Very very good service. I was in and out of there within an hour of them mounting and balancing 4 new tires. The pricing was unbeatable and the workers were friendly, courteous, and they were clean with the work they did. Its a family owned business, that apparently takes pride in what they do, and not some Tire Warehouse that throws tires on your vehicle and rolls you out the door.

They took my car last min and did a diagnostic test and fixed it all by dinner time Chris did a great job and rose was awesome sauce thanks for fixing my mustang

Rose and Doug are very friendly. My car was taken on time and service on my car was done in an hour. received a copy of the inspected items...brakes, tires, etc. They never try to sell service that is not needed. I Trust them.

Have only had one interaction but it was good. My truck had a newer battery (only months old) But it wouldnt start and left me in the middle of jabip. Truck was towed by a company they use. They picked up the keys from my house! I received a call later that to head over. The explanation was thorough and understandable. They didnt try to make money off me. Everyone was friendly. Ill be back--when necessary!!!

I came to this place around 6pm on a Friday night with a flat tire. They closed at 5 .And they were ready to close up shop. Everything that day went wrong BUT them ! Great people took me in anyway, fair priced me and I had specific lug nuts, but they worked it out and they really just didn’t have to. Great service while I was there.

I had in the past purchased tires from here but didn’t have work on my vehicle completed. I always went to the dealership. I had taken my vehicle to my local dealership for routine service and was told that I needed to have a very costly repair IMMEDIATELY completed on the vehicle to the tune of $1700.00! I took my multi-point inspection sheet and started the search for a shop to complete the repair at a more affordable cost. I called Bob Albrecht Tires and spoke to Rose, gave her the information of the work needing to be completed and waited for her to get me an estimate, the estimate came back at $700 less than the dealership-GREAT!!!!!! right? Rose suggested I bring the vehicle over to have a simple check performed on the vehicle, I got done work and ran over there to have it checked. As it turned out, the repair the dealership strongly suggested to have completed, Louis the service professional at Bob Albrecht could find no evidence to support their claim. Thank you Rose and Louis for being honest. You have gained a loyal customer.

Truly had a great experience getting my tires change. There used tire prices are amazing and reasonable especially for a college student as myself. Rose is a wonderful, kind, honest, and respectful lady that helps you in any way possible. The nice gentleman ( missed his name in the visit) taught me alot of my car parts that I should be concern about. This wonderful customer services makes me appreciate the long 30 min drive knowing that I will get the best service. My experience at Albrechts was more than what I expected. I have experienced auto repair shops that want to correct the problem the easiest way for them regardless of cost to customer. Friendliest crew I have ever met. Doug was talking to me the whole time my car was getting a tire put on, and found the tire I needed at a cheaper price so reduced the bill by $30. I will never go any place else.
