Used to love this store. Closeouts were $5.99. Now theyre $8.99 and very little selection. Tshirts are $39.99 with buy one get one at 50per cent off, so basically$30 each...more than I can justify. No plans to return.

I love this store, shop here quite often. I wish their cashiers was more friendly. Most of the times Ive been there they are just there, ( dont bother to ask if you need help & have to find her to check out ) other wise their clothes are super cute & they have been running the $5.99 sale on their shirts... Great deal!!!

If I could make it less than one star I would. I purchased a T-shirt for my granddaughter explaining I was not sure that it would be small enough. The salesgirl understood it may or may not work for my purpose. That was late in the evening, unfortunately it was too large and I returned it the next day. It being the smallest size that store sold. Upon returning it I was told they did not take returns only did exchanges. I was stunned, absolutely stunned! That was never mentioned to me at any point ! Not even a check out! And she knew there was a great possibility I would have to return it and that it was the smallest the store provided. So here I am with a purchase I can’t really use and all this girl in front of me could say was, oh sorry. I can tell you they just lost a customer. Absolutely without a doubt some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I applied for a job here just until I finish school and management was EXTREMELY unprofessional! I applied and never heard back after weeks. I called 4 times and by the third time, they said management had changed and the new manager would have to start over with going through all the applications. This place has poor management and a lack of communication. Good place to shop but to work....maybe not so much.

I was trying to see if zippers worked on final clearance. The store was full of people in the back. I was in the front.Two sales associates became intensely interested in organizing T-shirt’s near me. Didn’t bother to speak. It would have been nice to get some help. But instead they were being passive aggressive and rude.Oh the things you must endure while shopping when you’re the only raisin in the milk.

I have shopped at multiple locations of Dazzle Up for many years. Recently, I purchased a duffel bag for my daughter. After one trip, the zipper broke. I returned it to the store and asked for an exchange. The associate at the desk simply stated, Its been past the 14-day return period, theres nothing I can do for you. She refused to even attempt to make this right. Do not purchase anything that may break after the 14-day return period!!

I love the sales, I love the store! Only thing the cashiers are standoffish, the one on the sales floor, (she was wearing a scarf) she was very friendly, the other cashier (she was a shorter female) acted cordial, not friendly.

Any time there is a sale my eyes light up! So when i walked into dazzle up I was inspired to spend money. ( SN: everyones money spends the same no mater Race, Gender or Age) when at the counter the cashier Michela was very rude, no eye contact she did not even speak to me, yet she had a full conversation with one of her other co workers and another customer. She handed me my bag with out even looking in my direction. I just stood there to see if i was going to get a have a great day, kiss my a** something nothing was giving. I understand people think that simple southern is only for a certain group of people News FLASH its not! So if i walk in I want to be treated like the lady in front of me that Michela was smiling and joking with not disrespected cause of my race which I am an African American woman, teach your employees not to be bias. I will be back because I like your store but it not a good look!

Beware of the return policy. I received a clothing item for Christmas and needed to return it. But the receipt was dated 12/12/18 and I didnt receive it until 12/25/18. There return policy is 14 days, after that you are stuck with the item.
