I brought my vehicle in for front end repair after they ordered the parts with the expectation that it would be complete in about 3 days. When I called on day 3 they said it was in paint and should be ready in a day or two. When I called again on day 5 they said it was in paint and would be available the following week. At some point here I was mislead. When they received the part on day 1, they should have had it in paint. Day 9 I was able to pick it up. Over promised, under delivered and mislead......The work looks good but the communication was not so good.

Good quality work with a helping of honesty. They did a great job working in my car and went the extra mile to make sure the OEM parts were legit; going as far as to correct a mistake by the insurance company. Thanks.

I stopped in for a quick estimate for my bumper that came loose. They were quick, friendly and fixed it for me same day. Definitely will be going back for future work!

Front bumper on our truck was damaged when it hit a deer. We hadtwo quotes. Bianco was less expensive so we used them. Pickedup our truck 3 week later (for a bumper repair) and the price wentup higher than the 2nd quote we didnt use. Years ago, Biancodid all our work and there was a problem so we stopped. Decidedto try again. Big mistake, not happy with service time or quote.

Everyone is so pleasant and helpful they made the whole process seamless from Joe who helped handle the Insurance for my husband, Michael who patiently answered any questions that I had and Wanda who kept us informed on the progress. I have to say if I could give Joe Scanlon and Fred Bianco a 50 star rating, I would give it to them. They did outstanding work on my car. They took their time and did it right. The service is blah...the work is blah..You can have a better conversation with a wall then with the woman who answers the phone. Their in a great location, however its worth driving further for better service and people with communication skills. Save yourself time go somewhere else.
