I have had nothing but trouble with their customer service! It is AWFUL! I returned a shirt back at the beginning on July and STILL have not received my money back. No one emails me back!! I have reached out multiple times. I even messaged them on their Instagram page. On the Instagram page someone does respond and tell me they will have someone reach out, but no one does! I am so unbelievably upset with the lack of professionalism with this company.

I love the designs, but recently ordered two shirts off the website and the wrong one was sent. I email and called customer service. When you call customer service, an answering service picks up and you have to leave a message. No one called back. Someone did respond to my email, to ask what my phone number was, to quit replying after that. Awful, awful customer service experience
Amazing clothing. Super comfy. Customer service I would rate a 2 though. Guy had no idea when someone could call me to tell me the status of my order. They also don’t say “BirdieBee” when the line is first answered. Ummmmm.... weird? Would Brie and Nikki want that?
