Had an appt for consult for storefront sign. 5 mins after the appt time he called to tell me he would be late and would I like to cancel. I said I’m really busy and need the appt now cause I don’t have another available open time for weeks. He was 30 mins away. I waited. He NEVER followed up with the quote he promised. Epic waste of time from someone who doesn’t have more than it takes to write this to spare. Going elsewhere, they obviously don’t need the work.UPDATE:The owner called and left me a very kind, professional & accountable message regarding the bad experience. They offered a discount if I wanted to utilize their services. Accountability is a very important character trait to me. They earned by business back. I appreciate the discount but most of all the sincere apology. Great way to do business. Thank you.

At 2:05 pm on 10 Feb 2020, I asked the young lady at the counter to provide me with prices for a 5 X 6 stand-up banner which is one the standard sizes in the industry. She said she didn’t have any in stock. If the prices would have been fair I would have placed an order. She said she didn’t have any information to give me and it would take her 30 minutes to get back with answers. This is unprofessional. This place should be called “SLOWSIGNS”...

Severe lack of customer service. As a small business owner I took the time out of my day to make a visit to the store and the receptionist couldn’t give me the time of day because she had to go to lunch! I was interested in having several signs made for my commercial vehicles, but I will take my business else where.

Never Again! VERY POOR ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! This Business use to be great! I needed three new signs for a new business. I went in over a week ago to provide the details and was told we would have a proof the next day. Over a week later no proof no phone call. I called today and was met with a careless attitude.I asked to speak to a manager.... of course that is privileged information. So as long as they are too good to handle their customers well... I have decided to take my money to another sign shop.

They think they are to busy to help people out that have there own vinyl.

I needed a last minute banner made for a benefit we were having recently. I was told to call fast signs because they were so easy to work with. I went on line and emailed my design and 2 days later had my banner. Ashley was amazing and very knowledgeable about the sizes and design print.Thank you Fastsigns!!

We needed a banner printed for a new project, but the sign company we had been using was no longer available and neither was the artwork for our logo. We did not have another go to supplier, so I did a Google search and called the FASTSIGNS closest to our office in Virginia Beach on December 14. Julie McLeod (Store 135) carefully listened to my description of our requirements. She had new artwork prepared for our logo and prepared proofs for the banner. At the same time, we ordered a second banner and hardhat decals. On Friday, December 23 - just eight days after the first conversation - Julie notified me that both banners and the hardhat stickers were ready for pick-up. Julie is professional, courteous and attentive. FASTSIGNS 135 is our new go-to sign company.

I took wordage to FastSigns and asked them to use our logo and make the wordage red, white, and blue, as the sign was for a Veterans Day special. I was sent the proof, and it greatly exceeded my expectations! The sign was better than I had envisioned it! Also, the person who took my order was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was an overall great customer experience! We were very pleased and will definitely use FastSigns again!

This is the second time I used Fast Signs and the quality of the products are excellent. The service was quick but lack of communication fell through at the end.The sales agent took a long weekend and just left me in limbo with my order. It would have been helpful if she had given me a name to someone who could assist me while she was away. I specifically asked to pick up my order at the store but found out it was being delivered. I was a frustrated because this was a surprise gift and if I have not called, the surprise would have been ruined. Overall, I am satisfied with Fast Signs and I will use them again. Ann Smith

It was fast, simple, and easy. You just email them your idea, they send you a proof.......then done! AND, they are super reasonable.

The acrylics we ordered were cut to the sizes we requested and the holes were drilled accurately.

Worst sign experience ever. Second order over a week late, missed my event deadline, with continual broken promises on delivery. Do not go there. Under new management. Previous owners were great.I worked for Fast Signs years ago and this is not the way they do business but this owner is on over his head. Go anywhere else.

I went into the store to have the the holes put in my banner that I had made for my husbands homcoming from deployment. I got the banner for free from a company online and I forgot all about holes so I can hang it. So, I went to Fast Signs to have them do it. After they did it, the owner was very rude. He showed me how their quality is better, which I am sure it is. Like I told him, I got my banner for free, saved me $70. The site I got it from do that for military people. Why would I not take them up on that great offer? Anyway, he then told me how he doesnt like for people do order stuff online because it takes away from local businesses. He then went on to tell me how he hates when people dont purchase things from them and never once said thank you. Gave me nothing but an attitude. I told him, well I wasnt gonna pass up a savings like that and hey...I did come here and spend $18 for you to put 4 holes in it for me. He gave me a dirty look and walked away. His attitude is the reason why people dont go to his store and the reason why people buy online. So, I walked out the door saying, your welcome. Never once did he say thank you for bringing him some business. I will now tell everyone how rude this place was to me and lets see how many military people I get to go somewhere else!

I have used this FASTSIGNS several times and will keep going back. The service is friendly and the products are just what I order at a reasonable price.

Fastsigns was recommended to me by a friend, so I had already seen their work at his shop, as well as around town. But it was the friendly, personal approach to customer service that really won me over. Stella Solorzano assessed my needs and assured me her graphic design team would make an outstanding product. The job was finished ahead of schedule, and the magnetic vehicle signs exceeded my expectations. Fastsigns receives my highest recommendation, and I will gladly return with more of my projects.

If i could give it 0 stars I would. Stop & call another company right now - you will save a lot of your valuable time.I left 3 voicemails, sent in files for a quote and a filled out a contact form three times. In my last voice mail message I asked to speak with a manager so that I could explain that there is something terribly wrong with their customer service so they could address the issue,Guess what happened? - nothing, nada, zilch, no reply to anything - they dont want my business. Of course I wasnt going to do business with them after the 2nd voice mail but thought someone might at least want to respond to a call for the sake of the franchises name.This location gives a bad name to the whole franchise. I wont do business with any of their locations and if I were you, I wouldnt waste your very valuable time either.I agree with the other review, they really need to take fast out of the name.

Great service, on time and good communication

The customer service was poor and they did not care about my business. They lied and said I did not approve the project or send in payment information on time when I clearly did both the same day I received it and had email proof to back it up.They should change there name to SLOWsigns.
