The ladies was awesome at this location! Very professional and friendly. I was a walk in from out of town and the had me seeing a wax specialist in less then 10 minutes.. I cannot remember the ladies name that waxed me but she was excellent one of the best Ive been to! She also had knowledge of the products and recommended one Ive fell in love with in just a day! I got 2 services done, Lilly was amazing! I was comfortable the entire time. I had questions galore, about the new products, as well as other questions about how to care for my areas after waxing. She answered all my questions and then some, she was honest. The manager of the store was also helpful and welcoming . So, I have been going here for over a year. I have always gotten Charlotte as my waxer. She was amazing as always, but Charlotte moved recently and today I had a waxer named Lily. She was amazing! She does her waxes so quick! It’s kind of fun to see how different wax specialist do their services. She was very different than what I’m used to. Please go get a service done by her!! I love European Wax Center. Everyone here is so professional and happy and positive. I reserve my appointments with Charlotte for all my waxes; everyone is great but I love her. I recommend anyone come here. It’s healthy waxing that is good for everyone’s skin; even sensitive because I too have sensitive skin. Hurry up make your appointment you will absolutely love it.

So in the lobby it was nice I won’t deny that. It was clean. My appointment for a Brazilian was at 1030 and didn’t get serviced till almost 1050. She walked me back to the room and I get undressed from the waste down while she was in there. She rushed through the whole Brazilian, while some people might appreciate service in a timely manner but being that a Brazilian is a very sensitive area, 10 maybe 15 minutes was very fast. I’ve gotten Brazilian waxes before at another place and had no issues. Hair length just as long along with same thickness. This was my first time at European wax center and I am experiencing irritation, inflammation and there are blatant hairs of a good length that are still there. For privacy reasons I won’t say her name but I just won’t be retuning here.

I’ve been getting waxes for 8 years and Tanye is BY FAR the best wax specialist to ever do it! I went a few months without getting a wax and on a scale from 1 to 10 my pain level was a 2. Aside from her amazing skills, she is very sweet & knowledgeable in her craft! She has a loyal client for sure !!

It was a very great experience! Due to covid, many protocols have changed. I checked in from the outside with my phone which is very convenient for me! I was taking in almost immediately by a welcoming super sweet manager Sam! I was greeted by Mary who works in the front! Lily came out and took me in for my wax service. It was very quick, clean, and most importantly painless! I love the wax at EWC! It’s hard wax and it feels soft when it applied on the skin. Lily has tough hand so she was able to yank off the wax quick with absolutely no pain! The wax room and the front are always very clean! You can tell they have high expectations! Lily introduced me to the new deodorant they have! I got the aloe deodorant and it is really good! It’s NOT white powdery, but rather almost clear gel. (So it doesn’t get stain on your shirt) my underarms doesn’t get sweaty as much or maybe not at all. After my wax service, Lily walked me to the front to check out with Mary. Mary introduced the wax packages to me and they do have many packages you can select from which save you money! I like to get wax at EWC and I will return so of course I bought the wax package, which they have payment plans as well! Thank you Mary, Lily, and Sam for an extraordinary experience! I love going places and people just makes you feel so welcome like you’ve known them! I gotta say, Sam is so sweet! She must be a very good boss girl! See you ladies soon!

European wax center is not my favorite hair removal business at all but this location has the best service and had always been super accommodating! Tanye gives the best service and I felt so comfortable the entire time. She knew exactly what she was doing and explained the whole process to me to help me feel comfortable. Great Experience & Customer Service! I am not as consistent as I should be and that is my fault, but Ive been waxed by multiple wax specialist at this location and have received nothing but the best service. As I walked in I felt welcome, everyone was so friendly and full of knowledge. The front desk staff gave me information on how to save money with their wax pass programs and the wax specialist taught me about all the product they offered and what would set me up for the best skin care routine for my skin type. They have great referral programs and first guest discounts. You cannot beat it! I will be back again and again and again.

I absolutely love this place and it’s atmosphere. I have gotten several Brazilian waxes done by Coco. She’s always friendly and professional and every visit is enjoyable. She’s very precise and somewhat of a perfectionist when doing her job. You can tell she truly loves what she do, which shows in your results. She even recommended an affordable exfoliating wash that slows hair growth, making your Brazilian last a little longer. The product smells and feels amazing. I will continue to get my Brazilians done by her regularly.

Today was my first wax EVER, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the whole process. With covid-19 the doors were closed and locked for safety but I was greeted with a friendly hello as soon as I walked up, walked in got my temperature taken, got a clean pen to do my paperwork and Coco was out immediately to take me back into a very clean room, she was AWESOME, we laughed the whole time, she was very pleasant and made me feel at ease, the procedure (waxing of my underarms) was very quick and PAINLESS. Needless to say I will be back and I will recommend European Wax Center and Coco to EVERYONE! Thank you for making my first wax experience a very pleasant one!!

I felt extremely welcome the entire time and I really enjoyed talking with Jia during the wax. Jia also talked me through ways to improve my bikini line and if I lived in the area I would definitely come back to this location!

I switched from Chesapeake’s center(where I worked) after having gone for over a year to Virginia Beach(where I live) hesitantly. However, Tanye made the swop less intimidating. I had an amazing waxer in Texas and was very hesitant to go to someone else. Charlotte at Hilltop is amazing as well. It took a couple tries to find her but I am extremely happy every time I leave! I went there yesterday and the overall service was friendly. Now the wax it self was very disappointing I had tons of hair left over so when I looked down thinking I was going to see a clear bikini area I was shocked to see so much hair left over. I had to ask her can you please try to remove all this hair. Her response was that’s normal but she did it for me anyway which was great she had to go over it at least four more times and yet when I get home there is still tons of hair there in between my lips and everything. Also next time if I ever go there again which is probably not gonna happen I need someone stronger who can go ahead and rip it in one rip, not seem hesitant. So this morning when I went to look my bikini area is not smooth AT ALL and very roughy. My birthday is tomorrow and I don’t feel happy about this at all. I won’t be going back.

Annie is the absolute best! I was TERRIFIED to get a Brazilian done, but living at the beach,and how terrible it was to shave, I knew it was time. She was incredible!!! My roommate gets her brows done with her and this was my first time meeting her. She was hands down the best. She talked me through it when I needed it, but also just talked me through to keep me busy. Very quick and very successful. Can’t wait to come back!
