Absolutely horrible. Took my Jeep here for an alignment and to have my tires balanced. I made an appointment and was told about 2 hours. 4 hours later we didn’t get a call so we went to Pick Jeep up. They said they were finishing up and we paid. My Jeep had some serious “death wobble,” when I tried to drive it home. I took it back to my mechanic, who called them and they ADMITTED they didn’t do the work and charged me for it. They said they were short staffed and just didn’t get to it, but apparently decided it was fair to pretend they did and make me pay rather than just call and tell me they couldn’t do it. Yes, we did call and I went back and got my money refunded but I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. I will never go back.

Great friendly service. I arrived at hour before my appointment I told them I had to be out of town shortly. I was gonna reschedule if it took too long. They had a tech doing an oil change and they had him change my tire while the oil was draining. I really appreciated that. Did a wonderful job, thank you guys so much!! Very happy customer highly recommend.

Friendly knowledgeable staff honest and fair

Brought my 2014 MB-CLA250 to have a wheel replaced and install a new tire. This was a Lo-Pro AMG wheel and Ray W did an excellent job with the install and with being very careful not to damage the wheel. Thank you for the professional service Sears Auto Center provided and thank you Ray W for you quality workmanship. Job well done. *The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because they were short-staffed on a Saturday morning and it did take some time to be attended to...but overall, a good experience.

Came by here on 11AM on Sunday. I crossed over into 1975 wormhole. Really needed to get my car fixed and back to 88MPH to get back to 2018, where this store suffers a horrible future. Someone may need to go back and tell this SEARS Auto Center its dead.

Good service, usually can accommodate our schedule. Bathroom could use a good sandblasting 😏 though.

As usual, I couldnt be more pleased with the last repair I had done on my car June 10, 2019 @ the Vineland Sears Auto. Both Misael Fernandez & Paul Gunzalez at the front desk were friendly, helpful and answered every question I asked them in a way that I could easily understand. Ralph Capone personally took great care of my car and even said, Give me a call tomorrow and let me know how its doing! It was doing fantastic! I like people who put in that little extra effort, not only to do a great job repairing your car, but to make you feel like a valued customer too. Thanks guys!

I came here to get all wheels on my truck to get balanced and rotated. 3 hours later I asked the mechanic who worked on my truck what he did and he said he did a front end alignment and rotated my wheels. I didnt need a front end alignment. The manager went back and talked to the mechanic who worked on my truck to do the balance and resolved the issue. Not even ten minutes later my truck was pulled around the front and was finished. I went out to look where the old weights were pulled off and new weights put on. Not only were the weights just slapped on but 2 of the wheels just had the weights removed and not put back on. I was in a rush and had somewhere I had to be so I left. If I didnt say anything to the mechanic I would have left and wasted my money and time for nothing at all.. the whole idea of coming there was to get my wheels balanced because my truck shakes around 75 mph. I brought it to a different shop a week later and the weights the sears mechanic put on there was totally off and made my truck shake worse than it did before. Not only did he not do his job but he messed up the threading on a couple studs where the lugs go on. Anyway after the second shop rebalanced my wheels my truck drives smooth as can be now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO SEARS IN VINELAND! FELT LIKE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND TREATED LIKE A JOKE.

Had 10 oclock appointment I got to Sears at 9:45 they told me when the white truck comes down my truck will be put on the lift Im next at 10:45 they put another truck up on the lift there was no other Customer the in the store I asked counter guy why isnt my truck going on lift (same guy that told me Im next) he told me Im not the only customer so I guess app dont matter any more so dont make an appointment because it doesnt matter andDont believe what the counter guy tells you

Good place too get your car fix and to get new tires

Dont trust this place! was told my rear was going thats why there was noise. Come to find out it was just a rear wheel bearing! Sears wanted to charge $3,000! while the bad rear wheel bearing only costed $450. Now all my problems are gone.

I had an apptment 11:00am. I waited 1hr n 1/2 before they checked Engine Light. They checked and came up with 3 codes. Then they said I had to pay $89.00 for a diagnostic. I waited to 2:30pm and then they said they couldnt fix car today. I am Truly done with this service.You can always go somewhere els to get the job done!!

Had an appointment for tires and when I get there they didnt have the tires. I had made an appointment a week in advance and they forgot to get my tires?. Had to come back another day and their computers were down so no tires again. Wont be going back .

I underestimated this place I wrote a bad review at first but that’s because I didn’t realized I had sor much damage it wasn’t there fault so I take back my bad review they did a great job on my truck and I would recommended this place 10/10

Went for a tire repair. Couldnt be repaired, had to get a new one. None in stock,model discontinued. Substitute found. Took two and one half hours.

Sears auto services transfer between all locations, so thats pretty nice. This location isnt the fastest though, and they arent always the nicest either when dealing with customers. Prices are on point though and they have a lot of bundle deals and coupons for shopping in store.

F-ing sucks. I made an appointment hours before closing because that was available on the website. I called right after to confirm. Man tells me to come in easier .Thats fine. I went in. Took 5 hours for them to tell me that i had to wait another day .Ok cool. Another day, they didnt do it .I said, ok. Something that takes 15 mins will take 3 men 60 hours to do. Thank you for the horrible service .

Prices for heaven do not

The customer service here is horrible. Even with an appointment the wait times are ridiculous. Also, beware of the up-sell. If you want to waste your time and spend more money, then this is the place for you. I would highly recommend anywhere else.

I went with a rubber problem. They didnt tell me anything about the rubber. When I looked for the car, they changed my oil, but the liquids in the car are empty. Time for nothing, Im never going back again.
