Great place to have services performed. I have my two Honda Pilots serviced here. Their prices are lower than most places for the same work performed. They do great quality work and have very nice people there, especially Robin in the office. Really good people and great place to take your vehicle.

Great customer service, communicated the true problem vs what I had been told originally from the dealership. Reasonable time to complete the work and matched dealership on the inspection. Price of parts and completing the job seemed a bit higher than it should have been based on online info., but overall pleased with the entire process and in speaking with manager.

Their staff is friendly and dependable. Over the years theyve done everything from an oil change to major engine and transmission work on my 16-year-old Subaru. Always been clear about what was wrong and what it would cost to correct. The work has been consistently done on time and without problems. I highly recommend Protime!

Protime put front brakes on my car in November. They had been making a grinding noise and I took my car in to get it looked at. They discovered that there was a part on the brakes that needed adjusting and took care of it that day w/out charging me. I was impressed that they made it right and were very helpful.

I picked this company solely based on the good reviews and I was not disappointed. I passed 3 other shops that could of done the work (2 of which I have used in the past and will not use again). Dropped my truck off on Monday morning for an alignment after doing a lift kit. No appointment and I assumed they might be too busy with being closed the whole weekend. I was wrong. They were able to do the work same day and it was done by noon. Front desk was friendly, communication during was great, and pick up/payment was super smooth. They have a website to track your vehicle and get service reminders. This place is great and I highly recommend them.

I used to be a loyal customer until a new service manager came along. First this guy does not call you back to update your progress then double charge you and doesn’t honor discounts from shop mailer. I no longer go there for my car service needs and so do you.Update: Owner contacted me about my review. He informed me that manager is no longer with them. He is also willing to reimburse me but I declined. Its good news for me I can now go back to being a customer once again. I believe you all should as well. Nice folks and accepted a full suspension job same day I called. Pricing was on the higher end but I needed to get it done on my one day off. Not many small shops offer patrons cold bottled water and frozen treats while you wait!

Just a couple quick points. I understand that folks need to be paid for theirs services. I know we have laws, rules, & standards that need to be met. We disappointed that your inspector failed the car due to the seat belt condition. I don’t agree with his assessment. My family has been doing business with you for years. I have felt you were on the expensive side, but we are paying some for the convenience. We had plans to donate the car in the near future, but you have made it so it will be sooner than later. Me and a few others having looked at the belt, are all surprised that you feel it warrants a rejection. I understand a job needs to be done right, but think this was a bit much. These guys put a fuel pump in my car that turned out to be faulty. It still worked, but I just knew something wasnt right when I got the car back. I called them, they had me bring my car in for a day, and they took care of the problem with no hassle and Harvey was extremely nice about the whole thing. The staff here makes you feel like family and keeps you in the loop with your vehicle. They also use auto vitals which makes them even more transparent as you can see what is wrong with your vehicle and what they recommend for you to have fixed. I had urgent tire nail repair that resulted in tire replacement. They ordered a tire & had car ready for me to make my Dr appt and Covid vaccine.

Our Tahoe was shuddering and the check engine light was flashing. I took it to Protime because it was the closest shop and I had heard good reviews. They were able to fit me in around 2pm and had it ready by 6pm. It was running smoothly and they were spot on about the need for new plugs and wires. I’d take it there again.

Got my son’s truck inspected here a few days ago. Staff were beyond friendly and informative. They let us know of a few minor things the truck needed and offered their services to have the issues taken care of but unlike other inspection places they didn’t try to force the extra services on you. Will definitely recommend this place to coworkers and friends

Vinnie at the front desk is awesome! He explained in great detail what the services the technicians suggested for my vehicle involved. I didnt feel like they were just trying to get money out of me. As a female with no mechanical knowledge, Ive felt comfortable both times Ive been to Protime so far. Its nice to be treated equally in what is a male-dominant environment. I felt respected and appreciated as a customer. I would definitely recommend Protime to others. Actually, I already have and will continue to do so.

Talked to Gage on Facebook, he set me up with an appt the next morning, I came in, they knew who I was and had me in and out. They called me about noon to tell me the problem and cost, which was more than fair, explained everything to me pictures and all. I was updated on any new findings before anything was touched to see if I wanted to proceed with the work, which I really appreciated. I would most definitely recommend to anyone, would come back!

This is the third used car Ive purchased that Protime has serviced. On this particular visit, I thought I had a bad tie rod and ball joint. Robin had the technician check it out and she said she didnt want to charge me for something that didnt need replacing. Robins honesty is the reason I keep doing business here. Do I like spending this kind of money? No. I do appreciate the always courteous staff.

Great customer service but prices are a bit $$$ high. From a mechanics perspective it’s sometimes best to go to the dealership’s auto mechanics because they get paid a regular salary compare to smaller shops whose guys are paid base on work completed.

I have taken my cars to Protime for several years and have always had great service. They are outstanding at what they do and have always worked hard to accommodate my schedule. They obviously take a personal interest in their customers and in familiarizing themselves with their vehicles.

Paid for an oil change, didnt even get one! My car is in the shop now in northern Virginia. Messed with the electrical too since its an older vehicle for more money they can charge me. Im coming back later this month to visit family, best believe Im stopping by there to give them a peice of my mind. Horrible, terrible establishment.

The Protime team worked on my front brakes a month or so ago but a squeak came back. I brought it in and asked them to take a look. They found the problem in the rear brakes but fixed them up with no charge and it was completed in less than 4 hours on a busy day. Good job and good customer service!

My car was towed there by recommendation of AAA. They told me it was a rod in the engine that was the issue and they said they do not work on hybrids so I would need to have it towed elsewhere .I was charged $114 for a diagnosis. After speaking with Anthony he agreed to refund me my full price since they didnt work on the Prius. Great customer service.

I called them at about 9am to ask about wait times to have my vehicle checked. Bill told me that he could most likely have my car looked at by at least 2pm, so i agreed to leave it as I had to be to work at 5pm. I also asked for an oil change.By 3:00 in the afternoon I had not heard anything from them, called and was told my car had not even been looked at yet, and was told they would call me back in about 45 minutes to let me know. Around 4:30 no one had called me so I contacted them and was first told my problem was non-existent. (Why would I have taken it in if there wasnt a problem?) then was told that my power steering fluid was leaking through a bad tie rod gasket. So, naturally they wanted to replace the ENTIRE steering rack for a hefty price of about $1300 (On a 13 year old car? Really?) and proceeded to charge me $73 for doing absolutely nothing but confirming what I told them when I dropped it off. Then said it was a 4+ hour job either way and would cost 1k anywhere. WRONG!! Needless to say I didnt make it to work either.I went to B Automotive off Va Beach Blvd and explained my situation and getting an estimate from repair pal, they quoted me a price of $369 TOTAL for labor hours an the part. The part was $158 and the labor $211. He guaranteed to have it done by tomorrow afternoon. Seriously, dont trust Protime, they just want your money in exchange for a headache.

Another State Inspection and oil change done. I have used PROTIME for a few years now and I have always been satisfied with their work ethics and professionalism and friendliness. It is satisfying knowing there still are some pros out there who care about your vehicles and safety.

State inspector needs his inspection license revoked. Argued with me, and the shop/service manager regarding the fact that my pick up never was equipped with airbags(srs). Afterwards, he say me in a grocery store and continued the arguement... i will never step foot on this property again.
