I love that this discount furniture store sells other household items and kid toys and clothing. You can find a little bit of everything. If you need an inexpensive place to furnish your new place this is it! One of the few hidden GEMS in the Hampton Roads area. I love this place, you can come up with some quality items for your home for the fraction of the price. You have to follow their social media to get a jump on new listings because items move fast.

They advertise things on other apps and dont update. They have items shown as available and when you get to the store, its not there. Very disappointed.The nice nasty tone in the response is unnecessary. Your advertising on other sites is a key aspect of your business. If you cant keep up with it, dont have it, its that simple. Glad my comment can bring some good.

If you are paying CASH for your items, you will have a great experience. But if you finance something through Acima like I did, READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN. You pay a $50 fee to Acima EVERY SINGLE TIME you finance something that does not count towards your payments. So you are essentially PAYING ACIMA for the opportunity to get credit them. PAYING THEM!!! PLUS Acima charges more interest on your purchase. Its finance gouging to the max.

Ive bought multiple things from there, eveyeones very nice, and once you look through, you can almost always find something in your price range! I got an amazing 7 draw, real heavy wood dresser, that just needed some paint . And it was only 100, and an extra 15 for delivery!

Upon entering the store I was greeted by a young woman by the name of Josephine.She was very professional and courteous. I told I was there to purchase the 14 inch gel mattress and boxspring that was advertised on the website for 499.00. I had texted someone previously and they told me that it was a set. I even told and showed her on my phone where someone said it was a set. Well after going back and forth with whomever she was talking to on the phone I had to end up purchasing the box spring which was an additional charge. Bad for the business. This was my 1st time purchasing from deal r us and probably will be my last .

Staff was friendly and helpful. Also liked how they explain the payment process in detail so there are NO SURPRISES. My furniture looks amazing and I cant believe how affordable it was! I cant wait to go back and purchase again.

Love this place. Grabbed a pair of $700 night stands for $300 around Christmas time. Ill be heading back for a dining set soon. The people complaining need to realize this is not a thrift store and most of the items are brand new, with a small percentage being used or scratch and dent, but everything seems to be priced accordingly imo.

I love this place I was able to furnish my whole home here. Got a beautiful living roomset dining room set, queen bedroom set and my daughters full-size bedroom set. I go back and purchase often they always have unique items I can’t find anywhere else. John was very helpful and he did so great delivering my items without any damage and assembling them! Was shopping for bikes on let go .. I seen a bike for 45 dollars .. I went directly to the store to purchase. when I arrived I was told it was 65 ... to my disappointment I left .. I went back online to see the ad.. I wrote to see if it was available ? They wrote yes it is please let us know when you would like to pick up ? I wrote that I was Just in the store trying to buy it but that the price was 65 in store. The person in charge of the site reviewed my message and without even writing me back change the price to 65 . This is a horrible way to treat a customer and I will never return

I bought 2 beautiful area rugs at this store, about a month ago, for a phenomenal price! The owner even threw in wizard of oz collectible pieces! Im planning on going back and purchasing more items at Deals R Us. The service is awesome!

Very nice clean store friendly staff a range of different merchandise that is in great shape very nice quality furniture. Also a nice selection of baby items that are in good condition. Great store overall. Worth going out for a look.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this business. The people in the store are nice, but the delivery company and the store OWNER is HORRIBLE! Beware before you buy because they offer NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE! The customer service was TRASH! Never purchasing anything from there again.

Very unorganized buying process. I had baby furniture to sell that was in great condition. One of the employees looked at it all from the inside my car, said they would accept it all. Another employee had to take over, asked me to remove it from car assemble it in store so they can take pictures to send to another person/owner. This process took an hour. The employee then called person/owner to see if they saw pictures. All this for the person/owner to say they werent interested in buying any of it over the phone.
