Clean store and organized. Now has a few dressing rooms open to try on clothes!! They run sales and offers coupons to help lower prices even more for customers. They have shoes and clothes for adults and children.

Parkersburg. Had a descent sale, but was slightly disappointed in staff having me walk the entire store TWICE just to make sure I right about those sales. My advice [Take pictures of the items sale price once in cart]. Reason being, even though Im JC Pennys Platinum Credit card member apparently they cant take my word on 50% off. Got a great Remington electic foil razer with an original price of 120 down to 35 or 40 dollars.

Today I had a bad experience from JCPenney. My son had purchased a gift card for me for my birthday. The gift card was worth $185.46. It was for a hair cut, perm and coloring. We tried getting into getting it done yesterday. Couldnt get in but that was ok. The lady was very rude but I over looked it. We called back and they told me that my appointment would be today at 11:30. So today we got there at 11:20. They told me that I didnt have one until after 12:00. They kept giving me the run around so I told them that I just wanted the money back. They told me that they dont refund gift cards. They told me to go back to their JP Penney com desk. We went and they refused to give me my money back for the gift card. JC Penney stoled 185.46 off of my son trying to give me something for my birthday. Very upsetting. I cant help but to give them no stars.

I had not been in the mall for ages. But there was a item that I needed now. And there website said it was available in the store. But it was not so I bought it online. Like many people I will stick to shopping online.

I didnt find what I wanted. I talked to another customer. She was happy with her sales purchases. I was looking for sister dresses and the price was much too high for what I waa looking. I.it would have cost me eighty dollars for the dresses and I found two at The Childrens Place for just under thirty.

One thing I like about COVID if nothing else, the stores are not crowded. Employees are friendly and willing to help.

The plus size section is horrible. The sales associates Where rude to my mother they pushed her away from where she was looking at the clothes first.

I couldnt find the item I was looking for.

A wonderful young lady helped me find exactly what I needed to exchange and saved my exposure time tremendously!! Wasnt sure u would be able to find someone to help with this but she was very helpful!

The dressing rooms are so gross. They need a total renovation. They smell awful, the walls are filthy and the carpet is stained.

It is always a terrible mess! With Covid19 running rampant, I would think they should have to try and keep it somewhat clean?Im glad they have a restroom, because there are very few in the mall as big as it is?So Please dont close it! Just try to clean it up?Thank you!

I love JC Pennys! I always find great deals, especially for my daughter who is almost 22 months old. I actually bought a snow coat and suit for her that was originally priced at $99 for $9! I also bought myself a really nice dress that was priced at $90 for only $12! I do buy out of season clothing from here, which is why I get such great deals! It is a great place to shop. Easy returns too. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I very much recommend to anyone!

I love Pennys. Unlike Walmart I can normally find my size when clothes shopping. Ill pay a little more when Im guaranteed to find name brands in my size. Wish sephora could make cologne samples again though.

I love buying golf shorts and shoes for my Husband here. They have everything. The salon products are always at a great price.

Place is okay the people that work could be a little more people oriented. One of the workers there gave me attitude cause I was laying on a bed. I was testing it out while I was waiting on my grandmother to get done with her purchase. Instead of asking if I needed help with something I got instant attitude. When I got up to confront her attitude she just walked off, laughing with other co-workers. Thats when I asked to speak to a manager, but I still think nothing was done....

Great deals ! We saved alot of money, and there was plenty of options to choose from. Brooke and Sabrina helped my wife and I check out and definitely made our day of shopping a great one! They even went as far to separate the clothes for us and all 3 kids. All around Great experience!

I love the deals I got from my formal dress, shoes, and earrings! However, I have trouble getting around some aisles. Things are really jammed together and you cant push a cart through.

Usually a fair selection of mens clothing. Some pretty good deals if you happen to catch a sale. There is more selection on line but if what you need is a long sleeve Oxford shirt and sports coat for an office environment this is a good choice. Especially if you are in a hurry.

Good place to shop for the whole family and get what sizes and what u actually want! And affordable!!

Let me clarify...I love shopping at JC Penney and visit the beauty salon there.However...the ladies restroom facilities are TERRIBLE! THEY ARE RARELY CLEAN. Paper towel holders are broken and rolls of towels are sitting on the counters. Toilets are not clean and the floor always needs mopped.Everything is very outdated and in need of renovation.

Always a good experience at JCPenney. Never had an issue. Clean store, friendly customer service, and reasonable prices and sales frequently. Always find everything Im looking for.

I dont know what to say except I cant always find employees walking around, in an area close where I need it. The Sephora half is 50/50. Needs more people on the floor to help. Its complicated when Im trying to find someone, but they are at registers or doing someones make up. Oh my god, the amount of times Sephora has one day sales but they let you know the day before or of! They have good sales if you happen to catch it by a stroke of luck. And they are out of things often and for long periods of time. This store is chaotic. Unorganized and messy. The dressing rooms are 50/50 in being kept tidy.The prices are too high when I can get the same item somewhere else for almost nothing. Getting the wrong order or partially wrong or it getting lost forever happens more often than it should. But when they have good deals, they are normally impossibly good.

Worst experience ever!!! The lady working in the shoe department was rude. Just because I had a pair of jeans and old t shirt, I was looked down at and judged. Once 15 year customer, Will never go back now. Such a shame, I have four kids, and use to spend 1500.00 just before school for there clothes. I guess my money is better spent at kholes. No wonder everyone online shops, and retail stores are closing. Train you employees not to judge so they treat your customers better!!!

Was just there to get a pair of shoes in the little shoe department they have. Spent like 20 minutes looking for a pair. Finally found the pair I really wanted & go to the checkout line & theres a woman in front of me, which is fine. But then her jcp wasnt working & she said she would sign up for a new one. Long story short, 5 minutes later the cashier said she can call later to see why her card isnt working or she can call herself. OKAY, thats fine and dandy but she freaking calls them while Im standing there so I said screw it & finished my last little bit of shopping. Come back like 10 minutes later and SHE IS STILL ON THE PHONE. So I go to the other side of the store with my freaking shoe box & they tell me my shoes arent on sale when I know damn well they were. I didnt wanna argue so I told her to put them back. She was sweet though, probably just didnt see the sale. Awful customer service on the shoe department ladys part. I understand helping customers out. I work in retail! I wouldve told her I would call in a second and to get this customer whos been waiting. Never again will I shop here.

Pick-up order is very difficult. Had to wait quite a bit for anyone to show up to retrieve my order but she was very helpful when she did. The pick-up is through the store, to the elevator & on the second floor which made it very hard for me being disabled.Pick-up is posted outside over the door at the back of the store. Easy right? Not!!! You cannot pick up regular orders there...only big ticket items. CHANGE THE SIGN!!!!

Looking for shoe brand name Clarks. What was on sale look like remainder of inventory from Summer. Smaller sizes. Not too many in the larger sizes.

It takes forever to get help or checked out. And its not lack of staff. When you ask an employee for help, they send you to someone else that also cant help. Like tech support but in person.

Purchased a gold necklace and saved a ton of money, almost got it for current bullion price
