Cool store. Got a sweet Loki shirt and my daughter got some rings.

The WV store located in their Mall, I would have to admit is the best Hot Topic Ive shopped in (in OH &WV). The staff (two females) working at the time made our (family and I) a pleasant and enjoyable one. They were helpful and did it with a smile. We were so pleased that we opened a charge card from them. Thank you for an outstanding visit to your store.

Hot Topic isnt what it once was. I wasnt impressed with anything the store was selling.

Not very much selection at all. you’d have better luck shopping on the website

The little blonde girl is not friendly at all .like if you dont want to work in customer service dont take the job.

Employees follow you around constantly and bug you. I understand its probably part of the job to try to sell you extra stuff but it makes some people uncomfortable.

Always have loved this store since I was a teen! And now Im getting shirts and etc for my kids .. love it.

I shop here often and the team is always top notch! They have a good selection and the hot cash is always a plus. One team member offered to text me when my Hot Cash was ready to be used.

I was disappointed with the knowledge that they only service the smaller side of people. Whether male or female, they did not have anything for those of us who are fluffy in the least. The staff was very nice and cordial and answered questions as best as they knew. And thats why I gave them a 3 star and not a 1 star.

Told employee what I wanted, they didnt have it in the store so he ordered it online for me while I was there. Well he ordered the wrong item and I filled out everything for a proper return. Its been 4 months and still havent been credited to my card. Terrible business practice

Daughter wanted a hoodie, hound a shirt and a wallet chain, told her about my chains from high school, proceeded to drive home and hook her new chain to my 4 old ones and they are now the first thing Ive ever passed down. Winning at Dad life.

False Advertising: Beware! A huge clearance sign is posted dead center of their tank-tops. A cashier told me that the sale was buy one ($14.99) and get the second one for a dollar. So I pointed to the one I wanted, which were too high to reach. She uses a long hook to pull one down and then says that shell have to scan the price to make certain its on clearance. What? She comes back and No, these are $20.99 and buy another for half-price. I told her, No, thanks. and left the store. Why place full priced tanks along with the clearance ones? A very deceptive practice and one that needs to be fixed.

I like Hot Topic because you can get great fandom related things but everything is quite expensive. Theres almost always some sort of sale though. So thats nice.

A POORLY DRESSED AND MANNERED EMPLOYEE ACCUSED ME OF SHOPLIFTING AN ITEM THAT WAS CLEARLY IN MY HUSBANDS HAND AS SHE COULD CLEARLY SEE BEINGS SHE TOOK HIM RIGHT TO THE ITEM!! IN NO WAY HAVE I EVER BEEN A THEIF AND OTHERS IN THE STORE CLEARLY SAW ME IN MY PURSE GRABBING MY DEBT CARD . NO LONGER WILL I BE A CUSTOMER

I just was browsing this time. They didnt have Rag Doll, the Nightmare Before Christmas perfume they usually get this time of year, but they had plenty of Bone Daddy, the companion fragrance.😠

Over priced mall novelity stuff. Nothing classical or vintage, just mainstream. As bands/shows lose their 15 minutes off fame, youll find there merchandise in the clearance section...
