I have used Mikes 5 times now and they have never disappointed. Great work, excellent communication and a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

We have used these guys for several repairs. Lately they are not as good as in the past. There is a big lack of communication and missing attention on some details. The repairs could be more complete with a simple phone call to clarify. Also, the last paint job does match as well as it should or could.

I had the best customer service Ive ever had in a service establishment. I drove my car there for an estimate, next thing I knew she spoke with my insurance agent, called for rental car and I was picked up in 20 minutes. And my car was ready a week sooner than first estimated. Thank you again for outstanding service and job well done!

This is a very professional paint and body shop thats restored my beautiful two-month-old Subaru after a tree fell on it. They worked overtime to make sure that I had it back in a reasonable time frame and the work is flawless. It actually looks better than new. I highly recommend them

Ahh these guys are the best. I got into an accident and they fixed my car and when I got it back I had a minor problem and then told me to come on in and they fixed it within a couple minutes and had me back on the road. These guys are true to their customers

Great place to have work done! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly. When I picked up my car, I honestly couldnt tell where they had fixed and painted it. It looked like it did when it was brand new! While I hope I dont have to use their services anytime soon, Id recommend them to anyone who needs body or paint work done.

I would like to tell everyone about the great paint job and exceptional service my car received from Mikes Paint & Body shop located at 548 Progress Lane in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I have a 1996 Pontiac Sunfire that I needed to have my front bumper and both sides of my vehicle fixed and painted due to rocks clips and road damage. In addition to body work and paint job that was identified to be completed, I later realized that my vehicles front end fog-lights were also replaced without an additional cost to myself. Slam dunk! Im holding my 5 star review and updating only because I want others to be aware they are still an excellent choice in Virginia Beach to have auto body work done.My car had minor body repair completed over two days. The process from estimate to work completed was flawless. Body shop manager Andy. Unfortunately I learned recently of his departure on a follow up appointment weeks after. I also met owner Mike for the first time.Body shops are notorious for being unprofessional, so when ya find a great one you share. Mikes Paint & Body with locations at the Beach and Chesapeake has consistently proved to me they are different in a fantastic way.My car was completed on time and looked sharp. It was cleaner inside and out than when I brought it in. A minor issue with deductible was handled quickly by the office and was not their fault.Thank you Andy and staff.

I had made an appointment to schedule for a spoiler install which they said they could do over the phone however when I arrived a girl had began to deal/service with me and my appointment then halfway through went to get the manager Justin for some reason. So Justin who has never actually worked in a body shop or on a car his entire life informed me that they could not install my spoiler which was really odd due to the fact that it is just 4 drill holes and bolt it on there, really weird experience, very poor service

May6,2015 I rec/d. my car from Mikes Paint &Body after the repairs to the back bumper of my car. I was very pleased with the repairs, Andy explained in detail what exactly was done, walk out with me to the car to be sure I saw and felt the difference in the way the bumper was prior to the repair and after the work that was done. Andy assured me of the warranty and stated that if I had additional questions to always feel comfortable to call. I have had repairs to my car twice from Mikes and I highly recommend them. Cant really review until I get my Jeep back. They are however repairing over 4500.00 worth of damage from my tapping a deer at 35 mph. Dont worry the deer didnt even stop to see if I was ok!!

My truck had some pretty significant rust damage on the roof and around the windshield. The team over at Mikes got the job done and got it done right! They were very professional and addressed all of my concerns. I was not able to pickup the vehicle myself, so they sent me a nice detailed email report (with pictures) explaining everything they did and what obstacles they had to overcome. I am very impressed and they have earned my business for any future repairs.

I was rear-ended and the other insurance company recommended Mikes. I knew nothing about them, but I have to say that they could not have been better. They were very cordial, did beautiful work, and completed the work ahead of schedule. They were a very pleasant surprise and I wold not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends and family. They were perfect!

Contrary to other reviews I felt very disappointed. It is not because of their repair quality but their shady business practice. My car could have been repaired at a lot low cost (very low speed rear ended). My own insurance company estimated for about $3000. The other at-fault insurance company estimated $5000. Both companies are top rated. I had no experience dealing with body repair. I went to this shop based on positive feedbacks. They asked me to show them the $5000 estimate. Their talking let me feel believe that the damage could be a lot worse once the car is disassembled and they were authorized to deal with the insurance company directly to cover extra cost..BS as I later found out. Bottomline they fixed the car for $5000, matching the estimate. They asked me to pay at front, not after the car was repaired. My car could have been repaired at $3000 at a reputable shop. Dont be fooled with nice smiles. AVOID

Staff is really helpful and friendly. The work I had done was finished in about a day or so. (Had a giant key scrape on my car) Also noticed that they had washed, vacuumed, and detailed my car when I picked it up. Highly recommend them!

I dont usually write reviews unless I am blown away beyond pleased or gotten screwed over. Mikes Paint & Body did an excellent job. I recently picked up my truck on Thurs from a hit-n-run. The repair job was so good. The paint and repair looked like factory. You couldnt tell there was ever anything wrong. No rippling, no over spray, no fish eyes in the paint....Flawless. Todd and his team were very professional, polite, and very accommodating to my needs. Todd even addressed this hazy spot on my rear quarter panel that a car detailer couldnt get out at no additional expense to me. My truck is BLACK and shows every little imperfection. My truck was returned to me washed, detailed, and vacuumed.. The team at Mikes Paint & Body absolutely went beyond my expectations. Im so happy I had my truck serviced there. THEY ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Great folks to deal with. Clean shop. Secure after hours parking. My vehicle was completed several days prior to the scheduled completion date and the work was performed much to my satisfaction. If you have USAA insurance, this is your no hassle repair shop .

Ill start by saying Andy the manager is a good guy. I brought my new 2016 Toyota Tacoma to Mikes due to a rock hitting my drivers door by the handle causing 2 small chips. One in the drivers door and one in rear passenger door. Got my estimate and set date to complete. I picked my truck up and immediately noticed the chips still in the door. Andy advised he could try to wet sand and buff it out. Which helped. But didnt fix it completely. I agreed to try to live with it. I then had it detailed 2 days later and my detail guy pointed out there were more spots on the back door. After taking back to Mikes, Andy advised he could wet sand those out too. They almost came out and he says anymore sanding and it will go through clear coat. So now I have a brand new truck with more spots/dirt in the door then when it was dropped off. I was told its lifetime guarantee. Apparently not as he said there is no perfect paint job. I wish he had said that upfront. Im taking this comolaint to BBB and telling my insurance company as Im gonna have to get it painted again.

I had a Good experience here.. They did a flawless job repairing my wifes car and were really friendly to me. I was on crutches at the time - They offered me a seat and the Manager came out to see if I was ok. They even called for my rental car so it was ready for me a few moments after they got my details. They have my recommendation A+

I had door and fender damage on my 370z Nismo. The insurance company wanted to repair the damage, but Mikes Paint & Body made sure the claim was adjusted quickly and got the parts replaced instead. They also did an excellent job painting. Got the car back spotless inside and out. Will recommend to anyone.

My 18 year old son had his first, and hopefully last fender bender, a few weeks ago, and I looked up Collision and Repair places online. At first, I was going to go somewhere else, but once I looked at their reviews I knew where we were taking the car. Didnt realize that you had to have an appointment for an estimate, but Andy took it anyway.:) Once I gave the ok to start repair it was s done when they said, and they did an AMAZING job. We have had work done on our 1996 Ford F-350 Powerstroke truck twice now with Mikess and have been extremely pleased. Their customer service went beyond our expectations when something came up and the body work on the truck looks just as great. He went above and beyond matching our mirrors (its an old truck) which we greatly appreciate. We highly recommend them for auto body and paint, you will not be disappointed.

Since the insurance company provided the full funds 2 months ago you would think Mikes would repair the car. Not only did they have their excuses, but they outright lied about when they sent it to the dealership for inspection.

I brought my truck for a repair, paint the left side panel the bumper assy and the muffler and exhaust system. I told Andy that I need the old parts for the exhaust system. When I got the truck its looks good just looking at it, but if you dont know how to look at the paint you will be taken advantage of it. For myself I knew how to look how good the paint job is, because I used to be a sign painter. When I went home and check my trucks paint closely thats when I saw those very little bubbles from the paint job. I saw also a small hole thats not get by paint and its small. I complain about all those things but the only thing they do is buff the paint but the small hole at the back of the panel is still there and I complain again about it and Andy told me thats there already and its not a part of the job. How can you say that its not a part of the job while you paint the whole panel of the truck. Stupid answer.
