEVER buy from them again!!!

This review is not about the store. I placed an order online for a lanyard with the velcro. It is hard to find now a days so I was excited that 757 had the lanyar with the velcro. When the order finally arrived, it was the lanyard with the clip which is NOT what I want or what was in the description. What a waste of a lanyard and a waste of my money.

My mug (purchased 2 others to be shipped somewhere else) was received with a handle broken in 3-4 pieces. It was clearly broken BEFORE it was packaged for shipping as the broken pieces were inside the mug. Ive emailed 757 Sports Collectibles, and have sent them a photo of the broken mug as requested, and have not heard back. Ive re-sent that email with the image.
