Right next to one of the largest Wal-Marts in the United States. Still remains open. If you dont feel like walking around 125,000 sq ft of a store for food. They right next door and thriving. I would rather spend my money here than Walmart. Plus they know how to build correct parking lot.

Store is always clean, friendly staff. just not sure how much the corporate office is losing keeping the store afloat. And I dont mean that in a bad way, but the amount of traffic they get now due to the super Walmart is minimal at best

A few stores were closed due to severe weather, but these guys opened and got people in and out quickly, but also took a second to say how are you . Customers seemed to be happy and there was no drama here just great service

My go to locally owned grocery store. Theres a Super Wal-Mart next door and I much prefer to get my meats from BB. They have never let me down with quality and size of the meat.

So grateful for other options besides Wal-Mart & Market Basket. Their bakery is hands down THE BEST grocery bakery in the area (Even over HEB). If you dont believe me, pick up one of their chocolate drizzled pecan pies for Thanksgiving! You wont be disappointed!

It was great place to go and get your lunch from the deli.

You cant really get any support when I went in there theres just nobody around to help you when you got a question or anything and the meat department the guys were friendly and nice Al be pretty good and I got some good choices on solid food there calling all its not too bad of a place

Ive always found everything I need at brookshire brothers at good prices

They are always helpful and pleasant when I ask for help. I have to use one of the motorized carts and I noticed the cord was hanging so I reached to put it up and one of the stockers came and put it up for me.Also, I needed to order a special pie and they took their time looking for them at lunchtime when Im sure they were busy.

Weekly sales, bulk deals, butcher, deli, friendly staff willing to help.

It was great..

I was at HEB and the clerk was instructed to stop and clean her area. She said, no it is too mich trouble she complained and said she was calling HR. She kept complaining said she would take trash out and that was all she was doing. I was shocked of her attitude. Today at Brookshire Bros. In Vidor I walked to milk area and a young man was cleaning the area with bleach he cleaned the handles, glass and everything. He was not complaining he smiled and even talked with me. I was checking out and the clerk was whipping down all her area. area, one here at this store was complaining :) thank you

I prefer Brookshire Brothers to any other grocery store in town. They have friendly associates and the meat department is excellent. Better fried chicken in the deli as well!

Easy place to get in and out of when you need something for dinner....Very good plate lunches too!

Mostly fine. They do get behind on their cleaning, especially floors. Also, they dont care enough about their customers to not sell dented cans or expired food. REALLY check every item for expiration dates and/or dents before purchasing and you will be fine.

This is a good place. There was a glitch on one of my purchases, but it was taken care of expeditiously. The staff is courteous and professional.

I dont know why I even shop here,everything is so expensive. But the quality of the products or A#1. Thats why I keep coming back. AND the manager of the 270 store is always eager to see that youre experience there is meets your expectations .

Deli/Bakery lady that was there today 6/15/19 around 2pm was above and beyond helpful, but this particular lady always is. I cant recall a bad experience at the Vidor, Tx Brookshire Brothers.

The best home made chicken pot pie...from the deli.

Some items that are important to me arent carried. These are veggie cream cheese, sweet kale salad, and liverwurst.

Brookshire Brothers is a place you go because you live in Vidor, not because you prefer this store. Typically the produce isnt fresh, nor the meat. The milk is sometimes close to expiration date. The products are overpriced. The baggers dont care. So youll get almost out of date meat in your bag with your fruit and creamer.. Not really the place of choice.. I prefer to drive twenty minutes away if Im gonna spend more than twenty bucks..

They always have good hot supperMeals at deli. I let them do the cooking a lot for me.

Just wish they would,carry more variety in quality salad dressings.
