This place is unbelievable great. Customer service since they picked up my car on a tow truck, till the end. They keep you informed about whats going on with your vehicle. Guy name William G. Was really professional. Hopefully dont have to go there again but if you need your car fix from an accident, this is definitely the place.

I was gonna give this place 1 star as I waited for my car(even filing a complaint against them with consumer affairs,sorry)but now I understand what the problem was.The Business has,as so many others have written very poor communication skills,which lead you not to trust them but after seeing my vehicle & understanding what the truth actually was I seen they were being honest,they just take on alot of vehicles.my car was given back to me after I called(shouldnt have happened)ready but better than when I took it there.they finished 2 days later than expected date given which if you only have 1 vehicle hurts!,so I think there should be a way they give you a loaner if they go past their time....other than that,my frown turned to a smile & my lawsuit vanished...4 stars as opposed to 5 cause of the things I mentioned.....👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Vineland, NJ. My car was hit by someone and I took my car there to be repaired. Steve is the gentleman who I dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took photos of my car, emailed the insurance company and explained the entire process to me. This location has a rental car counter in their lobby which made dropping off my car to be repaired and picking up the rental a breeze! Steve called me on day 5 of my 9 day repair to say that my car was finished and ready for pick up. We made an appointment for 8 am the next morning. When I arrived, the rental counter had not yet opened for the day, but I was able to return the key to Steve, he walked me out to my car and showed me everything and I was good to go! My car looked great on the outside, but not only that, staff at Caliber washed my car, cleaned the interior and vacuumed it as well. What service!! I am very glad I took my car here and should I ever need this type of service again, I will definitely go back to Steve and Caliber Collision of Vineland!

I’ve been to others in the past, but Caliber Collision truly looks to make your experience as stress free as possible through a tough time. Mike Parsons was the person that worked with me, My car was in a hit and run. Mike was very professional, explained everything to me about the repair and after the repair. My car came back very clean inside and outside.I am very pleased with the work that was done.

Insurance company told me to use Caliber due to hitting a deer. Gave me my estimate and said it would be about a week and a half. A week and a half turned into about a month.While the staff is nice, their repair shop is not. Parts were on back order due to covid which is understandable. BUT on their end, they could not align my hood properly and my emblem now comes out each time i need to open and close my hood (that does not close if you close it lightly/normally), there are orbital sander marks in my paint, fisheyes, paint chipping around the headlight from accident, they buffed my paint so much after i had to take it back not once but TWICE due to marks in the paint that are still there and now the paint is about to come off, they put my bottom coolant hose in the wrong place and the fan for the air was kicking on and hitting it. My hose is now almost split apart and I could’ve over heated my car. The manager even came outside and spoke with us the first time and said it would be repaired but it wasn’t. Now I need to purchase a new coolant hose which I would’ve not known about if my car wasn’t making a noise whenever the air was on.

Where do I begin. My experience with Caliber was painful. My vehicle was taken in with major damage. After a few estimates (that started very low from the insurance company) to the end estimate by Caliber (which was still very low) I was skeptical. I decided to trust their expert opinion and went along with the repair. After about a month, (which was the estimated repair time) I was told my car was ready to be picked up. It was not, and was continually pushed back. Eventually I was told that it was completed, and returning back from the alignment shop. Before I had a chance to pick it up, Caliber asked me a few questions about the power steering and why my dash lights were on. The dash lights were on due to the accident. At this point I wondered if they had even turned the car on the entire time they had it. A few hours later I was told I would not be getting my car back because the whole steering rack needed to be replaced. The initial accident was with the front driver side wheel and they just figured out the steering rack needed to be replaced!! Its as if they never even pulled the car into the garage. After 2 months of waiting, I finally received my car. The final bill was double what Caliber originally quoted. The car shouldve been totaled, but the original quote did not reflect that. I drove the car for about a month and noticed major issues with the steering especially while driving in the rain. It was so bad that I had to use a different car during bad weather. Eventually I wore through a brand new tire in about 2 months. I took the car to get realigned. The shop gave me a diagnostics sheet from original numbers to the new numbers they had set. I made a comment to him about having an alignment done from Caliber after the accident and he told me there was no alignment whatsoever on the vehicle. My toe angle was over 4 degrees on both front wheels.I highly recommend to everyone to stay far away from this shop.

Brian was great at communicating updates on a regular. My frustration is that the car was n their hands for 3 weeks and when we went to pick up the vehicle, we then needed to schedule corrective work. HOWEVER, they were very willing to do so and made everything right in the end. Thank you Brian for excellent customer service!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Vineland. From the time I submitted my claim, I was contacted within 30 mins by a Caliber associate, who quickly scheduled my estimate. They were waiting for me when I got there and I got an estimate and an appt to drop off my car 2 days later when the parts came in. My car needed a new bumper because of an accident and they were able to order genuine Nissan parts. Pick up was even more efficient, as the paperwork was all done and they even cleaned out the car for us. They even have an Enterprise Car Rental desk to get customers quicker rental service. Overall, great experience as everyone was extremely professional. I would highly recommend them.

They do very good work on vehicles. I took my car here when it was in an accident and it still runs like it did when I first got it. They also did a great job on the outside body. It looks like no one even hit us.

The work done on the truck is almost flawless. Theres only two very small imperfections in the clear coat that you can barely see. However the problem was how long it took to get my truck back. It took almost 40 days from the time I dropped it off until the time I got it back. I drove by the shop once in a while on my way home from work and for the first two weeks it hadnt been worked on and it just sat outside in the same shape I had left it. I can understand if theyre backed up but it wouldve been nice for them to let me know they wouldnt be able to start on it right away. All I did was hit a deer, and while they found a lot of extra damage thats not an excuse to take 40 days to fix it. Every time I called they were still ordering parts or still waiting for parts Its an f150, you can find any part for that truck and have it the same week. The estimated time for my truck to be finished was pushed back 5 times. There were three times we called and the person we needed to speak to wasnt available so we left a message with the secretary. He only called back one time out of the three we called. So if you dont mind waiting I guess this wouldnt be a bad place to take your vehicle.

If at all possible,try another auto body shop. Took them 7 weeks to do a fender on my Dodge dually,had runs in the paint,overspray, tools left in the fender, bolts that were missing,loose items. An absolute nightmare of an experience.

Very disappointed. Worked on rust on my back wheel well. Said he couldnt guarantee it wouldnt come back. I thought if it did come back it wouldnt be after only four months and to me looks worse than before I just shook me head and walked away. Thats just the way it is I was told actually. I spent extra money a lot extra to have them do it cause the first price seemed to cheep and the turn around time of one day didnt seem realistic. I was planing on bring them more work. I got a call from the body shop thats redoing their work . What a mess they found after taking it apart. 4/13 I went to the other body shop to see what they had to cut out from what these guys did what a mess it was. On 4/16 got to talk with the owner and he said he will never deal with my type of person again. I wonder what that means

I got into a car accident last year n the damage was bad. By the time I got my truck back it was like new. They also wash your car n clean the in side of the vehicle. I can say they deserve the 5 stars. Your car get return back to u like new.
