At the last minute I placed an online, I ended up running down to the store at 8:30pm from Williamstown. Chris & the acting staff was outstanding, they ended up helping me out and fixing the situation with the wrong part online. Chris was outstanding was well, he identify the part that was incorrect from online and was able to help me get the refund & the damn part that I needed that night!!! let me put it to you this way the store closed at 9 we didnt leave the store until 10!thank you Chris and all the staff members for their outstanding work, keep up the good work guys and my Dog Bubbie said High! !I will always go out to Vineland from now on!

I broke my windshield wiper blade that was frozen to the windshield by pulling up too hard. I went to Advance to buy a new wiper blade. The young lady at the counter offered to look at it first. She was able to unlock the bracket and reinsert the blade. I offered to reward her, but she refused, just asking to come back to Advance Auto if I needed some part in the future. Superb Service, I can recommend!

Terrible customer service. Im not usually one to write reviews but it really shocked me how the worker acted today; rolled his eyes when I informed him that I would need a product looked up because I had not called and ordered it beforehand and huffed and puffed the entire time he was ringing up my purchase. I will not be returning to this store location. There are many other auto part stores on Landis that deserve my business.

I work at store 5116 in Vineland they embraced me like family when I first started over 6months ago. Joe and Alex work commercial great guys great team everyone there has experience and in automotive field it gets hectic at times but we all come together and work hard to get the job done to keep our customers satisfied day in and day keep up the great work

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I purchased a battery and they installed it for me.

I went in, 2 other customers and I stood in line at the counter for 10 minutes and not one of the three employees even acknowledged us. One was on the phone, one was walking around (possibly picking orders for online), even walked right by us a few times without a word, and one was in the aisle 10 feet from us scanning merchandise stocking shelves. I left empty handed. When you have 2 other competitors on the same block, you need to do better than this. You lost this customer.

I called before going to Advance Auto to be sure they had the right battery for my car. They did but when I got there and tried to purchase it the employee said he couldn’t install it cause it needs professional installation. I called AutoZone in Vineland from my car and autozone unfortunately didn’t have the right battery in stock but Denise said if I bought it from Advance Auto then to bring it to AutoZone and she would install it for free. I did and Denise installed it with a smile in a few minutes! For FREE! And I didn’t buy a thing from AutoZone! Such awesome customer service from AutoZone! They will have all my business going forward!

Sent my handicap mom specifically to advanced auto instead of autozone because I knew they changed batteries but apparently they couldn’t change her 2004 Hyundai Elantra battery due to it needing “professional installation”. She bought the battery from them and went to autozone and they gladly installed if for free. I called the manager of advanced auto to tell him about this and he basically said too bad. In fact he was the one who lied to her saying he couldn’t do it. I will not be returning to any advanced auto ever again. Save your frustration and go to autozone.

These guys are pretty good. I always buy online and have it ship to the store. I save lot of money that way. The only thing about that is if I order the wrong product and have to return it I have to buy the product again, there’s no exchanging it. Their explanation is that it’s an online order and prices are different online.Otherwise fantastic store. Very punctual and knowledgeable staff. Good experience.

Had a terrible cashier. I wanted to pick up my purchase curbside but when I called the store I was put on hold for 10 minutes, and when I called back the same thing. I went in and they werent even busy. Then they have the counter blocked for social distancing and I had to ask him to hand my bag to me because I couldnt reach it.Ill never go back to that particular store again.

Employees are pretty much careless about customers, most of the time theyre hanging out in the back, or dont care whos next in line. I like advance but this place sucks. Glad Pepboys is just across the street.

Good place to buy car parts...

Ordered fuel lines, because they were out of stock,okay, and they swore the parts would be here the day after I ordered the parts. Well I made arrangements to work on customers vehicle, on this day, Sunday, planned my whole day around this vehicle(THE PARTS THAT WERE ORDERED, NEVER WAS DELIVERED)!They lost our corporate account, because, every time we call for price and availability, they put us on hold and never get back to us, so we lose the opportunity to make a sale and do good by our customers.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. After ordering parts to pick up in store, I went to pick them up and they wouldnt give them to me without I.D., despite me being able to give them my phone number, name, address, and card information. The clerk and manager were both very un helpful, all resulting in me having to drive an hour back home after driving the hour to get to their store (which was the only one with my parts in stock) and an hour back with my I.D., then another hour and a half to get the parts to my mechanic. Will never come here again and will point all my friends and family to AutoZone.

Prices of parts are comparable to other parts stores . the deals are usually on the oil change packages. If you sign up for their rewards program... They send you tons of coupons and money off your purchases. I suggest ordering online with a coupon code and then picking parts up at your local store. Doing this can save a lot of money.

Like most Advance stores, the employees are clueless about the most basic questions and stare into space like flamingos relaxing in the hot sun. The prices are obscenely hight, too. If you need something and cant wait to get it online, then go. Otherwise, stay away.

Picked up a few parts for my Nissan Altima during the Black Friday weekend. I ordered my items online and got a 35% discount on the entire package. These same items would have cost me more if I had made the purchase in store. Word to the wise order your automotive parts online because the savings are greater there!!!

Its an average Auto Parts store. Service can be very slow at times even when there are very few customers. Also it seems that the guys at the counter dont know much about cars, if it doesnt tell them.on the computer screen they cant answer the question. I have had more knowledgable help AutoZone. That being said its not always the case, but I am saying on average if you need a little more help from car people the other store is probably your best best. If you know exactly what you need then dont hesitate to get your parts here if the price is better. I can say that at times the prices can be better at Advanced then their competitors.
