Last Friday I purchased a brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee. I had been going back and forth about trading in my Mazda and after driving a lot for my job I decided it was time to trade up. I had a fantastic experience ordering my custom 2021 Wrangler through Craig Benner at Koons.I live in NC and ended up ordering through Craig because he beat out the local competition on price, I didnt mind making the 6 hour train ride to go pick it up when it was finally ready. Craig kept me updated throughout the entire ordering process and made sure to give me a heads up when the Jeep had finally shipped so I could setup a time to get up there. When I finally arrived, Craig and Jon in finance worked quickly to help get me out the door for my return journey home. They were a solid group of guys, both friendly and professional. They got new cars which is hard to find atm. whole process fast.Two weeks after purchasing my brand new car. I had to schedule my car to get fixed. The car was given to me without the media console updates needed, so the radio sometimes shuts off or stops working. I purchased additional warranty which covers me at every dodge dealership. However the wait for an appointment is long and vulnerable to get cancelled. Its two months now, they wont return my phone calls and my license plates have yet to arrive.I am now disappointed in their lack of care about customer care.

They wasted a day of my life due to their lying online prices !I found a car I like that Koons has, about two weeks ago.Online price was fair, I called (don’t want to name names) spoke to a salesman who said the online price was correct and to come down to work the numbers which I knew would fit my budget.I told them I would be down but I live two hours away.I drove two hours just to find out the online price didn’t exist and the price of the car started out $4,000 over online price and went even higher after tax and tags which I understand the tax and tags making price go up $2500.I told them where my monthly payments needed to be.I had to wait 3-4 hours just to be asked by sales manager, how is it I think they could meet my payments, which in turn I said if they honored their online price, I could get my payments where I needed them.I drove 2 hours back home to find out I had a message from sales manager saying he was able to get my payment almost to where I needed them.I asked sales manager for a sales order or price break down to take to my credit union since they have better rates, I still have not heard back from the sales manager or anyone from Koons.Totally disappointed, I will order the car I want from the dealership My family usually deals with.

We purchased my wifes dream car just a little over a week ago from Koons. We made a last minute decision to call and inquire about the car on a Saturday evening. We drove a little over 4 1/2 hours to view the car right before closing. We decided to buy it that night and the staff went out of their way afterhours to make it happen so we could take it home. Bode was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating from the first phone call to the next day followup. We got home around 2:30AM and Bode, our sales consultant sent us a text to check on us. This may not be the norm, but we were thoroughly pleased and impressed at how upfront and helpful our sales consultant was. Had issues with my radio in my truck, after bringing it to them multiple times with them telling me there was no problem, they finally found the problem. They had me pay in advance for new radio and labor fees. Then they replaced it with a defective device that changes stations randomly, stops working altogether and bluetooth no longer functioning on it. Have brought it to them numerous times and continue to get the run around with no fix.

Horrible experience, went in for some warranty work on my wheels and a button on my steering wheel. Came out with multiple scuffs on my door, constant emails and calls and there never seems to be a service advisor or a manager available. Till this day I’ve gotten no response for them to take responsibility, Ridiculous.

I have just had the worst experience with the used car manager ( Ehab )and the Finance officer for laying and playing with the numbers of the deal twice also applying with my social to a different car that I didn’t know that Existed they wasted my time for laying regarding this deal and tried to play with the warranty price saying that i got a good deal but however they tried to add months to my loan, this very unacceptable by any mean.Very upset customer.

It was very welcoming every one was very polite nice and courteous.My sales person Danny he was wonderful he keep my updated with the process of the vehicle build and let me know when the vehicle was going to arrive.when I came to pick up the vehicle he pulled out the red carpet filled out the paper work asked me if I wanted a drink and every thing.The financing guy was very nice we went through the paperwork and he explained every thing thoroughly through the signing of the paperwork.After I came out of financing the manager came over and congratulate me on my purchase of the new vehicle and said if there is any question or problems with the vehicle give him a call.And I also got a courtesy call the fallowing week to make sure every thing was fine with my new perches.

Take your business elsewhere!!! This has been the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Everything was fine when they wanted the sale... we purchased the vehicle with promises of things that they told us had to be fixed prior to us taking the vehicle. After having it for 2 weeks, they told us it was ready - we drove an hour and 45 minutes to go get it. Next day, after going over the vehicle only one of the shocks had been replaced (supposed to replace all of them) and the AC (one of the required fixes) was STILL not fixed. Tried to call back to the salesperson and his manager to let them know - absolutely no response, didnt care whatsoever. When I finally got ahold of them, they told me they would have to contact service and would get back with me and never did. It took me having to drive up there AGAIN and walking in there to demand it be fixed. One week later, told it was ready again, drove back up there AGAIN - Dashboard was NOT put back together properly, the fan in AC now has something wrong with it and its STILL not right. I am now almost 45 days in paying for a vehicle that I still dont have. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve always had good experiences at Jeep dealerships (both in KY and PA). This place is downright awful. I took my 2018 Jeep in earlier this year for an oil change and they quickly let me know over $800 in maintenance was needed. I agreed to a portion of their recommendations after doing some homework. Today, 8 months later I went in and they attempted to tell me an additional $800 in maintenance was needed and when looking at recommendations, it was the exact same services I had completed at the last visit. Why does a car with less than 20,000 miles need almost $1,000 in elective maintenance every 8 months. It just doesn’t. There is no attention to detail or care. Today I asked about any findings with the multipoint inspection as nothing was listed and they said “no it was fine”. Usually I get a report card showing vehicle health and the various areas of inspections and their findings (i.e. tread and wear of tires, brake pads, etc.). I received nothing. They add on services unless you specifically tell them no. It’s just a shady dealership and the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jeep dealership. I’m disappointed to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend and I would highly advise anyone going here to review what services and charges and then consider triple checking if they are actually needed.

I traded in my used car and was able to get a great used one within a couple of hours. Ashkan really sped the process up by letting me fill out the credit paperwork from home before coming in. He was very responsive and helpful, I would highly recommend working with him. This dealership matched my Carvana offer for trade-in!

Today we had an appointment to see a Pacifica, the “sales person was completely RUDE! Why do you hire this people to deal with customers when they are not willing to do their job, first of all teach them to be welcoming, we were going up BUY we were not asking for any charity ., he didn’t even offer us to show us any another vehicles . I put one star because you can’t leave that space blank as it should be for their careless service.I guess will go with some other brand after this .

Bill was great!! From the time I walked in (which I was not going in to buy, I was just looking), he took his time with me. I told him what I was looking for and he found that. Of course there were more options but I chose my new Jeep. He gave me all details (even important things to know) and the carfax report as well. I had the pleasure of working with Craig to custom order a Jeep from the factory, it took just over 8 weeks to come in, and when it arrived this past week Craig made sure to email me right away to let me know what our next steps were. Craig was very accommodating, and the best salesman I have ever worked with. Some factory supply issues did result in one of my options being ordered not arriving with the vehicle (all weather floor mats) but Craig made sure to remove the option from my price and inform me of the issue. I cant think of enough good things to say about the buying experience with Koons, but bottom line is, if you are looking for any kind of FCA/Stellantis product in the DMV Koons in Tysons is your best option.

I have never shopped at any Koons dealership before. Although this is my 1st time purchasing with them, I am sure it wont be my last time purchasing with them

Let me first start off by saying I rarely leave reviews like this. But I was incredibly surprised and impressed by the level of service that I got at Koons. My wife and I had just finished up dinner and we were looking at cars that entire day. We were close to Koons and I knew that they had a vehicle that I was interested in, it was an hour before they closed and I did not want to be “that guy” that comes in an hour before closing time expecting to make a purchase. I came in and stated from the get-go that I just wanted to look and I didn’t want you guys to stay late. They have the exact vehicle I wanted and they knew that I was interested. The whole process was fantastic from beginning to end, I did not feel rushed or pressured but the process moved swiftly and without issue. These guys went above and beyond and stayed late for me, even though I told them we can wait until tomorrow. Hussein Farzad was extremely professional and patient with me, even though it was late. Our salesman Elijah Bruce was the best I’ve ever dealt with. Honestly the whole experience from the time I walked in the door until the time I took delivery was fantastic. This was only possible due to good management and an awesome salesman who really knew the product. I would 100% buy from Koons again and recommend them in the future solely based on the service I was given at that late hour from both of those gentlemen.

I have purchased several vehicles from several dealerships over the years. My recent purchase of a Dodge 1500 Longhorn Limited from Koons Dodge Jeep Ram was by far the best experience that I have ever had. My sales person, Tyler, was extremely professional and friendly and had a very detailed knowledge on the entire Dodge 1500 line of trucks. He was able to answer all of my questions concerning the various available options and provided a very detailed tutorial on the major functions of the truck that I purchased. I needed help getting my wheel locks off because I lost my wheel lock key and the service department was so nice and took it off and put other pieces within 5 minutes of me being there. So kind, so helpful and really helped when I was in a pinch!

Poor Communication and accountability. I agreed to buy the truck on a Sunday and told them I needed this to be quick and easy because I had movers coming on Friday and had to clear out my storage unit on Thursday. I told them verbatim what to put on the purchase agreement. They said they would send the purchase agreement to my bank for financing first thing in the morning. I didn’t hear anything all day. So I called them, they didn’t send it yet. They finally sent it after 5pm. It was incorrect. I called my bank to verify I gave them the correct info. I did. So now it’s Tuesday morning and i called several times to no answer. I decided to drive 25 min up to the dealership to speak with someone. When I got up there, he said he had it ready and was going to email it. I got home before receiving the email. Still wrong. I didn’t get the correct purchase agreement until late afternoon on Wednesday. When I asked for compensation for me having to use my CRV to empty my storage unit taking me 3-4, 20 min trips. They said that they weren’t responsible and that it was a lack of communication on my part. Then when I went to pick the truck up, I was there for 2 hours waiting for them to get the thing ready. I’ve never had a worse experience with a car dealership.

It was great there. Brian took care of me and answered all the questions I had . I got in there told him what I was looking to do and he a great job helping me out along with the finance guy . Will definitely recommend this dealershil to others. Thanks guys for everything.

I bought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL in June of 2018. I have been bringing it here to Koons Tysons ever since for service. I feel like this review is wayyyy overdue. Victor Sorto-Flores has been my person… He’s exceptionally the best person I have worked with regarding my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL. He’s very knowledgeable, he displays wonderful customer service skills, he’s very forthcoming and easy to talk too - a welcoming spirit! It’s to the point if he isn’t in (which is like never). I can recall Victor not being in once since I’ve been bringing my Jeep and I’ve been here quite a bit… If ever he’s not in then I need to reschedule… I say all this to say I need another STAR because 5 doesn’t cut it for what Victor brings…Thank you Victor for all you do!

Wonderful car buying experience! Signed up for an appointment to test drive a vehicle, soon as we arrived they were ready with key in hand. We decided to explore other vehicle options and Nicole was very patient and accommodating. During this time there was no pressure to purchase. It was pleasant to not have a salesperson just trying to make a sale, but instead helping us to find a vehicle we would like and keeping mindfulness of our budget. They also worked to make sure we got approved for the lowest financing and longer term option to help get the payments lower.

I have been looking for a truck for months. Ive always dreaded going to dealerships because of the pushy salesmen, or feeling Im an inconvenience when I wasnt sure what I wanted. My husbands coworker recommended we check out this one. Found a truck on their website so we decided to take the trip. We drove 3 hours and was not disappointed. Huge dealership with a vast selection. Was immediately greeted and taken care of. Not once felt pressured, employees very respectful and attentive. They even reached out after as a follow up to see how everything was with my new truck and if I needed anything else. Would definitely make the trip again in the future. Thank you for not making my truck purchase dreadful!

My partner and I had a great experience working with Danny and the Koons team on purchasing our 2021 Jeep Wrangler! Both of us have never owned a Wrangler before and Danny made sure to walk-us through all the features and benefits of ownership before we bought. We ended up ordering from the factory and were surprised how easy and still affordable this was! Koons was still able to provide good pricing off of MSRP despite the factory order! During the buying process, Danny came in during his day off even to come deliver us our new Wrangler and hooked us up with some swag! The finance team (Tracy) was super helpful and welcomed us into the Jeep club and showed us all the Jeep waves and perks of being part of the tribe. All and all, an excellent experience, we will definitely choose Koons again in the future. We recommend Koons for the first time new car buyer as they had competitive pricing, very helpful staff and service, and overall provided a great buying experience.

Great service from the dealership on my purchase. Craig Brenner the ordering manager walk me through the process and delivered what he said he would. I picked up the car and he even went out personally during this gas shortage to make sure I had a full tank to drive home with. Everything went smooth to pick up and in the end the manager came out gave me his card and said any problems please let me know. Good service fair price how much more you can ask for.

My husband Bob and I needed vehicle to pull a camper. I also love to do landscaping and gardening so we wanted a truck. After doing some research we decided on a Dodge truck.In January we went to our local Dodge dealership. We were told the truck needed to be special ordered.... Five months later we were still waiting for our truck!! Bob called Koons and spoke to Tyler . He listened as we told him our wants and needs in our Dodge truck.To make a long story short... Koons Jeep Dodge Ram of Tysons Corner is probably the most welcoming dealership I ever walked into, not only were their staff very attentive but when it came to closing time they cared about my options and pricing as if it were them making the purchase them selves. Nicole my product specialist was able to tell me details about my truck that I never even knew, as well as her knowledge of the general dealership was outstanding, I can see her as top Managment in years to come. Erica my sales manager was extremely attentive and making sure these details about the truck worked for me and what other options I was interested in, that would fit my budget, and last but not least, Tracie my finance manager was able to work with me to literally find me the best rate possible in my situation, 10/10 I would recommend you visit these ladies and koons Jeep Dodge Ram of Tysons, before you make your next new car or TRUCK purchase!

Great experience with Koons Jeep, specifically with Craig Benner. Heard about him on the JL Wrangle forums. He got me a heck of a deal, and he was honest and quick to reply throughout the whole process. Im from Michigan and it was well worth the 9-hour drive to get the Jeep from Craig/Koons.

Had a great experience with Nicole! (Never thought Id say that about buying a car) We walked in with a firm budget and already pretty much knowing what we wanted and I really appreciate that she took the time to listen to us and show us cars that fit all of our criteria. The was absolutely no upselling or showing us things that didnt match what we were looking for. It truly felt like she was interested in the prefect car for us, not just selling us something that would do. Luckily the prefect car was in their inventory!

I did a factory order for my jeep and everything was smooth. Low pressure, Low price. Just picked the options I wanted and was kept up to date on the process. On the day I picked it up, it was all very smooth with no hiccups. I worked with Craig Benner. I flew in from Michigan to VA and drove it home.

I can’t say enough wonderful things!!When I started looking at getting a new jeep, I realized I was going to have to build to get exactly what I wanted. After doing to research on the forums, I was drawn to Koons Tyson Corner as having the best deals around. Once I contacted them, Craig emailed me back with basic information and this started the process.Craig answered every single question I had before placing my order. He was attentive, detailed, and very responsive! When I was ready, I placed the order. There was no pressure from Craig or the dealership and all the facts were laid out beforehand. Not only did I get emails, Craig often sent videos through email to explain things that were just easier to look at then talk about. Not just scripted videos, it was videos of Craig explaining MY paperwork.When the day came to pick up my jeep, the dealership was having some serious computer issues. It was a complete fluke and not a regular thing. Craig was patient and since I travelled from out of town to come to THIS dealership, we found a work around to make sure I was able to leave with my Jeep that day. Even when we were waiting on certain paperwork or issues to sort themselves out, Craig took the extra time to just go over my jeep with me and answer any and all questions I had.Tracy was the finance manager I worked with and not only did Craig and Tracy work to get me a better deal on my trade in than any other offer I received, Tracy called the bank to ensure a better interest rate as well. Interest rates are obviously dependent on your credit but I don’t think I could have found a better deal than at Koons!The entire process was smooth, perfectly explained, and exciting when the time came. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience here and I HIGHLY recommend traveling to Koons any day of the week for your next car!

I wrote this review over a month ago. They still have not gotten back to me about the navigation system they ordered that we prepaid for.Worst service of our life. We diagnosed our check engine light and it was a simple issue of replacing a thermostat. We called ahead, dropped it off Sunday for a Monday 7 am appointment, and didn’t hear back until Wednesday. It doesn’t sound like they honored the appointment at all. Then in the middle of the workday they said they needed the warranty information - which their office assured me they could pull from the Koons system when I called and asked specifically about that. They used that as a pretext to justify the delay in a a two hours job. It’s now been ten days without our car, and we have had to babysit Koons every step of the way, calling them multiple times a day after talking to the warranty, reminding them to contact them and provide invoices, having them blame us for not providing warranty info while we were at work which caused about a six hour wait, and the Koons rep said “Well, I called but they put me on hold for so long.” It’s still your job! Koons also insisted we need a coolant flush but that our warranty wouldn’t cover it even though it was necessary for the thermostat - then insisted we don’t need to call them and check, because nobody ever covers it (???). Of course, when we did get in touch our warranty confirmed it wasn’t necessary, so that’s an extra $250 out of pocket that we shouldn’t have allowed. Plus, our warranty said they got the invoice Tuesday morning of this week, even though Koons told me they filed the paperwork last week. We have been trying to pick up our car for three days and if I didn’t continuously contact both sides I think this would go on for three more. The worst part is we’ll have to take it back because their delay in ordering means the new navigation system isn’t here yet, but we literally need our car. And forget a loaner, certainly nobody offered. Disrespectful, lazy, and dishonest service.

We worked with Cristian Omar from Koons Tysons for our new car. We was still shopping around that day and didnt expect to really close a deal. Christian said hi to us the very first moment when we got in and his sincerity and professionalism were impressive. Since its a big purchase, we asked questions and compared different cars and he kept being very patient. He even went extra miles to facilitate the communication between his manager and us, and we had very pleasant experience that day and was happy with what we got. We also worked with the other staff for paperwork and registration in the office and they were all friendly and efficient. Overall, Koons Tysons offered the best car for us with the same price range after comparing with many dealers in NOVA. I wont spend time to write this if I am not a truly-satisfied customer.
